Easy and convenient from start to finish. The shop door was open for me to pull in as I arrived. My keys were taken and I was directed to the waiting room where I was able to get a fresh cup of coffee and have a few minutes of quiet time. The news was on so I listened while scrolling on my phone and occasionally dreaming about the new Silverado that was parked in front of me 20 minutes later - your vehicle is ready!

Made an appt. Showed up. Walked into the service dept. Promptly ignored by 2 service writers. Finally got some help. Check engine light was on. Code P0299,"Reduced engine power". 2022 Equinox struggled to get up hills.Picked up the car 2 days later. The very next day the engine went limp and the code popped up again. Took it back immediately. Again had to wait for employee conversations to stop and then i was helped. There was no apology for the non repair, just " we cannot get you in till the middle of next week".All this while i had to arrange 2 rent a cars to meet me at Reymour. Waited hours. Car is there now. Dissapointed

Regarding the repair shop; Always kind. Listen to my concerns. Thoroughly check everything and communicate to me. They go above and beyond. I appreciate the work they do. And I had an excellent experience when I bought my car almost 4 years ago. Salesperson wasn't pushy. Had oil change and wheel bearing replaced. Friendly staff and they were nice enough to give me a loaner for the day so I wouldn't have to wait as I was up all night working.

I went in expecting to have the typical car dealership experience, and I was so impressed with the quality of service and everyone s friendliness. I got so much information in an honest and straightforward way. I am definitely telling all of my friends to come here!

The first interaction was very pleasant and friendly! They made me feel comfortable and when they asked if there was anything else with the car, I let them know what sound it was making but also let them know not to worry about it and they did exactly that! There was no pressure of trying to push services onto me. The guys in service were amazing!

Just had to have tires switched and recall done, all staff always friendly and courteous. My car was running a bit late and I was going to have to pick up my kids from school if it had run into the time frame and the manager himself offered his car to me because they were just running behind. Luckily it didn t have to come to that but it was kind. They always do a good job.

Only negative is we had to go over the bill and get it correct. I had made the appt on line through GM rewards and checked all the box's for use points 5$ off on air filter 3$ off on cabin filter along with $89 oil and tire rotation and inspection. 1. When I arrived, I was carrying my baby in her car seat. The gentleman in service who checked me in noticed this and said he d try to get my car done as quickly as possible. As a new mom, I really appreciated his kindness.2. When I was in the waiting area, several employees stopped to see my daughter and interact with her. It made the time go by quickly and I really appreciated that everyone was so friendly.3. When an employee came up to tell another customer that her car was ready, he let me know that mine was not too far behind. This heads up allowed me to pack everything up and get ready to go. Moms really appreciate this kind of thing.4. Our salesman greeted us by name and even remembered my daughter s name. We bought the car from Charlie several months ago. This type of customer service and individualized attention was really thoughtful and very welcomed.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Took my Silverado in for an oil change and tire rotation. When they finished I got my truck back and my center dash computer screen was dead. They told me there was problems with it before I got there even though it worked fine before they worked on it. Now they ve scheduled me to come back so they can check what s gone wrong. I should have to pay for this repair.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. And they actually had a Colorado in stock that was on their website. And when I called them they actually answered the phone and answered my questions. No run around.
