The auto zone on Lyell ave was so helpful. I was caught in a rain storm on the 390 and my wiper broke off. I managed to get to the auto store and the service man was so very helpful to get me on my way. Thank you. (12/3/2023 at about 6)

I came in 20 minutes before closing and Alex the store manager and Brandon Cooper and Brandon and Alex helped me perfectly ! Came outside and worked on my car without me asking ! Brandon definitely needs a higher position because it was great service. I recommend this specific store to anyone !

My car battery died on a Fri after 5pm. No one else was available to help me install a new car battery except for Julissa P and Jayla M, they not only replaced my battery but tested both my battery and alternator to ensure that I would be ok. These two went above and beyond, where most people would of found a reason to not help these two really proved that there are good people out there. Any place would be lucky to have these two as employees! I can't thank them enough!

Very bad customer service at this location. The staff was arguing with each other in front of customers. The manager didn't do anything and had the nerve to then be rude to the customers. Always something here. To bad it's close or I would never go here.

Very poor customer service by opening manager. She was upfront playing on her phone and rude to me as a customer. I get it not open yet how about not be out front with all the lights on and a sign that says 8am. Daylight savings morning of also .

Nice store employees are friendly but not very knowledgeable. They gave me the wrong calipers for my car and wouldn't give me the gallon of brake fluid I paid for after I left it at at the store accidentally. Returned the calipers and they refused to give me back the discount that was applied on my original purchase

As much as I would.like to support the local store, they are.open the same hours that I am at work so doing business with them is difficult. It is great to be able to order online or by phone and stop in to get my parts. It baffles me how sometimes the internet / ship to home.deals are better than what you can get in the stores. Corporate should support their individual locations better IMO.

Awesome crew. I noticed my headlight out on the way home and the guy behind the counter was quick to get it replaced in the parking lot.. didn't make me feel like I wasted his time at all. I'm so thankful.

Not bad add computer information no old timers we can talk old school parts and didn't know you were talking about but it's the new era. Sorry didn't mean to belittle anyone, have to realize it's a younger staff,I'm sure they will grow in time , I would still patronize your store.

Stood at register for 15 minutes as employees walked past me like I was invisible.When I asked to check out I was asked "are you for real right now"This place is so ghetto. No supervision of employees. Won't be back

Expect no help even though there are 5 employee's stocking shelves, a line of customers and only one employee running the registers and looking up parts. If i did not help her get my own filter and wipers then the line would never of gone down!!! All in all bad customer service!!@

Joel is a great manager at this location. He is very knowledgeable and helpful! He is an asset to auto zone and I hope they understand what they have in this employee! Thank you Joel you made it a pleasure shopping at auto zone!

I usually don't have a problem with Auto Zone, until this morning. I went in to purchase some wipers and gave the salesperson my vehicle information. He showed me where the wipers were located, I picked out my wipers and proceeded to the checkout. Upon checkout he asks me if I had a rewards card which I did, I go into my wallet to retrieve it and he says there it goes (it was an old rewards card which I no longer use). I told him I have an updated one, he then says "Whatever". After paying for the wipers, I ask if there's anyone that can put them on for me, he told me he would. He comes out to put them on and tells me your registration expires at the end of this month, I told him, "Not it doesn't, my inspection expires at the end of the month" This salesperson had poor customer skills service.

Store is good - staff is helpful ... But the prices is insane. A head gasket there is $80 when the internet has it for $15 for a 04 rally-art lancer . and that's the cheap one !
