My first visit here after a recommendation from a friend... Mike and his crew are very friendly the job they did undercoating my new car was very very good no sloppy spills anywhere no excess undercoating anywhere...... A Hometown repair shop with the owner is still working on his customers cars. I highly recommend. command this place.....

My first visit went great. The staff was professional and friendly. The service was quick. Very honest people. I accidentally gave then an extra $20 dollar bill when I paid and they gave it back to me. I never would have known if nobody said anything. Also nobody tried to sell me anything I did not need.

Had a great experience at M&K automotive. First time customer. Brought my 2024 grand highlander to have it undercoated with woolwax. Woolwax is a great product and I have used it on my previous vehicle with great results. It is a thicker product than other undercoating sprays which allows it to stand up to the NYS winters better. The product also comes in two colors black or straw. I was happy to see Mike used both. Mike had great communication throughout the process. Overall a great experience with one of the few dealers of woolwax in upstate NY, will hopefully be returning in the future.

My wife had her truck towed there when her serpentine belt failed while I was at work. I am extremely happy with the way they treated us. Highly recommended.

2 years ago I drove our car to this establishment, in which they have worked on our car before, I told them the head gasket was blown, they said it wasn't, they fixed it, 6 days later our car was doing same thing, blown head gasket, I took it back to them, the estimate was $900, works for me, it took them 6 weeks to fix our car after they told me if they weren't fast enough to fix it to call someone else for the repair,I took their advice, someone must have called, that same afternoon they called me that they started on it, said the head was shaved twice, new gasket, timing chain and waterpump replaced, almost $1900 dollars when finished, little over 2 years to the day we got the car back, head gasket is blown again, I wonder what we actually paid for, was this work actually done, or did I pay for a cob job! In the future,I know where not to go, even for a bulb replacement!!Seems to me that if this was done, why is the head blown again! The car runs sound, 3 turns it starts every time, even with the head blown!!Yes this is true, if you didn't check the block, yesterday they were steal, today aluminum!

It is very difficult to find a shop that will work on your classic car especially when you don t want others to touch it, but M&K did an amazing job on mine and now they have a customer for life. Thank you for being so professional and doing a great job.

M&K Auto and there crew Do an amazing job especially Mike he was very helpful and was quick to return phone calls and communicated with me very well most shops did not wanna touch it as the dealership I bought the truck from welded 2 studs On the manifold to look like they were installed properly, But in reality those two studs were broke in the engine block they also did this to the driver side as well along with the passenger side Mike and his crew spent 4 hours removing those studs out of the engine block and then putting on new exhaust manifolds And with new studs as well. I am extremely grateful to Mike and his team as again no shops really wanted to touch this job and he gave me a fair price compared to what others were pricing me at He was really friendly and they did grade A+ work. I highly recommend them and Mike knew this was a huge inconvenience on me and he worked with me on the price and the labor they treat you like you re one of their own and they don t screw you over they treat you with respect you deserve to be treated like and they don t overcharge you on prices or labor. I plan on going back to them for my further needs with my truck. Thank you again Mike and your crew it means a lot I couldn t of asked for better customer service and better quality work you guys outdone yourself and met my expectations and exceeded them as well.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

Made an appointment a week out. Got right in on time. Excellent work on my new truck with aftermarket upgrades. Awesome quality work at an affordable price. Mike and Kelly What an triple A, 5 star, customer experience. They went above and beyond Woolwaxing my 2020 Colorado ZR2 Diesel.Excellent Customer service.I will be securing their services again. I recommend them to anyone who needs to have their vehicle undercoated.Respectfully,David Rivers

Just brought my 2015 Toyota Tacoma here for an inspection, got in and out within 30 minutes. The gentleman who helped me (I assume he is the ow ner ) advised me I needed new brakes (truck has 100k miles on it with original brakes, and was shocked at how reasonable his quote was (I am able to replace on my own).Inaddition, I had a marker light bulb out...was replaced without additional charge.By far one of the best auto repair establishments I've been to...very professional. When all was said and done, he reached out to shake my hand.You don't find that kind of customer service anymore.I highly recommend these folks. Though I am able to do auto repairs on my own, if there ever comes a day when I am unable to do my own repairs...I'm going to them!

I like that its husband and wife working together here. She answers phones and takes appointments and he is busy fixing cars and picking up parts. They also have used cars for sale in their lot. Pricing for my car to be fixed was reasonable

Mike and his way of are the most amazing people great great customer service fantastic mechanics spot on every time if there's an issue after they fix it they take care of it right away though I've never had an issue with having to bring it back and they are the most helpful in making sure that they do the job and they diagnose it correctly and fix it I won't take my car anywhere but you couldn't ask for better mechanics they're not just your mechanic they are truly friends
