Over a year ago, my mother and I had the privilege of meeting Jody and Meghan. We've been incredibly impressed ever since. Their professionalism is outstanding, and they've consistently gone above and beyond to help us. We've never been happier with the service we've received. In our experience, Jody and Meghan are truly exceptional in their field. We can't recommend them highly enough and tell everyone we know about their excellent work. We look forward to a long and successful relationship with them.

I can't say enough good things about the Kneller Insurance Company. Their customer service is top notch! They are friendly and efficient. Kneller always looks out for their customers best interest from start to finish.We have been using them for years just for that reason and of course their friendly voices on the end of the line.

I have been working with Mrs April Hardine.She has been amazing! She has helped me find new vehicle and rental insurance that is saving me over $1000 for the year. Cheaper than what I paid last year, and with the new increase I couldn t do it. She has been such an amazing, kind, and patient agent. I hope to be a customer for years to come and have already talked about her and recommended her to friends and family. Mrs Hardine will go out of her way to help everyone.

Jodie is awesome--super helpful and easy to work with--very quick to respond and gave us the best deal with user-friendly explanations all along the way. This company is really terrific. Over the two month I have had 3 unusual insurance questions and for each Kirk took the time to thoughtfully explain my options. Each time I learned something and most importantly felt I am in very good hands. No surprise that the Kneller agency is so successful.

Jodie made it so easy to join Kneller and bundle our insurance to maximize our savings! As first time home owners, this was a big deal for us and she helped us get started right away. 12/10 recommend!

Over the last year I have had occasion to meet with both Kirk, and Laurie in obtaining a insurance policy for a community organization I work with. I have found their professionalism and knowledge to be most helpful. I, as a result of working with them, am now having all my auto and home policies through their agency.

Jodie was responsive, forthright, efficient, friendly, business-like, knows her business and would undoubtedly say when she did not know the answer to a question she did not have to do that, however, because she knows what she is doing. For Jodie, efficiency does not mean slapping something together. No, Jodie was fast and accurate. I cannot say enough about the quality of her work and what a credit she is to the Agency for whom she works as well as the insurance carriers who products her agency handles. Well done Jodie!

There is no doubt that calling Kneller Ins. you get such personal and professional answers. They are very knowledgeable and great people to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Lauren was exceptionally helpful and got back to me, as soon as possible

Kneller staff are always there when you need them. They are knowledgeable and professional and communicate in timely and friendly ways. I would give them 5 stars if in addition to all that wonderful service, they would also proactively search for a cheaper insurance policy if the price of my current policy is jumping up at renewal time.

Great insurance agency! Marguerite has helped us time and time again with our insurance needs over the past 16 years from when we needed insurance for our first home to our new home to any questions in between. She is friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you re happy with your coverage and needs :)

Everyone at this agency has been welcoming, but Jodie has been speedy, ever-resourceful, wonderfully helpful. I moved to this area recently, and Jodie has helped me obtain the mortgage I needed, found car insurance for 1/3 less than I was paying previously. She s been readily available to answer questions, and can t thank her enough for her friendly and knowledgeable help !

Jodie Russell was a wonderful help recently as we transitioned from our previous insurance agent to Kneller. We were in the process of traveling to and from Boston for Don's knee replacement surgery and Jodie said not to worry about anything insurance related; it would all be taken care of for us. I have been a part of Kneller Insurance for 20 years now and have never had a single issue. From opening and account to filing a claim, everything is always handled quickly and professionally but still with that personal, caring feel. I m never put on hold and they ALWAYS answer the phone! Great family and thankful for them making things so simple for me! Thank you everyone!!

I recently received renewals for several insurance policies that I have. Over the years the premiums have increased substantially, so I decided to see what alternatives there were. I was aware of Kneller Insurance for some time, and decided to meet with them to analyze the situation. I met with Jodie Russell who, within several days got back to me with an alternative which matched the coverage I had at a very substantially lower premium price. I decided to go ahead with the switch which was handled promptly, efficiently, and quite pleasantly. Very satisfied with the experience.

Gail Fournier has been my insurance representative for several decades now. She has helped with my homeowner's insurance, my excess liability policy, and my car insurance. She is a terrific resource because she responds quickly and authoritatively to all my questions. I cannot recommend her and the Kneller Agency more highly.

Two years ago we switched from Allstate to Kneller Insurance. We are so happy that we made that change! Our agent at Kneller, Gail Fournier, is incredible. Not only did she find a carrier with lower premiums and better coverage for our auto and homeowners policies than we were getting with Allstate, Gail has superb customer service skills and is ALWAYS responsive to our questions and concerns. She cares, she s kind, goes way beyond our expectations, and we re lucky to have her as our agent.

I ve been a customer for over 2 years for my business insurance, recently looked into a more cost friendly option for my personal vehicle insurance (current provider prices went sky high), Felicia did AMAZING! She doubled our coverage for less than what we were paying our current provider for the basics! (2xs the coverage & save $, that never happens) I HIGHLY recommend this company. As soon as all the paperwork was in, I immediately called my mother to suggest she utilizes Kneller.

I have been working with Jodie at Kneller insurance and it has been amazing. She is super helpful, patient, supportive and pleasant to work with she has your best interest for everything she does. She is always available if I needed her and when ever I call her she is able to get everything done in smoothest process ever. I recommend Jodie to everyone I talk to. She is personable, efficient, caring and so much more. Even if you call the office to ask a question all the staff are so nice to help you out as well. You bet that Kneller and staff is doing there best to get you the best coverage for the best prices. Highly recommended!
