We've been working with Max for a bit who set us up with a 4 series tractor and multiple implements. We recently had the pleasure of meeting Chris who picked up some loaner equipment and dropped off a new snow blower implement. I wasn't able to be there when he did the drop off at the barn.When I went to look at the tractor I found that he had hooked up the new blower and carefully backed the tractor into it's spot. He had even replaced the wood blocks under the blower so it wouldn't freeze to the dirt floor in the barn. To top it off, there was a baggy of shear bolts zip-tied to the blower.Between Max and Chris we couldn't be happier with the service.

The team at United AG really took care of me with purchasing my new John Deere X350 lawn tractor. Max was very knowledgeable and communicated very well with me throughout the entire buying process. UAG delivered my lawn tractor to me a few days after I placed my order and was nice enough to place it right in my garage when I was out of town! United is the best in the business when it comes to Deere products. I won t go anywhere else!

I bought my tractor last year and the sales people were great. They set me up very well and are excellent. However, where the buisness really shines is with service. They are exceptional and both the tech that comes out to service my tractor and the tech manager always go beyond the call. Once the field tech was not available so the service manager came out to solve my problem. He knew I had a time critical job and actually wanted to help! I have never had such great service with anything. I could not do what I do without a team like that behind me. I will buy my tractors from no one else.

Loader on JD 4300 wouldn t lift. Paid $550 for these guys to come out, spend 3 hours mis diagnosing the problem. They Recommended a $2,500.00 loader valve + $$1,100 in labor. Hired Capital tractor to evaluate and repair for $150 in loader cylinder seals. They diagnosed it, came and got it, repaired it and returned it for a fraction of the cost. Worst part, United Ag & Turf wouldn t cut me a break on the $550. Short sighted. Go somewhere else!Update: Craig at United Ag & Turf called me to discuss the matter and we came to an agreement on the bill which I think was fair to both parties. I appreciate the professionalism and the call. Thank you.

I took advantage of a JD 0% package for a 3025E Tractor with FE loader this month. Traded in my JD 88 1050. Worked on the deal with Joe Nuciforo in the Chatham store, Stephanie to set up delivery and Nicholas delivered it. Very happy with the whole experience which took about 3 wks. Love the 3025E and glad to stay Green!!

Will not be coming here anymore. They don t have time for their customers in store. They don t know their own products, undervalue trade ins on their own equipment as compared to local vendors and have no time to service their equipment when it fails. Don t waste your time here. Have had much better experiences at other dealers.

United Ag & Turf made it almost too easy to put our first tractor to work. I filled out the John Deere finance application online first thing on a Monday morning and within a few hours Max called me from United. My wife and I went in on Monday afternoon, met with Max, who went over the tractor with us. We tested it out to make sure it was what we wanted and signed the paperwork.By early Thursday afternoon Spike delivered the 1025r to our driveway and spent about an hour making sure all our questions were answered. By that afternoon we were putting the tractor to work.Thank you United for a great experience.

I got a X730 from them. It was an excellent experience. Joe was my salesman and knew the products well. He spent 2 hours going over the machine with me, which was great. The pricing was reasonable. I got a used machine. I bought several parts from Steve behind the parts counter. He is the perfect parts guy. Very knowledgeable, and patient.

I ve been to other United locations in the area for help/parts with my Deere tractor, but now I specifically go to this one. They are way better and more helpful. Specifically Nick and the service guy (I think his name was Ethan?) were great

Great experience buying our first tractor. All went smoothly with Joe in the office- was attentive and got us exactly what we were looking for. Nicholas delivered- super nice and knowledgeable. Took the time to give me a full tutorial and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend

I recently purchased a new x350 along with the snow blower attachment. Joe was great to work with, the whole process went very smoothly. Delivery was great too, the tractor came all setup for snow removal, it even has a full tank of gas! I'm looking forward to many years with this tractor.

Went to red hook to buy local and brought it back because it wasn t running right after a few years and they quoted me 80 dollars to fix I said go ahead went to pick it up and it was almost double came home and look up the cost of a new one and for five dollars more I could have bought a new one went to complain and they said I ll give you 10 dollars left and call the new store and they said we don t do that and we will have a manager call and I m still waiting a week later very disappointed and will advise trying Conway at least I know I might not get screwed

I help run a local disc golf course. We run things entirely with volunteer work and donations. A hefty portion of that volunteer work is done entirely by my partner and myself. We had mouse problems over the winter and they made a nest and chewed some wiring in our motor. I took it here to get a repair and service and was quoted $1900 to fix a $900 mower and told I should just get a new mower. They charged me$125 for looking at it and telling me there was nothing they can do. Took it to a local mechanic who repaired it, serviced it, and replaced the battery all for less than $300. The staff here is very friendly, but this has left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Very unprofessional. Order parts call a week later. Yeah we got them . Go there, where are the bushings and the bearings and the pin????? Oh I guess they didn t get ordered because they re discontinued. Trucks sake I got them any way

UPDATE ON 5/12/2022:Eric, Craig and the team at UA&G did come full circle with re-delivering service on our gator. After the post of our initial review, Eric contacted us without hesitation and completely reimbursed us for the time and monetary inconveniences we experienced over an 8 month period. The service crew in Chatham returned a machine that was clean, properly serviced, and we have been running it now for about 2 months without incident. Craig even took care of a steering issue was not part of the original repair and they were accommodating on the payment schedule and amount. Thank you and we are looking forward to better experiences and based on this our repeat business going forward!FROM 1/1/2022:Spoke with Ron about our gator that has been not running for 8 months. He said he was going to get us in a different machine. That was a month ago.Spoke with Craig two weeks ago when we didn't hear from Ron. Told him Ron never called us back. Craig said he would see if he could get someone to come pick up our gator. I asked Craig if he was going to call me back and let me know. Said he would. I said to Craig, "well no one from United Ag and Turf has ever called me back, so I hope you do.". That was two weeks ago. Nothing. No surprises,. No return call. No working gator. No money in our bank account because we are paying employees to walk the farm and do the chores with buckets. What I do have is a bill for nearly $1800 but no working machine.This was all after the local dealer in Goshen couldn't deliver the John Deere promise of service.

When buying my first compact tractor a 3025E this past September I was looking for a dealer that cared about its clients, from sales to parts and service. And even after the sale was done I found All of that here at united ag and turf in Chatham NY. My sales representative was Joe Nuciforo. Joe was very knowledgeable in helping me find the right tractor for the work I was going to use it for. He was able to answer all the questions I had and i never felt pressured into making a sale happen. if you're looking for a full-service John we're a dealer you will find it all here!

My John Deere 750 got water in the fuel and after hours of draining the system and cleaning it out I still could not get it started. Jim was willing to take several calls and help me out but in the end I still needed a house call. Tim was there the next day and in 15 minutes had me up and running. I can't be more pleased with the service they provided.

Best John Deere dealer around! Always have what I need and even tho I don t live close to them, I purposely pass by another Deere dealer that doesn t deserve that title. But Hudson Tractor now United Ag are fantastic!!

Place is a cluster, order thousands of dollars in product through these guys and they either never get it correct or forget to order parts. Wouldn't recommend them at all unless you wanna wait a month.

Horrible service 500$ dollar estimate for a 13$ part then charge me 100$ just to look at a lawn mower after they said 40$ don t be fooled by this place head gasket 13 dollars of eBay took me 2 hours to change mower runs great so how do they get 485$ for labor for 2 hours mind blowing
