Item is exactly as described. Super easy installation, and really brings the truck to life.There was a minor issue, but not really an issue with shipping. Per UPS item was lost. Per Sean, at luck 8 assured me that everything was fine an time.yup he was right. I'm very happy with Lucky 8, and will continue to shop with them.

When I bought my bumper, I thought I would be a loyal customer, but unfortunately, my second order, which was significantly smaller, revealed terrible service. For nearly a week, no one paid attention to my order. Nobody even informed me about the lack of goods in the store. If I hadn't contacted them myself, my order probably wouldn't have been processed to this day. And the worst part is that I didn't have time to prepare my car for the trip to Moab because this company failed to send me belts and oil on time. So, if someone needs something urgently, expect a minimum of 2 weeks. Definitely not recommended :( You've lost at least 8 potential customers, including my friends with Land Rovers.

Ordered a steel bumper for a 2011 Range Rover. Bumper arrived quickly and in good condition. The fog lights were shipped from the manufacturer and took a little longer. Models after 2009 have a big gap between the bumper and the headlight, so I had a local metal shop fabricate a piece to cover it. Service was great and they were very responsive. I would and probably will order from these guys again.Update: found some prospeed rocksliders that I wanted. The British prospeed guys were polite but would not ship to me directly. Guess who they suggested I call? The same Lucky8 group from NY that I got the steel bumper from! Lucky8 came through. Slower shipping same as everything right now, but the rock sliders arrived in good condition and I was again impressed with Lucky8. I would definitely use them again.

Bought a bumper skid plate with led lights for our Defender. After a few months half of it stopped working. Contacted Lucky8, sent out a replacement immediately. Turned out some water got into the light and caused it to stop working. Great communication, and good customer service.

Can't say enough great things about Lucky8. I have been a proud owner of 2 New Model Land Rover Defender 110s as of 2022 and have gone to Lucky8 for many new modifications. I have installed: rock sliders, front grill led bar, roof mounted recovery tread boards, roof mounted hi-lift jack, rock slider tread covers, rear ladder, limb risers/pod light roof rack, extended fender flares and mud flaps on both vehicles. Not only is the quality of the products superb, the fitment was perfect and I have put each of these products through rigorous use without an hiccups or issues. The guys at Luck8 or fantastic, knowledgable, 100% customer focused and great to be around at Land Rover events. I am excited to see what other new products they come out with. More mods to come!

Proud owner of a New Land Rover Defender 110 and buyer of Lucky8 offload products. Every year I go and check out their new products for the Defender to add to my overland needs, this year is no different by adding the proud rhino light bar kit and air compressor kit. I have used them in the past for some modifications including the shovel mount, tow hooks, luggage rack, fold down table and rotopax ladder mount bracket to name a few of the modifications. Quality is always top notch, instructions are easy to follow in addition to the videos on their youtube channel demonstrating the steps necessary to install the products. The fitment is always on point as is their customer service with follow ups to the many requests or questions. One of the few companies creating products and content for the few Land Rover overlanders out there. Go follow them on instagram and youtube. 100% recommended. Looking forward to Project 130 bull bar to come to market and many more mods to come!

The best thing about lucky8 is the personalized attention they offer, they are always willing to help you and give you advice to improve your rovers, Mr. Sean is a super attentive forgiver and very knowledgeable about these vehicles. shipments are always super fast and the packaging is of quality to avoid damage. I have no complaints with them they are my number 1 parts supplier and will continue to be for as long as I own a Land Rover. 100% recommended. Purchased an engine cooling fan and viscous fan coupler from Lucky 8 off road.The fan exploded after 50 miles.The genious at lucky 8 accused me of improper installation of the fan and indicated it was my fault that it exploded.Those of you whom have installed a fan onto a viscous coupler know there is only one way you are able to improperly install a fan and that is backwards. This did not happen.The fan was installed to draw cool air through the radiator and onto the engine and appeared to be doing its job after installation.This company is unwilling to admit to me that it sold me a substandard product. replace it with a standard product.I purchased from lucky 8 off road, I guess I was the unlucky one.will go to Atlantic British, They will admit when they make a mistake.-I was not calling you a genius That's a person with a high IQ and knows when to admit when they're wrong.A genious thinks they know every thing and also thinks they have a high IQ. You clearly don't deserve the correct spelling.And like I told you in my previous emails I'm done with you and your company. I asked you said no we're done goodbye.

I'm having a bad experience with this company as well, I have called and emailed them 3time about blackout hood cover. All D2 hoods are the same size. As you can see in the picture, they sent the wrong size, and all calls go directly to voice-mail.

These guys are really easy to work with! I ve ordered multiple different items from them and all have come in pretty quick. I had some confusion on the bumper I ordered but Sean gave me all the info I needed and eased my mind. I also needed to get more items for said bumper and they shipped them out right away. When your hobby is keeping old Land Rovers on the road and trails, it is always encouraging when you find other enthusiasts who are willing to provide the product support needed to keep these machines running. ACTUALLY ZERO STARS (BUT YOU CAN'T POST ZERO) THE PERSON I DEALT WITH WAS STEVE.THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE EVER COMPLAINED ABOUT ANY COMPANY ONLINE. WE NEVER RAISED OUR VOICE OR WERE RUDE. PLEASE READ BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. BEWARE!!At the beginning of this transaction everything seemed very promising, price, fulfillment, and delivery. Purchased a replacement LR-4 taillight assembly. Price was almost half of what it would have been through Rover.After installation we noticed condensate in the housing and water accumulating inside the assembly after heavy rain. Then we noticed about and inch and a half of water in it and it was now turning green from algae.We contacted Lucky 8, LLC and spoke with them, they said to take pictures and send via email. Once they had those they would replace the unit. We sent pictures and followed with phone calls. Now they changed their attitude saying it was mis-installed or was missing the gaskets. THIS IS VERY CLEARLY A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, ALL GASKETS ARE IN PLACE, AND ESPECIALLY SINCE I COULD TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN AND WATER POURED OUT OF WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A WELD OR GLUED JOINT.Removed the taillight and found that the ultrasonic weld had let go or was never welded down one side of the lamp. Turned it upside down and all the water poured out. Tried contacting Lucky 8 again and found that both my phone number and my wife's were blocked and unable to make contact with them. Also, they were unresponsive to private Facebook Messenger.SO NOW I'M REDUCED TO WARNING OTHERS ABOUT THEIR PRACTICES. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL.

I contacted Lucky8 to ask picking up a rear ladder. Their place at Clarence NY was almost right on my route from Montreal QC to Columbus OH. The answers came very promptly: yes they could put a ladder aside for me; a few days later - yes they could install it. They wanted to work on a clean vehicle - and put me in touch with a local car wash. On the day in question, they doubled up the size of the installation crew to minimise my waiting time. They don t have a Waiting Room at the garage, so they gave me a ride to the cafe down the road in the village. Before lunch, the phone rang to say that my vehicle was ready. Great service - I was all set up for an afternoon drive through NY, PA and OH to Columbus. I got to my grandchildren before their bedtime!

I performed my due diligence on sourcing parts for my 110 defender restoration project and the staff at Lucky8 were the most knowledgeable and responsive plus have the most competitive pricing.These are genuine Land Rover enthusiasts: they all own and run these icons from Solihull and can help guide you through the many challenges of ownership. Superlative technical and service quality. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. You will not be disappointed.a follow up experience that validated my trust in Lucky8:UPS damaged one of my items (fire and ice side steps) which would take months to re-order. They were overly generous and went far beyond what was necessary to make it right.

Fantastic customer support!! I have purchased a few items from Lucky8 Off Road over the past few months for my Land Rover LR3. Any questions that I have had have been answered quickly. Shipping speed and order communication have been top notch. Most recently I ordered an AMK air suspension compressor from them. After getting the old compressor off the the car I had a couple of questions. Called Lucky8 and my call was answered quickly by Sean. Follow up emails again answered quickly and efficiently by Sean. Lucky8 is my go to place when I need parts for my LR3. Great prices and fantastic customer support!

Spoke with Justin about a ladder for my Discovery 2 and he couldn't have been more helpful. Ended up buying a few other parts (side lights and cables). I never felt pressured to purchase anything which was a surprise and shipping was same day. If you need ANYTHING for your truck these are your guys!

Send a defective hood blackout. They initially refused to refund me, but then agreed to, but required me to fill out a paper form and submit it to them. When I did so, it was rejected for not containing information that I do not have access to. Not at all recommended because they do not stand by their products and returns require an insane amount of pedantic and pointless paperwork. Land Rover people, if you are looking for friendly service, go elsewhere.

Justin and his crew are the Michelangelos of Land Rovers! Their work products look and function perfectly. They make it look effortless. However, behind the scenes they have invested in knowledge, skills and the right tools to do excellent work. No one compares to their creativity with off road Land Rover designs. Their contribution to the field of off-roading with Land Rovers cannot be underestimated. They have paved the way for the activity of overlanding. Lucky8 has and always will be my go to source for Land Rover parts and installations!

How do you give a zero star because these guys are crooks. Be careful with buying from them since they are sneaky with the way they run their business. I ll make my own parts if they are the only ones to have the parts. Would never support their business and hope they go out of business so that they don t tip others off. Justin of Lucky 8. You guys are a bunch of con artist.
