The woman managing the tire center is over her head, rude and has no sense of customer service. EVERYTIME I go in there for anything and she is working there is always an excuse why they cant help me! Today I called to get snow tires mounted and was told I could just walk in. i get there 1hr and 40 min before close and was turned away.

What can I say. I have brought at least 5 vehicles to the Central Square Walmart for tire installation. Never a bad experience. I have also had 4 wheeler tires mounted. No problems. 2 days ago took the cake. I brought 2 tires from a jetski trailer as they had lost their air and I could not get them to bead. Figured I may need new ones but what the heck. Someone took my tires as soon as I walked in the door. The tires were a little stubborn but the man who took them was able to get them mounted. I had tried for at least 2 hours at home. The best part; they didn't charge me anything. I offered but they refused to take anything for the service. This kind of conduct speaks volumes of a business going the extra mile for someone without asking anything in return. Always a customer. Thank you.Service: Auto tire replacement

The service was fair, job done right. More so the review is the time I had to wait for a simple oil change. I called the store prior to arrival for an ETA (@3:20) was told maybe about an hr. I had plans and needed to be somewhere by 6pm.I showed up to Walmart by 3:40pm. Check-in went smooth. Walked around store for awhile, then my text notification said the car started to be worked on at 5:10pm..wasn t done and leaving until 6:15p after all was said and done with the line back there as well. Wal-Mart is reasonable for their oil change prices, but just keep in mind the time you may have to wait for a simple job. Usually we do our own oil but given the nature of being on a travel nurse assignment I had to give and carve out time for this to be done.

First the positive. I was the only person there and they got me in immediately. Now that the positive is done...... I asked for my tires to be rotated and balanced , a full synthetic oil change and asked if they replaced wheel studs , which they said they did. I explained that I had a new lug nut in the center console that they could use on the new stud , and they were good with that. When I picked up the car , I was still missing a wheel stud and the oil change sticker (and price) indicated standard oil , not full synthetic. When I asked why , I was told that they don't do wheel studs and they thought I said regular oil. Total waste of my time. The only reason I'll go back for an oil change is that they're the lowest price around.

Went in there for a oil change and tire rotation and never put the tire back on correctly. Every wheel had loose lug nuts. Will definitely try Central Square now

Worst experience ever had to wait 20 minutes just for sales associate to even show up then she was rude. Asked for 1 tire replacement on a rim not even on a car and she straight up said no then walked away. The macanic was verry nice but until she is removed deffenitly not going here ever again. And still no tire looks like a 60 tire is now a 300$ tow.. And it only takes 10 to 15 min to do a tire... Just wow...

The auto care center in Fulton is awful! They never answer the phone and when they do they are dishonest! I've driven from 30 minutes away to get an OIL CHANGE at 12 pm in the afternoon and been told they are booked for the night! How are you booked when you told me it's walk ins only!?

The workers were nice. They checked all of my fluids and did it in a timely manner. I got an oil change and a tire rotation. They took about 45 minutes.

Had my tires mounted and balanced at the Cicero Walmart 3 times and each time they couldn t get it right. I decided to take it to the Central Square garage and they took care of the problem right away. No more vibrations in the front or rear and it s been over 6 months. You can tell they take pride in their work and they are much more friendly, professional and accommodating (and quicker) than the Cicero location.

I had an issue this past Monday with Walmart in Central Square NY. I took my car in to get new tires put on around 1pm in the afternoon.I had bought them elsewhere so just needed them put on and balanced, the whole 9 yards of swapping old tires and out with new. The man who worked on my Jeep name was Gary. After about 2 1/2 hours later and $103 my car was ready to go and I had left to go on the highway. When I reached about 70mph my car was pulling hard to the right and my wheel would shake and I thought ok it didn t do this before so I better go back. I went back the guy, Gary had asked me if it was ok to take it for a drive and see. I told him ok and I went with him. We did not go on the highway, we went down a road for about 5 minutes and reached only about 45mph and the problem did not occur so he had told me it should be fine. I had suggested we should go on the highway and maintain the same speed and see. He denied doing that just told me the highway road isn t as flat as the road we went down. We went back to Walmart and he sent me on my way and I had called my boyfriend and asked him to meet me at Walmart for him to drive it and see and he did. He took it down the highway and it pulled right and the wheel shook for him as well so we went back. When we got back my boyfriend talked to the service auto care manager I believe his name was Ty and said it pulls to the right so hard it takes the corner itself and the wheel shakes. He had said nothing and Gary had interrupted us and said well I drove it and nothing happened. He suggested that we drive down the same road Gary took it and come back and my boyfriend had told him the road should not matter just go a decent speed and you can feel it. My boyfriend had asked them what can we do to solve this and fix the problem. Can they bring the Jeep back into the garage and check the tires make sure they are balanced correctly they did not say anything just looked at us. Ty, Gary and another man working there just said nothing and looked at us like we had four eyes. Maybe they did not believe us, it was about 5:30pm and they close at 6pm and I felt like they were just rushing it along and just didn t want to bring the car back in and look at the tires and check the balance on them due to closing soon. We eventually just said forget it as we got nowhere and no reply or response from anyone and said we will go somewhere else due to them not suggesting anything and really just not saying anything to us. I took it to Mavis and the tires ended up needing to be rebalanced they weren t balance correctly especially the front passenger side and have an allignment done and I had spent another chuck of money. I went back to Walmart after to customer service and they refunded my money for the balance of the tires due to not being correct.Live and learn!

Dude that "helped" me had the personality of stone. Was absolutely miserable, maybe find a job outside customer service elrey.

I had ordered 4 Goodyear tires online when I received notice they came in took my truck to the Auto Center and within an hour and a half just as promised 4 Goodyear tires mounted and balanced.Great turnaround and service.

There post close at 6 i call said my wife had a bad tire she be there little after 5 she said ok she go there and close you are no good people if you want too get stuck on side off road dont go there

One big note, they were the only ones willing and available to bang out an oil change, not a quick one but out of a bunch of places i called, they aeast did it.

Probably the most miserable group of employees I've ever seen. Also takes forever for them to even say hello to you after looking at you 13x at the counter. Last time I go here!!!!

Couldn't even change a headlight bulb....THREE guys looking at it and after I took it somewhere else it was discovered that it didn't need replacing....it somehow simply became unplugged
