These guys that Joel has working for him are top notch. We WILL NOT go to another shop. Hands down the best. You get what you pay for and that s quality. Our truck was down for the time they said it would be and not a day longer. They will always be our go to from here on out.Special shout out to Rich. He s been the only one working on our trucks and I wouldn t want anyone else. Also a shout out to Joel. Your shop is awesome. I remember when it was just two bays. If you want that #1 service and a family atmosphere you need to go to Widrick Truck And Diesel!!!!

Great service a difference repair shop recommended them to me and I m glad. I have a Acura and not many shops work on them but Widirck took care of my vehicle. They stayed in contact with me and took the time to Explained everything that was going on and how it was repaired. They have definitely earned my business and referrals. Also left a thank u card in my car which I appreciated.

Amazing shop. I came in with and emergency fuel Leak 1 hr before they closed and they braught my truck right into the shop and had it all fixed withing an hour. Great customer service and good pricing. I will definitely be back and will recommend their shop to everyone I know. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Absolutely fabulous! Had our truck at Gilco in LaFargeville and they didn t seem to want to bother. Widricks not only found the issue but a couple others we hadn t brought to their attention. Fixed our diesel dually and it is running fantastic. Highly recommend for diesel engines. You have a customer for life.

We have been using Widricks Truck for a couple of years now and have NOTHING but great things to say about them . Our fire department has always been able to get right in and always have our concerns addressed immediately. The best part is , we never have to return for the same issues unless they have had to order parts . The technicians always listen and make sure they completely understand our concern. Awesome business ! Awesome people to deal with ! Just an awesome experience all together . Highly recommend

I found this repair location from one of my children who lives near this business. My motorhome had a problem with gasoline fumes leaking into the coach area of the vehicle. Even though I live over 150 miles from them, I drove my motorhome to them since there were no dealers local to me who were willing to handle a repair to a motorhome even though the chassis is a Workhorse (Chevy) unit. The people at the location were professional and extremely helpful. Melissa who is the service rep who is the person handling the phones and also provides all the parts discovery and location and acquisition of same, was the greatest asset to this business. She is personal, helpful and always quick to answer all and any concerns or questions. Repair was performed which required fuel tank to be dropped and removal of the fuel pump which had multiple issues and several cracks to the head unit which resulted in the leak of the fumes into the entire area of the coach. All work performed perfectly and priced well. I now have a repair shop I trust and will be using again for those repairs that are no longer within my ability to perform even with the distance I am required to reach them. I had a 2021 Tesla model 3 that needed upper control arms, and I couldn t be happier with the service and how well I was welcomed at Widrick s. They have a subscription with Tesla for parts and service, which is super helpful - they should advertise this! Tesla can be slow with parts, but Widrick s kept me updated the whole time and got me in quick once the parts got there. I will be bringing all my Vehicles to Widrick s going forward. I take back my 5 star review, more like a 0 star review. This shop did a lot of work on my engine and other work to my 2008 Toyota Rav 4. They told me that my vehicle was definitely worth sinking over 6 grand into because the rest of the vehicle was in good condition. A year later, my engine died (and they deny responsibility) and I find out most the frame underneath is bad too. The vehicle won't even pass inspection. These guys worked on our camper. Friendly staff and fast. Weve sent our camper to the shop before and they've had it for weeks and they are full camper service places. These guys are great and the people were really nice

Tried to rent a tow dolly but apparently they don t know how to use the system. Why offer the service if you don t know how to use it? Would not recommend them for anything u-haul related.

My company had one of our freightliners engine rebuilt her which has a c15 in it.took a little longer then expected but they got it done I d like to give a update it s been almost a year and we haven t had one problem with the truck. Other then the price we were told and what it ended up being over all it was worth the wait and money therefore I m switching my review from 2 star to 5 stars if you want something that s going to last without one issue take it to widricks they acceded our expectations.

Vey happy with the service I received for my 2001 F250. They did a thorough full truck check over instead of just looking at what I described. Most diesel shops I ve been to just repair whatever you describe and that amplifies other issues of there were any that wasn t noticed. I did not get any pressure for any additional repairs than what originally brought it in. I appreciate Joel taking the time to explain and discuss the diagnosis over the phone before beginning the work. He also took me out to my truck at pickup to talk through the repairs and discuss other potential issues that could become problems later; even took time to answer a few general powerstroke knowledge questions unrelated to the repairs. Joel was Very professional and personable. Cost was on par with what I would estimate for the repairs it needed. Certainly cheaper than any dealership. Final cost was within dollars of his quote. No hidden fees or extra repairs . He even walked me through potential price changes if other related pieces started falling apart when performing the repairs so I felt prepared for possible final bill totals. Very transparent. Overall very happy with the service I received from Joel and his team. I will be bringing back my truck for all the other inevitable repairs that will be needed on my 2001 F250.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
