Came in for a coolant flush and had a great experience. Service is great, they are very friendly, professional, and honest. Their prices are unmatched compared to some of the other dealerships! I will be returning for my service needs in the future.

This is our third car purchased from Burdick Ford and 13th year since we ve been using their service department for care and maintenance of our vehicles. Always a class act, always efficient, and still one of the best as far as cost/service.Our latest purchase was with Jessi. A new Ford Explorer Timberline model. This was the smoothest, easiest car purchase yet and Jessi was integral in making everything go off without a hitch. Great personal service without high pressure or being over bearing. Just good deals and lots of help and advice along the way. She even came in on her day off just to make sure the purchase went off quick and easy due to our time considerations that morning. I m sure we ll be buying from Burdick and Jessi in the future!

Purchasing my 2024 Ford Edge from Burdick Ford in Central Square was low key and enjoyable. Milo is a kind and compassionate sales agent who had my best interests at heart and applied absolutely no pressure for me to purchase this vehicle.Service Department manager John visited with me to explain a variety of options I could explore with my current vehicle, so I could compare and contrast the pros and cons of making a purchase.The administrative staff (Jonathan & Steve) were also very welcoming and helpful. The paperwork went smoothly and my car was ready for pick up on time. Milo spent time explaining to me all of the features and updates on the newer model, so I left the dealership driving safely.One of the main reasons I returned to Burdick Ford in Central Square to purchase another vehicle is because of the quality of the customer service and repair work performed by its service department.If anyone is in the market for a new or used vehicle, give this dealership a look. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Burdick Ford. Both times have been a pleasant experience. I just purchased a King Ranch F-150 from Burdick Ford and sales representative Jessi Shanahan did a great job helping me get a deal that I was very happy with. Excellent place to buy a vehicle. Time was taken by Jessi to help us decide what vehicle would be best for our needs along with the most practical way to purchase it. Everything was explained in great detail upon our decision which was the Ford Explorer. When we get ready to update our second vehicle we will be contacting Jessi to help us as she did a super job from the start of our buying experience to the time we drove away from the dealership.

Quick and painlessUpdate: Don t bother using them or at least stay away from salesperson Jessie.Inept at best. Asked to have scrape on new purchase buffed out, never done. Told will get ford points after purchase, none so far after repeated attempts to get fixed. Truck needed oil change 1000 miles after purchase. I would have expected it to be done before. Almost was able to leave dealer without plates being transferred. No front bracket on truck to even attach to. Had to wait even longer for her to find one and get it on and me on my way. I ll do my own service from now on and buy from Nye next time.

Brought my truck in for an alignment. They adjusted my toe and after had done so tell me I can t get my camber adjusted without a 600$ kit. I took my truck after and had it adjusted just fine at a local alignment shop without a 600$ kit they say I need. I approached about getting my money back and seems that won t be happening. Stinks when I wanted to try a new more local dealer to have something done on a vehicle and end up leaving with a crooked steering wheel. I ll stick to where I bought my truck from moving forward. Thanks for nothing!

I recently brought my car to Burdick Ford in Central Square after having an issue that I was unable to get fixed at three other dealerships. The service shop was fantastic. They diagnosed the issue promptly, gave me options to fix it, held off on having me spend any money on things until the main issue was fixed and did everything I asked. John the manager was great and spoke to me over the phone and in person to explain and discuss all the decisions. All the employees were professional, courteous and I was highly impressed. I felt like they did all they could at the most affordable price to accomplish what I needed.

I have bought vehicles from other dealerships and it seems to be an exhausting all day experience. Burdick was different, I told Milo where I had to be to make a deal, he said he would do everything he could. An hour later I was out the door with a new vehicle. Pretty refreshing

The sales team was so helpful and amazing. They helped me get my dream 2023 bronco wildtrak. Best new truck buying experience I have ever had. They really go above and beyond to help you.Always ask for Jessi she will take care of everything you need and more. Without a doubt I would always buy my new vehicles from burdick ford.

So I brought my car in for an oil change, according to my warranty an oil change should ve been covered. They told me over the phone without even looking at my papers that oil changes are usually not covered and I had to pay for it. They said complimentary car wash was included but I don t think they did that for me. The main thing was my key. When I gave them my key it worked perfectly fine. When I picked up my car my key fob lock button was stuck and I can not fix it. They insist on saying that it was not them but they are the only ones who had my key during that time.

Excellent! Salesman was very helpful,bnot pushy, explained everything from the vehicle itself to the financing. I typically keep my car for about 4-5 years, then trade. If Milo is still at burdick Ford, I will schedule an appointment to purchase another vehicle through him.

The service I received at Burdick Ford was incredible. The entire staff was extremely helpful, courteous, friendly and professional.
