I had to have my battery jump started after work so I called to see if I could bring my car in for a new one. They were very pleasant and I was asked if I could leave it. I said no problem. But when I got there they said I could wait. I was pleasantly surprised. They have the best service. I would recommend anytime.

We've been going to Burdick Ford Service for MANY years, with a good variety of Ford vehicles. John (the Svc Mgr) has been very good to us and has always been helpful. We continue to go there even though we haven't purchased from them.

Every aspect of dealing with Burdick Ford was a pleasure. Mike Ellingworth went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, especially during our present situation with the COVID-19 pandemic. I highly recommend visiting Burdick Ford. Honest upfront pricing with no pressure to purchase. I will definitely buy again!

Service was wonderful Johnathan istel was very nice and service quick and my waiting time was short also let me get into my vehicle inside because it was raining so hard out.i love all you guys at burdick Ford because you treat all your customers like family ,I like that in service
