I was due for an inspection and they were able to get me in the following day which was great. They got it done pretty quickly and they even had a couple of chairs and a TV set up for people who were waiting. The employees were great and they even had some awesome handmade earings for sale at the front (I didn't end up getting them but I wish I did). My family has been going here for years and we've never had a problem.

The only issue I have ever had with this shop was due to an error in communication. The staff was friendly and helpful in resolving the matter with no additional charge. My girlfriend and I will continue having our personal vehicles serviced here, would recommend to anyone.

These guys were great! I supplied the wheels, tyres, hub rings, nuts and tpms sensors and they were happy to mount and balance them for me! She looks amazing and I can't thank them enough!

I went to Extreem Service Center to have a hose replaced. I supplied the hose as they didn't have one. I am an ASE Certified Automobile Technician but am disabled now and can no longer do repairs. I ended up paying Extreem $400 to change this hose and they did a cobbled up job, left off some clamps and even left some braces off. No repairs were done to this prior to bringing it to Extreem, a temporary fix was made so vehicle could be driven to shop. this is no reason for a good repair shop not to do a proper repair correct.Update: I corrected the faulty repair myself. I decided to give Extreem Service Center another chance and took my vehicle there again to have an inspection done. While my vehicle was there an employee backed another customers Jeep into mine and smashed my taillight and broke the vehicle clips that hold the taillight in place. The the paint was scratched and a small dent was put into my vehicle. Of course my vehicle would not pass inspection with a broken taillight. Owner said he would replace the taillight and that it would be a couple of days for him to get a taillight, he would call when it was in. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing so I called them. I was told the taillight was in. When I went to get the taillight replaced, a 5 minute job at most, that can be done anywhere.I was told I would have to wait about 2 1/2 hours. I took the taillight and left. Upon installing the taillight I noticed a tag on it saying it was delivered to Extreem the next day.. Needless to say I took my vehicle elsewhere and had it inspected. I wonder if extreem ever told the Jeep owner it was involved in a property damage accident?Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ryan and his team are nothing next to greatness! I have been in this area for a little over 10 years now, and I have been robbed, ripped off, lied to, cheated, and forced to pay for repairs that weren't even done from other garages/shop's!!! Then with a referral from my daughter I reluctantly tried Extreem Service Center. Not only did he get me in right away with no appointment, but he did not try to upsell or suggest repairs that weren't needed! He repaired just what was needed and charged me a fair price as well! Having similar repairs performed in the past I can honestly state that his prices are not only fair and reasonable but the exceptional customer service was a welcomed surprise! I highly recommend Extreem Service Center whether your car truck or van is new or old, Ryan and his staff will take great care of you and your automobile! And while you are there don't forget to purchase a raffle ticket from the kids!

Brought some rims in to have the tires dismounted and they put a huge gash in my brand new rims. Argued with them for an hr and they gave me 100 and didn't charge the 20 for the dismounting. I was selling the rims and now I may not be able to because of this. They should pay the difference on the money I lose because of this. Never bring your nice rims or anything there. They don't know what they are doing! If I could give 0 stars I would.

We have purchased several sets of tires from this garage, as well as other mechanical work with great success, competitive pricing and on time service. I can say first hand that they stand by their work 100%. With any business you may encounter an occasional error, which we experienced one time. How a business handles that error speaks volumes about their integrity. Needless to say, based upon their kind, courteous and swift remedy, they have earned my respect and trust. I know this is a very good business an I hate to to do this but they wouldn't fix there own mistake. I purchased tires an rims there spent a lot of money. When I went an paid I was told the tires would barly rub if I cranked the steering wheel all the way. Well it was a lot worse then what they told me. I was told they didn't have.time to fix it cuz they were to busy. I even went back 2 times after an showed the damage it was doing an all I got was its only cosmetic an to basically fix it myself. No other garages would touch it an wondered y they put to big of tires on when they knew they rubbed , an couldn't believe they wouldnt.fix.the.problem. I added a pic but it's like that on both tires. An it rubs so loud you can here it a block away.

Casey helped me select and special ordered Rough Country lift kit, body lift, front and rear bumpers, throttle body spacer and switch pod. These guys did a great job on the install and were really professional every step of the way. Ryan was very courteous and professional when I called for an update during the install process.I will be a repeat customer for more JEEP upgrades and all my regular maintenance including 5 new tires very very soon. I highly recommend Extreem to everybody. Been buying tires there for more than 12 years myself and family members.made 3 phone calls in 2 weeks also stopped down to show them my tires on my truck.41,257 miles on tiresRated for 60,000 miles.wont pass inspection they are chopped and worn.rotated every 7k have paper work to prove it and all frt end partsAre good none replaced.very sad to say first time ever with problem and they won't helpOr call back.myself and family are all done with them.dont stand behind there products they sell and customer serviceSucks what they have did and not due.if u do business with them hope u have no problemsBecause they don't care.was a service writer for 17 years 2 dealerships so I no u don't ignore a problem like they did to me.use to love the placeService: Tires

So after being charged $86 dollars for them to tell me what my check engine light was on for, they then proceeded to tell me that it would take 3 hours to change the wheel bearing and it would cost $260. The check engine was on for the front oxygen sensor needing to be replaced, which advanced auto told me for free! They wanted $210 to change that! So I told them no and picked up the parts for $90 ($25 for the wheel bearing and $65 for the O2 sensor.) I then took it to a mechanic who fixed both in 1 hour and 20 minutes and charged me $84 dollars for labor.I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THESE CROOKS!

They fix what you need fixed at a REASONABLE PRICE and don't tell you that you need something that you dont!!don't!!! I will keep coming back to them!!!
