I live in Texas and bought a car online from Billy Whitaker. They made the process easy from start to finish. John guided us through the journey and communicated with us non stop. I would have no problem buying a car cross country with them again.

I just traded in my first auto that I got through Billy Whittakers and got my second one through them as well! The people there are always so friendly and I had such an amazing experience getting the vehicle that best suits my family needs. It was a major upgrade for me and I am very happy they were able to help me.

I came in just to look at different cars. I am a widow and have never done this sort of thing. So I met a wonderful sales lady whose name is Gloria and explained my troubles and woes. She couldn't have been more helpful. I needed a later model car with good gas mileage and I know my credit score was not so good. Well surprisingly she was able to get me into a 2022 Malibu. That runs fantastic and looked ok too. I took it thru the car was and wiped down the inside and it looks like a brand new car. Gloria was awesome. She answered my many questions. When I told my daughter about my experience ,she told me she was thinking about trading in her old van .I told her to ask for Gloria.

It s been about six months since I bought my 21 Equinox from Billy Whittaker s. To say the staff there was great is a very strong understatement and does not do justice to them at all. The whole experience was very relaxing and respectful. The sales team and financial team did their absolute best to ensure I got the best possible payment they could work out with a bank. Which spoiler they did and then some. I drove away from the dealership that feeling very confident that I got the best SUV for me and my family at a great price. I would highly recommend Billy Whittaker s to anyone looking for a car, truck or suv. As Billy says good to go and they are not lying about that. I will most definitely be returning in the future to buy another vehicle from them.

Billy G. sold my family a vehicle in a pinch. We needed a new vehicle asap and my husband drove it home in less than 24 hours. The vehicle he provided us was within our price range and suits all of our needs and then some. Billy was honest, kind, personable, funny, and very patient and thorough while still moving along with our fast pace lifestyle.

My credit is not the best, but Billy Grasso worked on it until he got me into a car. He never gave up on me. 5 stars for their service department as well. Thank you to Fran as well with help with some paperwork. You guys are the best!

I ve bought my car from Billy Whittakers in 2018 from Fran. he was not pushy at all & for my first car, he really made me feel comfortable about the decision. I went in on a Friday to inquire about a car & picked up my vehicle that following Monday. When it comes to the servicing, they re the only ones I will allow to do maintenance on my vehicle. Clean fix every time & they always get my car done within a reasonable time. Joe & Pat are exceptional when it comes to their customer service & knowledge about vehicles. I would recommend Billy Whittakers 10/10 every time.

I went for an inspection. Kyle had my vehicle for over an hour. He first said that the front wipers were torn when they were not. I had just bought them in September. He then said that the stem on the tire was broken. It wasn t and nothing was replaced even though he said that he replaced it. I never thought that they were dishonest until this inspection. I ll never go back there again

My story is long so brace yourself, but it should be a good look of how the little guy gets bigger & forgets where he started! At the time of purchase everyone seemed nice. My daughter had bought 2 cars from Billy s without a problem. Heard more about the sales persons own medical problems more than the car I was about to purchase. My daughter & I took the car for a test drive. Brakes were good, pick up & slow down was good, all electrical was good. I reported a pulling in the front (needed alignment) and there was slight noise coming from someplace but couldn t be sure. Sales person guaranteed me they would go through it. It needed to be cleaned cause it was new to the lot they hadn t had time to do it we were told. Never did do it! But liked the vehicle (2018 Jeep Compass) so I bought it. This was not my 1st car purchase so I was aware of what to look for or so I thought! The car has been back 4 times. (Other than oil changes). The pull was still there, alignment wasn t done so that was completed. Also mentioned noise wasn t sure where it was coming from, was told they didn t hear anything. I was concerned so took the car to another Jeep dealer & paid them to look at & test drive to see if they heard anything. Yes they did hear a loud noise & it was a known problem with this make & model Jeep. It was from the gear box & an issue since they changed the style of this model Jeep. There no recalls at that time & was told to go back to please of purchase to be fixed. It had only been 2 months since the date of purchase. After taking the car back again Billy s sent to another dealer to be looked at. Service Mng from Billy s knew a person who worked there & told me to ask for him & Billy s would pay for it. I had to make this appointment myself & take yet more time from job & arrange transportation for an issue on the car I bought less than 6 months before. Yes red flags were everywhere, people were rude @ Billy s & The dealer I was sent to (Burdicks) where I was very rudely told they heard nothing. Of course there was an issue with the payment to Burdicks so I again had to take my time & place calls to get that situation taken care of. I was treated like a some crazy women that was hearing things & I was just a complainer! Well the 3rd & final time I took this car back to Billy s regarding this noise I took it for a drive with the office Mng or so I was told. The response was yes it is a loud noise was finally told it was gear box & no recalls so they couldn t fix it!!! And the best thing I was told turning the music up always helps . I wanted to slap that young man ! That s a mechanic joke & I m sure plenty of you have heard it but not from the dealer you bought the car from. Well I ve been complaining since I bought the car & guess what nothing has been done. I also had to have a strut replaced & had to take it back again because something was making a rattling sound. The service department was getting tired of me & it was obvious but that rattle was a bolt that was not tightened properly & was starting to come off! After trip after trip, conversation after conversation, phone calls, travel time , lost work time & just the plain inconvenience of this whole thing, I have stopped trying to get this taken care of. I still have my free oil changed but after my oil changes & free inspection after a year I will stop going to Billy s & I believe you know why! I don t expect anything to come out of this but what the hell maybe I kept someone from a similar experience. So much for good to go . Not even close! I m sure this removed or not even completely posted! Time will tell! Oh yes I did inform the service area of ALL my rights of the lemon law! More than what you may think. So really really watch yourself out there not everything is as Good To Go as they want you to believe. Standing behind one s word is very rare!

Purchased a vehicle from Whittakers in august 2023. The sales experience with Fran was amazing. The vehicle is a 2016 and had a few minor issues after purchase. The staff including Joe in service and Billy the owner , was amazing at handling and went above and beyond for me! I appreciate everything you have done. I fully recommend this dealership!!

This was my second time at Billy Whitaker's. Fran was my car salesman both times and two of my sons also. He is no pressure, down to earth and great to deal with. I get very nervous car shopping altogether but he was awesome!

I took my vehicle in for service recently, and asked if the technicians could check a couple other things while I was there. Unlike most repair shops, they didn t try to upsell anything that I didn t need.I ve been bringing my vehicles to Whittaker s for several years, and have purchased vehicles from them as well. The team is always efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They re like family!

Very professional and quick group of salesman. Owner is a top notch buisness owner and community member. Thier service department is by far the best in the area, always quick and efficient. Would highly recommend Billy Whittaker Auto Cars and Trux, and their Whittaker Ford dealership for we own vehicles from both stores.

Everyone one of the employees are great bought a van from them all my service needs from tires and oil changes were done fast. I bring all my vehicles there for its service needs. Loved the dealer so much I went back and traded my van in for a truck as my needs were getting bigger. Highly recommendable to go to billy whittaker cars and trucks or whittaker Ford for your next vehicle.

Great repair work and service on my vehicle s exhaust system. The cost also came in several hundred dollars less than the initial quote! Great job guys!
