Don and the Owner has still yet to send me the title for the lemon they sold me 4 years ago. They have been hit with lawsuits before and DON has been blacklisted from Major dealerships for his shady and underhanded business practices. THEY SELL LEMONS NOT actual cars. Any 5 star review is from Employees and/or paid for. They also have a tendency to loan LEMON cars out. Shady business, shady scam artists I'm surprised they are still up and running.

I brought a car December 26 I have nothing but problems with it send I bought they fix it 3 times since December my whole bottom of the car rotted out and now the power steering pump went I wouldn t recommend buying a car from this company because they don t even check the cars and they passing inspection and my back up camera is broken as well I ll be almost putting this all over social media to see what the world thinks of this

I'd give this place absolutely 0 stars! I was ripped off and screwed in a deal. I bought a Mitsubishi 3000 gt and was only able to drive it for 4 days before the engine jumped time and blew the motor. Now I'm stuck with a $10,000 paper weight since the owner told me "he doesn't buy cars back" and I'm not sure if I even legally own it. I haven't seen or received a title. George Case the owner is a scam artist a piece of trash. Don't ever waste your money here. They won't contact you or answer the phone if there's a problem after you take the keys to your new car.

First vehicle had bad shocks,seamed it was in limp modeand missing back seat they wanted $300 for the seat.second vehicle broken radio said the wasn't interested in fixing it. Then hassled about returning deposit. Bought camper to be over it and found broke and missing stuff. Doing business isn't recommended.reply is a lie and money is refundable until i agree on bank terms. Their reply is proof of being a rip off. My girlfriend was with me and she don't fix radios,lies.should be reported to the better business bureau.

WOW what a Find. Awesome Used Cars & Trucks !!! Private Owned Dealership that treats you like Family !!! I helped my Mother in law(83) find a car . Route 11 Auto had what we wanted @ a great price !!! So glad we found this please. Thank You Route 11 auto !!! Nice to find someone in the auto business you can trust !

Bought a 2008 Rogue and was sold a lemon! Transmission issue one day before our warranty was up and wouldn't return our calls. Also don't go through their loan people. interest is scary high and paperwork slips through the cracks. we waited a month for our first bill and after many calls finally came to understand that paperwork hadn't been sent out. So we became a month behind. Which had the loan people upset. When we explained what happened they basically said it wasn't their problem and not to let it happen again. Along with rt 11 motorsports their loan office is unprofessional. Don't buy from here, keep looking.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! All they want is your money. I bought my truck one year ago from here. It's been driven about 11,000 miles since then. Was told the truck was a southern truck for half it's life. Looked underneath at the rockers and frame and they looked good. One year later, and the rockers are sitting in my driveway because they have rusted off. Turns out, they just took black paint and covered the rust. Very disappointed. The salesperson also told me to stop investigating surface rust above the rear wheel wells. Now that has got some rust on it. This doesn't happen in just one year, it takes many. They lied to me about it being from the south. Now I'm stuck with an 18,000 dolar truck thats not even worth 4 grand. I will not shop here ever again. If you value your hard earned cash, go somewhere else

Route 11 Motorsports is AMAZING!! I want to express from my heart how grateful I am for George and Crystal. They are wonderful humans with beautiful hearts here to help others find the right car for their life. I purchased a Toyota Prius 4 months ago from their dealership, I am beyond thrilled with my purchase from them. They have been extremely professional the entire time, Crystal helped me get financed for the car when 3 other banks denied my request. This was a huge relief during a stressful process to get approved, but George and Crystal made the process as streamlined as possible. The Prius runs like a brand new car and only needed some very minor repairs two months into my purchase of the car, George took my car to their local mechanic to fix it under the 3-month warranty that covered the repairs. I just picked my car up today from their dealership and it's running like a gem. If your looking for a reliable vehicle look no further Route 11 Motorsports is the spot, I will be purchasing from them in the future. Thank you George and Crystal I appreciate you with all my heart, you are incredible human beings, Love you guys!

Drive 3 hours to look a truck found 4 things wrong with asked them to fix before we would sign and buy.. but hey said they would but had to leave a down payment to hold the truck. Left down payment and came the following week to sign paperwork and pick up truck found they hadn t fixed anything they state it was inspected one of the problems was a code they cleared for the power train When we told them we didn t want it because they hadn t fixed the problems. Told us to bad we bought the truck and it was ours and we hadn t made them aware of any issues .. REFUSED to refund the down payment !!!! And threatened to have us arrested while arguing with us!!!

Do NOT buy from Route 11 Motorsports. Don appears to be very nice, but he and the owner are completely dishonest. I purchased a car from them for my daughter that came with a 90 day warranty. We quickly learned that the vehicle was losing a quart of synthetic oil every one hundred miles. Route 11 didn't think that was a problem and they wouldn't fix or buy back the vehicle. Clearly that 90 day warranty was worthless. After much back and forth I only got them to buy back the vehicle because they broke so many motor vehicle dealer regulations and forged my wife's signature on the DMV registration forms. Even then they were so arrogant and dishonest that they didn't think forgery was a big deal and said they would just pay the fine for the dealer regulations that they broke. In reality, I think they could have lost their dealer license and gone to jail. Forgery is a felony, but perhaps a common practice at Route 11 Motorsports. Had I not discovered their illegal actions I would have had to go through the length process of abribration under the NYS lemon law to get them to buy back the vehicle. Trust me, save yourself a lot of problems and don't buy a vehicle from Route 11 Motorsports.

Sold me and my husband a car. Started out with problems from the start. When we got it the check engine light came right on. After a little arguing he took it in and fixed it. Fast forward to now a year later. The electric power steering now stops working WHILE WE ARE DRIVING!!! ( We are a family of 5 ) upon further research while rt 11 motor sports owned the car it had an extended warranty given for the electric power steering to be replaced. GM told me this morning they let the previous owner know. Now that warranty is expired and we can't afford to pay for it. So long story short he sold our family a car knowing the power steering needed to be professionally fixed and put us all in danger. Keep yourself and your family safe and don't buy anything from this place!!!!!!!!!

Do not give them a deposit, they will lie and say people were looking at the vehicle and the lost sales and steal your money.they sell junk and there garage will not fix anything to save them money and pass all problems to you and say to bad so sad you bought it!

Needed a truck asap as mine was overtaken by New York winters. I didn't have really good credit and they still helped me out on pulling away with a nice truck. I'll be going back in the future for sure.

Test drove their 08 Altima coupe, an amazing vehicle. Don is an honest guy, was going to trade in my vehicle because other places told me it was $2,300 to $2,500 but he gave it to me straight and said it was $800 w/negative equity it is what it is. Told me to wait awhile so I save up because I'm in college and the Altima wouldve been around $200/m. if I financed so he didn't want me to dig a hole. Get a vehicle here if you want to work with someone who actually cares and isn't out to take advantage of you for a sale. Thanks for your time today Don, I'll be back soon.

Great place to purchase a vehicle outstanding after the purchase with helping out with problems. Went in the middle of a snowstorm, and all the cars were brushed off and ready to go.. Highly recommend this place and Chrystal is a pleasure to deal with

I was also sold a LEMON! Don gave me a 90 day warranty on my '06 BMW 330XIn and played text-tag with me and phone-tag with the Burdick BMW dealership telling both parties exactly what we wanted to hear. Currently in the process of getting my money back but he is such a sleazy dealer, do NOT trust him or anything he says. Tell your family and friends to NOT buy from this guy.

Does not fix the vehicles it sells but yet has a NYS inspection license and Sells lemons to anyone stupid enough to buy from them. Don Is a scam artist and Will never fix the cars you bring to him DO NOT BUY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT DEALERSHIP unless you want to pay OUT OF POCKET on Cars with warranty on them

Never let this place work on your vehicle... They were suppose to do brakes and rotors on the front of my truck the mechanic broke one of the studs that holds the lugnuts on and lost a pin out of the caliber and rigged it with a thick wire! And the rotors were never replaced only pads ! I will never allow there mechanic to touch my vehicle!!!

My oldest son purchased a vehicle from this dealership. We brought it in for warranty work, within our allotted timeframe. Upon return we found a transmission line that had been "repaired" with garden hose, a bolt missing a nut, a zip tie where a bolt should be, and a wheel bearing that had not been touched. So, if you are looking for arrogant service and techs that shouldn't touch a power wheels, this is your place!

Don sold me a 2006 red convertible mustang manual, clutch went on it twice in a month, did not fix it either time and we had to take it to a REAL dealership, then blamed OUR driving for the clutch going when we didn t drive it enough, do NOT waste your time spending money here, we paid 5k for a car that was barely worth 2 definitely a lemon, check out a different dealer.

This place likes to play games until you get out of range for warranty or tells you it's one part like a o2 sensor and it's the catalic converters bad or cross over

This place lacks any real communication with it's potential clients,never returned a call after 5 calls and 2 visits...there mechanic seems to be there only asset.
