We have 2 vehicles and have them both serviced at Mark's. Awesome service and the people are great. Always keep us up to date with what our vehicles need and the best way to take care of them. Nice to have a place to go where we trust the people. Great to work with.

You gotta have a mechanic you can trust! These guys are professional. They re good at diagnosing problems before there is a failure, so you can plan ahead. And they have great communication. I m an engineer but I don t know cars. I appreciate that they take the time to explain the details so I know what s going on. You won t be disappointed!

We get an appointment when needed without wait, the prices are very affordable. They are honest and try to do the best they can to meet your needs without breaking the bank. The people here are amazing! Total professionalism. Excellent top quality service every time. And I am always warmly greeted and given personal attention and treated like family. I ve never given a review to previous car service mechanics before, but Mark s is the exception! Well deserved 5 star review in my opinion. My daughter also brings her car here and she feels as I do that we are lucky to have found such an honest, professional, and very reasonably priced car service mechanic shop that is top notch. I m very happy with Marks, and I highly recommend them!

Always nice and tells us what is wrong with the vehicle and tells you how much ahead of time and gives option to use snap finance if you don't have enough to pay the bill. Thank you for your assistance.

I ve been going to Mark s Service Center for years! They always do such a great job when they work on my car, very thorough, and efficient! The customer service is amazing, always professional and going above and beyond to give a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend them!I have also rented a Budget Moving truck with them and they made that process so easy!

I came in to Mark's Service Center in the middle of a snowstorm. My tire pressure was low, the place that I tried to fill up was letting air out of the tires, and it was incredibly cold. I walked in and just asked if it was possible for them to check my tire pressure and possible even fill them up. They were so kind and considerate. They took my car in right away, checked the pressure, filled my tires up to where they needed to be, and cleared a light that had come on in my dash that wasn't signaling any huge issues. I am SO thankful for the kind service I received, for the speed in which they resolved any issue, and that they made me feel better getting back on the road to head home. I cannot recommend them enough and am so glad they pulled up in a Google search.They definitely went above and beyond, and I am thankful that they were able to take the time to help me out and get me back on the road safely. Thank you!

I ve been to a lot of service centers for my vehicles and Mark s Service is the best of them all. I ve been taking my vehicles here for 6 years and I don t trust anyone else. Their prices are excellent, they recommend what is needed and the quality of work is too notch. Once again they were awesome. On short notice they can accommodate and perform excellent quality service. Always top quality customer service to go along with top quality maintenance. I cannot say enough great things about Mark s Service Center. They have always been able to get me in fast when my car needed routine maintenance. They ve also been there when I needed them in a pinch and got my car right in to be looked at. Andrea is incredibly nice and I appreciate the friendly faces when I drop my car off and know that I can trust these people to do the job right. I will be using them for a long time. I cannot praise Mark s enough! They were able to get me into the shop quickly, as a favor because my inspection was expiring. Had a light come on in my truck, they had me come right in, checked, reset it and had me use some exhaust cleaner. They easily could ve charged me an arm and a leg to do it, but saved me a boatload. That, in itself, is hard to find. The shop lobby and waiting room is the cleanest I ve ever seen, and I have obscene OCD. Mark, Matt, and Andrea are top notch people. Have been upfront about all costs and clearly explained the repairs. I'm usually not one to create a review for businesses. I generally show my support by continuing to avail myself of their services.Now, Marks is different for me. These people impressed me from the start when I needed NYS Inspections for two cars and continued for the (nearly) 5 years I've been living in Central Square .The people at Marks are VERY friendly and willing to listen, then away they go, to work their magic and get the issue fixed in an efficient and cost-effective manner.My father was an automotive and diesel mechanic his entire life. He always said that a good indicator of mechanic you can trust is one that will take the time to listen, let's you know about things that need fixing you are unaware of (and are willing to SHOW you) and most of all, keeps a clean and tidy shop (Speaks to the mind-set and sense of pride for everyone in the shop)MARKS is all off these things. They excel at what they do.BTW, last job was an exhaust pipe that needed welding and a torsion bar mount. I had to have my brakes done and after checking around. Mark's came at a very reasonable price. He came in at almost $400 less than the cheapest quote I received. Mark's Service Center was a suggestion from a neighbor after having some sudden engine/coolant issues. First, Andrea who runs the front of the service area, is super friendly and accommodating...a rare combination these days. She was very professional on the phone explaining how the service experience would go. I dropped my car off AND Andrea provided a ride back to my home. They took my vehicle in as fast as they could considering all the other repairs, diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. All for a very fair price! I won't wish for future repairs, but when they come, I'm confident that I'll be returning to Mark's Service Center as it was an excellent experience. Thank you!Service: Engine repair
