Even when they not busy with a green light, they ignore you you ll have to wait 30 to 40 minutes just to drop your paper very disrespectful after I told him I give you one star review they call me to come back and give him my photo ID copy they already have it in the file just to give me a hard time

Wasn t aware they have the right to remove everything from your truck and toss it in the bed, I never removed it cuz I wasn t informed if it was being totaled or not, but some scum there stole my seat covers and a laptop but clearly they need to more due to their low paying job and terrible parents raising them so best of luck with it cuz the screens broke

I was looking for 0 star to give this company. I couldn't fine the 0 . Let me share the story. I bought a nissan frontier from them since november 2022 , until now they can't give me the title , they gave me a bunch of story ooooo they can not find the owner to sign the title. When i asked them to give me all money that i spent on the car. They refused . They said they can give me only the money i paid for the car and storage fees.Listen!!!!!I paid towing $1600 to drop the car to Florida plus 800 i paid mechanic to fixed it . . They don't want to give me all i spent . That is stupid . Every time i called they said they working on it . It is almost 7 months since i bought the car i can't use it is not fair. That is the worst place to buy vehicles.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I called and asked about a tow which happened the day prior. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude and seemed more interested talking to her friends then helping. Then I gave her all the information and she said it was never there. I thought I might have called the wrong one so I tried calling the Rochester office and they pulled it up with half of the information that I gave the first office! Lady in Rochester you rock! She was able to tell me it was indeed in the Syracuse office and that she wasn't sure why they told me it wasn't. So now a little agitated because of my missing tire and license plates I called back to the Syracuse office and was left on hold for 20 minutes while they went to go check. She came back and told me the tire wasn't there, again seeming more interested in her previous conversation with someone there. I asked about my missing license plates and was on hold for another 17 minutes while they looked and she told me they weren't there still..I tried calling the place the vehicle was towed from and they said everything left with my vehicle when they came to get it. Copart is refusing to send picture proof that the vehicle had everything intact upon pickup even though they told me they had picture proof it wasn't. And told me I have to go through my insurance to get them. I happened to take phones the day before it left as well and everything was in place. I received a call back saying that they could issue me a paper statement that the plates were at copart but have been lost. And that I'm assuming doesn't mean jack ***** to DMV. At this point I'm extremely aggravated. And a few moments after that a very kind and helpful women from copart called me back and said they had my missing plates and they had misplaced them but will be FedEx the next day. But for the missing tire and rims she wasn't able to help, im not sure of your name but you were the nicest person I had spoken to from there and i'd highly recommend leaving there as quickly as you could! You are far to nice to be working there, try rochester they actually seem super nice comparatavly speaking to this dumpster-fire of an establishment. The driver who dropped off my car to my mechanic was incredibly rude and didnt seem to care in the slightest bit as well about anything at all. So I would ABSOLUTELY 100% avoid the hassle of trying to deal with this trash company!

My husband arranged for this service to pick up a truck two days ago. They called him saying that the driver would be at our house within two hours, but they never showed up and never called to inform us why. Keep in mind that my husband was under the impression that he was selling them our truck, and we had time-sensitive plans for the money we were supposed to receive. This is a very poorly run organization that doesn't care about its customers or about any inconvenience that it causes them. I plan on calling them tomorrow morning, but as of now, I wouldn t trust them or ever use them again. We'll see if they honor the contract they have with my husband.

Went to pick up items from my totalled car all items were in the trunk except some of my airsoft related items totalling close to 600$ these people are complete thiefs to run a business and let people steal items shows the company itself has no integrity I can only imagine how the rest of the company is ran I will also be filing with my insurance company for these items as it would be theft

Car was listed as run and drive with keys. But guess what...it was a push button start and they HAD lost the keys.The manager was helpful he gave us the number to a local guy who could get it keyed for like $400 in their parking lot. Ended up having to load it ourselves out of their parking lot because they just dropped it there and were closed by the time we got our trailer available. Not very satisfied with our experience there at all.

My God, what a bad service, there is not a day that I go and they don't give me a problem, it is always a problem to deliver the title, even when I put myself in the app, the grueros are fine, they always give me the cars on time, but in the office it is an extremely lousy service. I'm starting to think it's personal

We have been a Copart customer for almost thirty years until today. Copart raised our buyers fees with out notification. We were the high bidder on a vehicle for $11,700 which would have had a buyers fee of $600. They wanted a buyers fee of $2,340 and would not work with us. They said we have to pay for this vehicle. Saying this is our new policy and there is nothing we can do for you. Thats a really big jump in fees and bad business. Its crooked and dishonest to treat customers that way. I hope this new policy really hurts their business . Stay away from Copart

Coming here to pick up vehicles is an absolute nightmare. Jump through forty hoops and prepare to wait hours for the vehicles you paid for. Cant come in and pick up vehicle, cant call in and have them bring vehicles out. One option only and it is thru the cue and it makes no sense and rakes way longer.

Completely unaccountable for damages done to my car while being towed and in their possession. Currently in the process of taking them to small claims. Stay as far away from them as you can

After I paid for the vehicle I've been told to wait for the loader to bring the car outside, after waiting for 1 hour, went back in the office. Come to find out the request was never sent to the loader.

My car was towed here from Utica after it was totaled from an accident. The collision place I was at had told them that my car was ready to pick up, that I didn t need to get my belongings out well.. I did. I know that part isn t they re fault. BUT I called to asked if they can ship my belongings that were still in the car (sunglasses, air fresheners, plates, ezpass, Fitbit, CDs, and other personalized items). They said sure, anything that can fit in an envelope they can mail. 4 DAYS later I get a package withbjust my plates and ezpass in it..... so the next day I drive 45 minutes to get my things out of my car. They threw the loose parts from the outside of my car related to the accident, into my back seat and trunk... they also threw all of my BELONGINGS in the trunk. So instead of being decent, knowing I needed my things, put them aside or in a box in the car or something I had to search through their mess of car scraps IN my car for my things They re lucky nothing was damaged or stolen.

This place reminds me of napa main store in Syracuse. Wait times are getting ridiculous in person or over the phone. For the amount of fees we pay for buying and selling vehicles in here hopping to see better service

My vehicle was moved to Copart in Central Square, NY from Koskinen's Collision in Ithaca without my consent. The personal property of my family was still inside the automobile. The interior of the car had been gone through prior to my daughter's being able to retrieve our possessions. Several items were missing including the jumper cables, flashlight, cell phone holder, first aid kit, umbrella, University at Buffalo license plate frame and even a brand new tub of hand wipes. This just added insult to injury after the accident, and should never have happened.

One of the worst auction you can deal with been a dealer for 15 years and I see them getting worse and worse hopefully we see a change in customer service soon half hour to make a payment. Unreal
