I purchased a new 2024 Chevy Colorado from Reymore Cheverolet 3/30/24 and had a great experience. The sales person I worked with, Penny, was very attentive and responsive to my emails and calls. I probably asked more questions than the usual buyer but it never felt like I was a bother. Overall it was a very positive buying experience.

We purchased an almost new used car from Reymore a couple of weeks ago. We live 2,000 miles away from New York and wiring them almost $50,000 to buy a vehicle sight unseen was somewhat scary. But with about 60 pictures they had online and conversations with the staff, we felt comfortable enough to do it. We flew to Syracuse and they picked us up and we picked up the vehicle with all the required paperwork with no issues. Brian and Charley were great to work with and we were very well taken care of. The vehicle is just as advertised and we are very happy with all aspects of our purchase. After we returned home, our state required an additional document to get the license and title and Charlie obtained it and texted it to me in less than 24 hours. If, like me, you are wondering if these guys are reputable and if the vehicles they offer are as good as they appear, I enthusiastically give them a very positive endorsement. Bought a truck had a great experience the first time. Bought a truck a second time (with 37,000 miles) only to put 3,000 miles on it, had it 146 days truck is now undriveable, has an extensive history of emissions problems and dealership never disclosed and REFUSING to help. Said nothing they can do . Nice way to keep up your reputation. The truck is for work, to earn a livelihood. Making a family of 5 now facing financial burden. Thanks for the help Reymore.

This dealership knows a little about customer service. The entire process was seamless. Brian Hickey was the best. He proactively contacted me about a 2500 (knowing I was looking weeks earlier) and we quickly sealed the deal. Unlike Sharon Chevrolet who took a deposit and gave my vehicle away after I drove 1 hour. A classless act. Spoke to the owner who didn t even apologize. Call Reymore!!!!!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Dave Fischer! He was the best salesman we have ever worked with. We have a toddler who is very busy and likes to be involved and Dave was absolutely phenomenal with letting him play with his little matchbox cars to keep him busy while talking about the vehicle and signing papers. We were able to take the kids in the car with their car seats to test drive (this was the first dealership/salesperson to allow this for us, so I get this was HUGE)! They were also very accommodating as we drove 2 hours to the dealership to see the vehicle that we ended up purchasing. We decided to pick it up on our way out of state on a vacation and Dave was also extremely accommodating in letting us switch over all of our luggage, beach gear, etc to the new vehicle so we didn t have to make an extra trip 2 hours from home to buy our new to us car! We had the best experience and I will always come to Reymore Chevy to purchase our vehicles!

Service repair shop is a joke. They kept my car for 5 days. I then had to be the one to keep contacting them over days and days in order to even get my car back. I dropped my car on a Wednesday and The first contact I made was on Friday when a repair man there Mike had told me to upon initially speaking. When calling on Friday a service repair man Jim gets on the line and says oh, no your cars not ready would you like to pick it up since we're going into the weekend. I laughed and said how would I do that since my car was towed in as a no start. Flustered this Jim says OH RIGHT that one, yeah, we hooked it up to the coding machine and it's electrical. We need to dig a bit further into this and hopefully we can get this done for you on Monday. Still no contact from anyone on Monday at noon so I call again. Low and behold oh my they were just going to call me ( I call B.S.).......Basically they kept my car for 5 days and charged me $391 for a battery. A battery lol. Ridiculous!!! This is not the first run in of audacity with this shop, but it is the last.

I went in to get parts. Something as simple as a light switch. They had to order it. 71 plus tax.I refused.Ordered myself.45 dollars.I don't mind at all in fact I prefer to buy local.But the markup is too much.The place was clean.The staff was pleasant.

Bought a used vehicle (2020 Ram) from Reymore end of 2022, upon getting it home noticed a few issues, mainly with the sunroof. I also had to take the truck to get recalls (2) taken care of. Worked with Mike from the sales department.The service department was top notch in fixing the issue. Jim was great to work with. Provided me with a rental while my truck was getting fixed. I also brought my old truck there for service, highly recommend their service department.

Had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle here. Mike and Jaime helped make the process simple and easy and were very accommodating.After a couple of weeks I had an issue with the vehicle and I reached back out to see if anything could be done. I was really just looking for a yes or no answer, the salesman said he had to talk to the manager and let me know. After 2 weeks I still haven't heard anything and had to fix the problem through insurance. Really disappointed because they were great when buying the vehicle.

The sales process with Mike was very cordial, and informative. Mike did a nice job of explaining the process, responding to our questions and needs, most importantly setting proper expectations with the transaction, and also giving direct answers of what the dealership was able to do or not do with our particular vehicle purchase. This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and professional. Our sales person Rachel was friendly, knowledgeable and kept the process moving. She was very cognizant of our time and kept us informed at every step. We knew what we wanted having found it through a search of their online inventory and drove away the same day.I highly recommend Reymore and would purchase from them again.

My family and I live in VT, which is approximately 5 hours away from Reymore Chevrolet. When shopping for a used car, I noticed my dream car was located at Reymore. At first I was nervous to start the car buying process with an out of state dealer, especially one so far away. I knew we wouldn t be able to look at the car in person before we made our purchase. Even though I was nervous, I thought it was worth a shot. Upon contacting Reymore I was put in contact with Ken Lance in their sales department. He was responsive, honest, and thorough. Ken set up video calls so we could see the car, sent service records for us to review and coordinated a drop off by two wonderful people, Bob and Marie. We purchased the car and it arrived yesterday. We couldn t be happier and the process was so enjoyable. Don t hesitate to use Ken and Reymore for all your car needs, even if you re as far away as us. Thanks again, Ken!!!

I had a wonderful experience buying a car from Reymore Chevrolet in Central Square, NY. Mike was very friendly and helpful in determining what we wanted and showing us what was available. With 2 toddlers to accompany us he made the experience as painless as possible. The prices are already great but we were able to negotiate a better price quickly. Josh was also amazing and got us a great rate with one of their partnering banks. We were able to get the price negotiated on a Saturday and picked our new used car up on the Tuesday after. Signing the papers went very quickly. The walk through of the car and how it works was very informative and helpful, which was also completed by Mike. I would highly recommend anyone to Mike and this particular Chevy dealership! I am more than completely satisfied with the entire process and couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you so much Mike and Josh!

I am very satisfied with my experience with Reymore Chevrolet, David Fisher. I knew what I was looking for and found my Blazer. I gave them a short window to get my purchase done and they delivered. The next day my husband went back and bought a truck from them. My husband and I have been together for 30 yrs. I. That time he's had 3 vehicles. So for him to buy a vehicle also means they did an outstanding job!!!

I bought a new blazer here and can t say enough about the service we received. It started online with Jaime from customer service helping us for over 3 days answering our many questions, she was absolutely great, then we made an appointment and she met us because they were so busy and helped us until a salesman could take over which went above and beyond her job! Next our salesman Ken Lance helped us get the perfect Blazer, would recommend this place to everyone!!! Great job Reymore and team! Extremely happy

The online service was accurate, the staff friendly and helpful. Ken was a great salesman, no pressure! He explained all the paper work so we understood, was patient and made the process easy. Our wait time was minimal and they followed up on any requests we had. Financing was easy and the rate was as good as our local Credit Union. Definitely worth the drive as we live an hour away. Thank you everyone for the experience. We will be back!!

Reached out to Reymore looking at a specific car I saw online. We set up a time for me to come and they had the car already when arrived. It was late in the day and approaching the time they closed but they didn't rush us out the door. They gave me a great price on my tradein so we were able to cut a deal. They were even able to provide a pretty sweet warranty with it. So I felt confident making my purchase with them. Overall, it was a great interaction and I highly recommend on doing business with them.

We met with Ken Lance and he was an outstanding salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. It was as if we had all known each other for years. He showed us the Carfax on the truck we were interested in and then we took it for a test drive. When we got back, he showed us around the entire facility and gave us a history of the company. I ve never had such a welcoming feeling from a salesperson at a dealership before! He checked in with us several times while we waited for financing, and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of the entire time we were there. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Thank you to Ken and the entire staff for providing such a wonderful experience!

The dealership was quick to answer my call and questions, everyone I encountered on the phone and in person was very friendly and responsive.The vehicle was clean and ready when I showed up for the test drive, and when I picked it up for purchase.Joel provided excellent service, was quick to find answers to my questions. I had a 5 star experience, as I always do when buying or leasing a vehicle at Reymore's. The salesman (Ken Lance) took me through the step by step process of my new lease. He introduced me to all the new gadgets and technology my new truck had to offer. I was impressed with his salesmanship and his eagerness to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He also gave me what I asked for regarding my trade in and gave me thousands off in rebates on my new ride. Thank you Reymore for making my leasing experience a pleasurable one.
