Thought I had a bad truck battery, so stopped to have it tested and replaced. Employee tested my electrical system and determined that the starter was the issue. He was very friendly and thorough in explaining the results, while standing out in the rain.

Seen manager Matt screaming at another co worker in his face and swearing while I was shopping with my children that seen and heard everything. Said co worker was very calm while this man was screaming in his face to ******* leave. Will make sure all of my mechanic friends know not to ever go here again. Disgusting behavior made by management. Shame on you!!!!

Clean store and they are very helpful about finding products. Even if they don't have it at the store, they will search for it and find it for you.They are also a u p s drop off site, which is very convenient.

Helpful employees. Was able to get the part I was looking for even though it wasn't something they could just look up in their computer. Reminded me of how parts store service used to be with employees that are actually knowledgeable in auto repair.

The employees were perfectly fine. They just didn't have what I needed. I will give no breaks for any business who is allowing covid to make my life more difficult. Figure it out

The had everything "the NGK's" we were looking for and what they didn't have they were able to order. Which was a hotter heat range plug.

I'm about to have surgery on my back...along with alot of other upsetting things...yet Mr. Dennis as well as Mr Matt helped me out so much with my car and made me so happy I forgot about all that for the ti e spent here today...Greatest pair of gents you will find at Advance Suto anywhere!Most deff check them out, thanks again guys!

Hours online don t match their actual hours. Don t go anywhere close to open or close time or you ll be wasting your time.

Ive gotten some pretty great advice from here, never hastled, or lied to. They are usually fast unless understaffed. Place is clean and well organised. Their computer system does bog down on them occasionally *not the staffs Fault*

The guy named Mike that works there is extremely helpful and caring. I highly recommend this place! He went out of his way to help us today and every time we go in there.

Only have good experiences here. I've bought fuses, brake pads, rotors anything your car needs maintenance wise. Good prices and helpful and knowledgeable service.

so I ordered a gas tank from advance on Tuesday and was told it be there Thursday well it didn't come in now it is Monday 4 days later still nothing I have called the store or i have went there at least two times a day since Thursday I usually shop there but probably not no more I got the gas tank for 230 bucks I paid for it already I looked online I can get it shipped to my door and save $100 but I went to the store cuz I needed something and just got it from them and it be only two days also I have been there 10 minutes or 5 minutes before closing and the door is already locked

Advance Auto Parts is really a great place e to get your Auto Parts period! These guys really know their stuff. Sometimes there are some mistakes made, but who doesn't make them? Everybody makes them. Their crew will go out of their way to help you out, and make sure you get the right part, or parts for your vehicle. Go to Advance Auto Parts, you will be glad that you did.

A better experience than NAPA next door. I was in and out w/ my parts needed...the same parts the next door Napa told me was fabricated to try to sell me more expensive parts. Thank you Advance, your employees are great!!!

The staff was helpful and the store is clean and stocked. Advanced Auto is very generous letting you use the code reader to check on engine codes.

It's great to be able to borrow the rights tools so your able to fix your own vehicle in their parking lot so you don't have to pay a garage to do it for you.
