Service was exceptional!! We are traveling with 2 other DRV Mobile Suites and have made all our reservations to accommodate our large rigs. We had reservations at another local campground for a couple of days. When we arrived at this other place they were full and had lost our reservation even though they had cashed our checks. We called Marla at Chaumont River RV and she went out of her way to accommodate all 3 of us which isn t always easy. Marla graciously met us at the campground and walked the open spots to ensure that we would fit! She went above and beyond our expectations and we are so grateful. If you are in the area do give Marla a call and stay!!

Owners are friendly and wonderful little RV park right on the river. Can t wait until next season and we get to enjoy the spot overlooking the river. They have been more than kind and accommodating. Very quiet and peaceful and rates are reasonable.

The park is tucked inside a wooded area that's right next to the water so it was great to have a nice, quiet view. The RV was very comfortable and appeared to be relatively new. My friend and I were able to have nightly fires, toast some marshmallows, and drink a couple of beers. The location was good and not too far from some of the places we wanted to visit.

Stayed in the large cabin which was brand new this season and you could tell. The cabin was absolutely beautiful... a small deck with Adirondack chairs, lots of windows, 2 queen beds, a futon, and a nice sized refrigerator. Would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking to stay in the Chaumont area.

Paid $100 for a non sewer site because I had to cancel the day of since the site they sold us would not accommodate our equipment (originally they said it would).I was sold a site that I wouldn t fit in. When my friends showed up they notified me that we wouldn t fit in our site they cancelled our sites and the campground was super apologetic and understanding. I called to make sure mine was cancelled since technically I booked separate and they decided to change their mind and charge me $100 for cancelling the day of even though they admittedly said they knew I wouldn t fit in the site they sold me. I am extremely disappointed in this experience. $100 wasted because of false advertising because they wanted to fill the sites. They said since my friend canceled we could take their site. They have a Pickup camper and couldn t fit with their equipment so I m not sure how our 43 ft fifth wheel would fit. I went and looked at the campsite and there are some nice seasonal sites but the new development is NOT big rig friendly yet. I do understand that it s all going to be under construction but I am so thankful that our friends were ahead of us because Getting our rig out of there would have been a disaster.

Wonderful, peaceful campground with great hospitality right on the river. Couldn t ask for a better place to stay for the summer in the thousand islands. Friendly and very accommodating staff and RVers in the park! Dock your boat behind your site and enjoy the views!

We booked a weekend stay at this campground with 3 other families. The campground has a lot of potential. It is new and sites are still being developed. It wasn't what we expected but the owners were very nice to us and went above and beyond to make our stay nice.

Wonderful campground. Peaceful and a true gem . Rv rentals and cabins . Very clean and you can buy fire wood there for cheap. Highly recommend this place.

I rented a campsite at the rv park. I stayed there for 3 days. The park is clean, safe and fun. I loved the atmosphere and I would go there again. It was a hands down great experience.
