These folks were the ones to tow my car when it was recently totaled, and the service they provided was excellent. They were courteous and helpful to the driver at the scene of the accident, and continued to maintain that demeanor during my interactions. When the time came to get a rental, the team was about to offer a car for a cost that worked for me when the big chains couldn't be bothered. They made a stressful time far easier to manage, and I'm thankful for that. Would definitely recommend.

Great family and good people.my wife hit a buck with our Toyota Rav 4. This vehicle looks new. Great job. 5 stars out of 5 stars. I did not even have to call or deal with my insurance company. BTW my dad died that day, they came with the tow truck and picked the vehicle up within. 15 minutes. Thank you, Matt, By Rob

These guys are just awesome. Can't say it loud enough. They have the equipment for big wheels. They also have a Road Force balancer! They mounted and road force balanced these 22s for me at a very reasonable price. It's a family business and you definitely get that feeling immediately! No shady business going on here. My car rides smoother than the stock wheels now! I will definitely return and would highly recommend to others.

Matt McGill rescued my Husband and I in our time of need. While traveling from up north our car engine lost power on interstate 81. Not from the area we googled towing services, thank goodness Matt McGill Collision was the first one on the list. In a stressful time Matt was our savior. I had a 7:00am dr appt in Syracuse the next day and we were traveling to our friend's house for the night. We did not know how we were going to get to where we needed to go. Not only did Matt tow our car but also had a rental vehicle available for us and was genuinely concerned about our situation. It has lighten my heart to know there are still good genuine people out there with family, business and customer service values, that have not been corrupted by the world we live in. Matt McGill and his team did a great job! I was in an accident and the shop that towed my vehicle were not very helpful in letting me retrieve my things. The same shop wasn't very helpful in communicating on the status of my vehicle. I contacted Matt McGill for advice and he was extremely helpful. Matt and his team helped me retrieve my vehicle and got the process with the insurance rolling very quickly. He was very available to help me retrieve my things from my vehicle and any questions I had. I would highly recommend Matt McGill and his team. They did nothing but good by me and any questions I had. Matt came to our rescue on a very busy holiday weekend, we had run out of gas just a mile away from the gas station.Matt was there to help us when no one else was available. There are very few like Matt left in this world, he has earned my total respect in just a few minutes of meeting him. Matt McGill had a tow truck out in a very timely manner and towed me back to his shop along with the 20' boat I had in tow and his boys had my truck fixed and I was back on the road in an hour . Matt and his crew saved us after over a year of working with a dealership that fixed the damage done to our Ford Explorer by a deer. Everything was done poorly and Matt went in and re-repaired all that was wrong and unsafe. He was efficient and also gave us a lender so we could make it to work everyday. He worked tirelessly with our insurance and the dealership and fought to keep our vehicle at his shop so he could do the repairs right (we no longer trusted the dealership s repair team). We had our vehicle back in no time and it is just like new. We will never go anywhere else after this. The quality of work and customer service is beyond anything I have ever seen.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Matt McGill is 100% the person/place to go to. He treats you like family and that is what stood out to me the most. Of course he's phenomenal work speaks for it self but it feels good to do business with such a humble person and staff. I would like to give a shout out to Matt McGill and his team if not for them my last trip to the Carolinas would not have happened We started out last Saturday was an hour or so into our drive when Mike mentioned having coffee as he proceeds to pass all the exits when I finally said what about that coffee as the Brewerton exit has a Tim Hortons. We pull in and order and as we wait our car starts to make weird sounds. We got it out of others ways and thought what now. So knowing no one in the area I asked Siri for local tow trucks. After one call to a disconnected number Matt McGills number came up and he came and saved the day. Within fifteen minutes . We had a valve cover problem. He took us to his shop and the crew diagnosed the problem and thankfully they could get the part and could do the work. He got us on our way in a little under 3.5 hours. Which by the time we left we had met new friends We had no further troubles with our ride. And Matt had even called a few days later to ask how our trip panned out. aw Which total A plus. For that. Any way him and family are into go cart racing and come to the can am. So I ll be there at least a time or two to cheer their team on

This family business set a standard in my experience that to this day has been unmatched by any other. They went absolutely above and beyond to help us out of car trouble with their tow services, and provided excellent, timely repair service for the same incident. Honest and accommodating every step of the way.
