Highly recommend! Yesterday, I hit a huge pothole, got a flat and had my car towed to Stephen Hepp's Auto Shop. They were able to squeeze me in, order a tire, and got me back on the road in less than two hours. Steve and all of his staff are always friendly and always seem to go out of their way for us. They are extremely knowledgable and trustworthy.

Editing my review: labor costs are through the roof for the work. How are wheel bearings 5 hours... And when they replaced a different part, my car no longer runs like it used to. I'd look somewhere else for more complicated stuff than an oil change.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Kyle and hunter is always very helpful and his suggestion are very cost effective We'll as maintenance of vehicles is safe and secure. Appreciate his assistance. He best with cheerful follow up with customer support ! He challenged 2003 honda accord rewired battery from base to battery terminal under cost of expensive items .!! All season, and special maintainers. Very accountable & responsible for all your future. Thank you hunter kyle and david for tlc outstanding maintenance. He very committed customers return most phone calls because he truly cares. ,.Very proud and supportive team efforts . Beyond the loyalty and complexity of family is united. He stands proud with dignity ! Angel blessings . Simple amazed how nobleman .Stephen is knowledgeable and easy explain detailed. You be so pleased with cost of repair only needed. Smile . Stephen Hepp is the man. My whole Family loves him and we trust him with all of our vehicles. During different seasons his looks change! Beard in the winter! He's a great guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family owned business!

Stephen & his mechanics are always very honest and professional with the work and estimates they produce. Turn around times and booking have always been quick and to the point. I bring all of my vehicles there. Need a reliable and honest mechanic that wont rip you off? Hepps is the place to go. Also the office staff is super friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. The staff was very pleasant and easy to talk to and explain the situation on drop off however the issue I took my vehicle there for was not fixed and after them having the vehicle for 3 days with no communication from them I had to go pick up my vehicle....I think the shop overall is OK but need to work om communication and actually fix the issue that the vehicle is there for.....

From the time I arrived they were kind and courteous. The woman at the front desk squeezed me in. She was so kind and understanding. Very accomodating! I am so appreciative. The two gentlemen who did my inspection were informative, courteous and knowledgeable. I will absolutely come back again when needed. They treat you with the up most respect and compassion. My family has brought our cars to Steve for a few years now. He and his employees are some of the most professional and personable guys I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We have always had wonderful service at a very reasonable cost. It is so nice to know you can bring your vehicles to a business without the fear of being ripped off or taken advantage of. On the contrary, Steve goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are treated with honestly and respect. I highly recommend Steve and his staff.

WOW!! What a phenomenal place. I am so grateful to have FINALLY found a mechanic team that is so honest, personable, knowledgeable, etc. I ve had certain car issues for ~24 months, I ve taken it to other mechanics multiple times to no avail. I almost gave up on it. Luckily a colleague put me on to them. They fixed the issue within an hour. AN HOUR people. Thank you guys!! The entire team is just so warm, they make you feel right at home. They know how customer service works. Will absolutely be returning for every car need as long as I live Upstate.

This was my first experience with this shop and I must say definitely not my last they were very thorough in finding the issue and did not overcharge me. The secretary Kathy was very polite and let me explain the issue as best as I could and kept me updated every step of the way. I have been going to these guys for about 15 years now. Never once had a complaint, they have always been good to me even during very rough times with cars. Had many family and friends recommend this place. First time was a great experience, immediately dropped my prior mechanic. This was like my third time, another great experience. Met the owner Steve. Great guy, honest, professional, and personable. Highly recommend!! :)

The first time I had ever needed to get work done on my car not by the the dealership was here. I was very skeptical and nervous about how the work would come out but it was fantastic. He fully understood what I was talking about even tho I wasn t really explaining it clearly. I told him how much I had to spend and didn t even come close to it. The mechanics at this shop really know what they are doing, friendly and honest. Will definitely be going back next time I need work done on my car!

Steve is excellent. His service was extremely quick and reasonably priced. He genuinely cares about you as a person, not just as a source of money income. Definitely will be going back to him if I have any problems in the future!

If you re looking for a high quality service shop to take your vehicles, then look no further!The true test to me when evaluating a car repair shop is consistency. Steve fixed what Goldstein missed AND he has the new freon my Jeep Cherokee requires. Kathy is a phenomenal receptionist and she has such clear and precise communication. Steve himself is very kind, too. 10/10 would recommend!!

I went here solely based on reviews and am so glad I did! They were awesome at every step of the way. We took my and my husband's car in at the same time. They called saying his was done, but my husband had mentioned to me that it was overheating. I mentioned it and they looked at it additionally with no problem. My rotor had rust on it. They could have easily replaced it and charged us extra and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, they grounded the rust off and just charged labor. They researched tire prices for us and even fixed the light in my gearshift console after I forgot to tell them :) We will never go anywhere else but Hepp's! Fair prices and fair people-- Stephen Hepp spoke to me personally like he had no other cars to work on and I was only his customer of the day. Can't recommend these guys enough!!

Hepp's auto garage is one of the best Auto garages I have come across. Steve has a great crew working there. All are very knowledgeable and honest. Steve is always friendly and fair. Recommended Hepp's garage to many friends and they are all happy customers. Steve can fix both domestic and foreign cars

Steve came highly recommended from a friend who's known him 15 years. I'm glad he did! I'm a working man and need my truck. He had me on the road the same day at an unbeatable price! I do most the work myself but from now on when I'm stuck, Stephen Hepps is my new mechanic.

I had my car inspected here. The service was outstanding. The receptionist is friendly, talkative and very personableon the phone when scheduling the appointment and when I arrived for my appointment. The service was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business.
