Order a tire from local HD dealer and it's been 4 weeks still no tire. Went to Barnes Performance Cycle and ordered the same tire. He received it and installed it in less than 3 days. Great customer service and very fair pricing. I even picked up items for an oil change and he through in a free magnetic oil plug. Barnes Performance Cycle definitely has my business.

Barnes Performance Cycle is the real deal!!!!! Excellent service and prices!!!! My bike has been there twice and will never go anywhere else. It had a total transmission rebuild, top end of the engine, and much more. Andrew is the best tech when it comes to Big Dog Motorcycles!!!! I can't say enough great things about Barnes Performance Cycle.

I have used this shop for a couple of years and good experience but now that's not the case. After having my chopper shipped from Texas to have work done I am now stuck with a paint job that is no good and bike could not be delivered on time as promised. I will be filing a BBB complaint and seeing my options on small claims court. I can be contacted so others are not ripped off by this shop on fb so I can show the response of Andrew Barnes as to how he stands by his work with our conversations. It seems he'll take your money it can't take the responsibility of others who do the work whom he hires. Be extremely cautious if you are shipping a motorcycle to him. Responses such as "not my fault" and "what do you want me to do" are how he deals with his mistakes. I went from a paint job that I didn't like to a paint job that has bubbles,orange peel and swirl marks! After having my bike for over 5 weeks bike still could not be finished in time! And after work and price discussed I was told a price that was 3times the original! Unbeleaveable!!!I can be contacted for in depth details...dont be stuck 1700 miles away from a shop that can't take responsibility for the work they do!

Best, most qualified motorcycle mechanic this side of the Mississippi. Maybe further but I don't have any experience with mechanics in the West. The only place that I will ever take my Big Dog for repair/service.

Andrew is the most knowledgeable v-twin tech. in the north east, his skill level is unsurpassed. No one touches my Iron Horse except him or myself. I would highly recommend him for any v-twin service.

A+++ Service for a motorcycle repair shop located in Binghamton NY. I would recommend Barnes Performance Cycles to anyone who wants quality service ant a great price!. I will be doing business with Barnes Performance Cycles again. Front fork modification is still holding strong after three years.
