I ve been going here for years, since I was 5 (as far as I remember lol) and the owner is super nice, he s a really chill dude, and overall a fun guy, the fact there s an arcade room with a claw machine A CLAW MACHINE. That s awesome, I also got a new book recently, The Outsiders and once July or August starts, I m gonna read it here, I ve read it before in my English Class and it s a good book, but anyways, the camp store has so much items, it s insane. They have beanie babies and I find that really cool, I once bought this baseball bear beanie baby there, and Ed was the cashier at the time, and he made a joke as I was buying the bear, and it was really funny. I love this place so much. Also, Stay Gold, Ed, Stay Gold :) You know me, Taylor. :)

Had an enjoyable stay at this campground this time last year 2022 in October . Camp store had many reasonably priced necessity items. Also staff extremely welcoming and helpful who appear to really enjoy their campground. Many, many children and Halloween activities: parade, music, a mildly scary walk through event. Looking forward to stay this year. Also, not far from Corning museum and outlet store. All in all a great weekend rain or shine.

So clean, pretty and super friendly campground. The owner, Ed, takes such good care of his campers and his land. We will definitely return. Very close to Corning Glass Museum, be sure to purchase your museum tickets at the wonderful camp store. They will give you a great discount.

We were traveling on a Sunday between Philadelphia, PA and Niagara Falls and Camp Bell Campground was a bit more than the point. I accessed their website, but was unable to get a site even though it showed 10+ available sites. I called and found out that their policy is a 2-night minimum on weekends. That said, since it was a Sunday night, they were more than happy to accommodate us. We didn t use any of the facilities. There are a lot of seasonal campers. Our site was a pull through, was fairly level, full sun, plenty of room for our tow vehicle, and we got some really good cable for the night. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Melissa, for accommodating us for the night. We would definitely stay again. $47.50 site 83

The campground has numerous family activities including putt putt, a pool, an arcade, horseshoes, a large playground, and various other games. Is a well-kept up campground with a lot of permanent campers all around the perimeter of the park. During the weekend they have tractor rides and live entertainment on Saturday evenings. We needed to be in this area for personal reasons and the park reviews said it was quiet (other than activities of course). It was far from quiet. We have lived in our RV full time for 7 years and stayed in close to 200 parks. This is in the top 5 of the noisiest places we've ever been. We were in site 85 and it was across from a combined 2 trailer spot occupied by a completely out of control chaotic household. A 2 3-year-old erupted in blood curdling screams periodically throughout the day and night, even until 11 p.m. At times, 2 little dogs barked excessively at everything and anything throughout the day and night. We had to call the owner at 4 a.m. Once because a dog had its head up to an open window and had been barking for over 30 minutes straight. Even the owner couldn't get anyone to come to the door. Other households had uncontrollably barking dogs and it felt like we were in a kennel with all the barks.Ed, the owner accidentally shut our electric off one night and had to shut off everyone's water another time and we weren't given notice. Neither resulted in an apology nor did us being awakened at 4 a.m.He clearly has a following here, but we definitely aren't included. This place was miserable, and we will be sure to warn others. Will not camp there again. We camped at Camp Bell Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Bed bugs in the cabins.unable to reply to their comment so I will edit my review. We have pictures and videos of the bugs. Being rented out does not change the fact that there ARE indeed bedbugs INFESTING the cabins. They tried to say probably stink bugs and that they had no bed bugs. I can assure you they do.

Well definitely not coming back here.....the campground is filled a lot of seasonal rednecks, which wasn't that bad....actually very entertaining for people watching. The worse part was the size of the sites. We were assigned a buddy site, which was new to us. Definitely not a fan of sharing green space with a neighbor who is 6ft from your front door. And the neighbor on the other side basically stared into our kitchen window the whole side. Owner and staff were not bad but not too accommodating either. Overall if your thing is touring redneck villages or experiencing a white trash trailer park , put this place on your list. If you are more interested in privacy and quiet, skip it.

While I probably wouldn't visit this campground again, it does have some outstanding qualities, namely the owner who runs it, Ed, and his staff. He was incredibly kind and helpful to me and I am very appreciative of that. The campground is targeted at families so if you want a peaceful experience, you may want to go elsewhere. I didn't feel entirely safe when a bunch of men showed up mostly in trucks for a horseshoe tournament right across from my campsite. They appeared to be from outside the campground.

This is a very nice campground. The owner "Mr. Ed" is a great host and very nice to kids and dogs alike. Bathrooms are super clean and pool is beautiful. Lots of things for kids to do. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Mr. Ed for a great weekend. Sincerely, Tumble Weed and Percy.

Great Location and facilities. Clean restrooms/showers. Well stocked camp store. Mini-golf & heated pool, live music on weekend, & half hour drive to Seneca Lake or Keuka Lake wine tours, and half hour to Watkins Glen Gorge (don't miss). Nice Owner & even had dog park & treats at the store. Will be back - Florida travelers

We were here for Memorial Day weekend 2021 for the first time. Owners were very nice and have fabulous activities for the children. They had arts and crafts, ice cream social, cotton candy, DJ Saturday night and karaoke Sunday night. The kids loved it, and the parents had a good time although the weather was awful. Arcade on site.. mini golf, sports field, basketball hoop, heated pool. The owner, Ed, really was a very accommodating and nice host. He interacted with the kids and adults. We've been to other campgrounds where we have been going for 10 years and the owners still ask us if its our first visit. This owner seems like he is genuinely interested in knowing you and your kids. He takes his rules seriously and enforces the speed to keep the children safe. I would recommend trying this place for a weekend.I would say a couple downsides. 1. Most sites are tight space wise with 20amp service. On a positive note the weather really was awful so we didn't need our air conditioning. However, we popped our fuse once...who knows how, we weren't in our camper, but it is very involved to call the owner to fix it as the fuse boxes aren't on the sites. It seems like it would be worth the investment to improve/increase the amps available on site. Thank goodness it wasn't a blazing hot weekend. 2. Whomever was working the store Saturday night was an awful person who should not be in retail working with kids. She treated kids so badly. The kids wanted to exchange arcade tickets for the 'prizes ' in the office. She told the kids she didn't want to count the tickets and if she did and they came back with more later then she wasn't going to honor them. They were going to be done with their first batch. She also said when the kids were taking awhile to choose 'prizes ' to either choose something or leave the store. Had a bad attitude the entire time.. And I have to point out...these kids were not being chaotic or reckless. They were just trying to choose lollipops for heavens sake. That lady has a long summer ahead of her if she doesn't like working with kids. Everyone else was very sweet and nice that was at the campground.

We stayed 2 times this year in the rent able RV. First the camper is amazing, clean, roomy and well maintained. Ed and his wife are super hosts! there passion for this park is clear! Ed does activities for kids, crafts, ice cream, movies, dances, etc. All of the regulars keep an eye out for everyone's children. It didn't take long for everyone to know who my Bella boo was which was a relief for us! The regulars were the most friendly people I think we have ever met. We Love this campsite and look forward to many more memories to be made there! ~ The Hewitt Family

The owner was great. Love when he drives around on his cart to greet everyone.Only thing I didn't like was to many people in the pool. So I chose to steer clear of the pool area. Otherwise it was a nice weekend stay.

This is a great small campground. We stayed for the week and had an electric issue in the middle of the night on the second night we thought might be the result of storms. In the morning it was clear it was a issue with the pole. Ed came out within five minutes and fixed the problem. There is a very nice pool. If I was traveling a long distance this would be a great place to stop right off the highway and many drive through sites.

We arrived on a Friday evening. Neither when we made reservations nor when we checked in did they tell us there would be "live music". The music would have been fine if it had not been played -using amplifiers - at top volume - for hours. After the live music stopped the gatherings at camp sites began with more music, very loud voices and shouting. (They do have "quiet hours" but they are neither respected by the campers nor enforced by the management.) NOT a peaceful nor restful experience.

We enjoyed ourselves so much here. The location is perfect for going to several of the lakes, wineries and state parks.. Ed, thank you for helping us with our cable issue. And your kindness to Max! He says thank you and he will see you next year!

The owners were extremely friends and accommodating! There were many activities. A great place to bring kids. There was a large playground, heated pool, and putt putt! Also had a small fenced in area to let dogs off leash. Great family atmosphere! Would definitely recommend.

After nearly 60 years of living in the area my husband decided we could camp at Camp Bell, Campbell, New York. We have stayed at resort camps, KOA campgrounds, and little rural ones. This one was the best yet for a family with kids or...retired folks. It is quiet, super clean, the yards manicured, the dog park adorable, the pool amazing, the entertainment upper quality, the owner was gregarious and kind. He treated every camper like family. Some had been coming here since children, returning now as adults with their own camper to meet their parents who still camp here. Beautiful trees, a nice tent area, a boy scout troop was holding events, it was just the epitome of middle American idealism. We had a wonderful time. Needless to say, if they aren't full, we shall return. Close to home but far enough away so hubby could relax. Kids had a wonderful time too. The playground was brilliantly designed for imaginative play. My Rosie defended her castle...she had a group of kids playing with her...it was adorable!!!

The sites are a little small compared to what I'm used to but the size of the sites can't compare to the quality of the people who take care of this place! I am a single woman who travels alone with my two dogs. One of them fell out of the camper while I was at nearby Corning. Not only did they secure my dog but they called him and called me right away. They weren't angry like some campsites of been about the dog being loose. They were completely compassionate helpful and concerned about what was important to me. A small site can't compare to people like that! Extremely clean and well kept Campground. It has a pool, dump site, playground, Camp store, gorgeous view of the mountains! It was blissfully quiet at quiet time and full of laughing kids during the day. This is now on my favorites list and a place that I will stay whenever I am in the area.

Excellent campground for our RV stay.. Ed and Carmen could not have been a better hosts. Bathrooms were spotless and our dogs had lots of room to be walked. We were also able to get on our tickets to visit to the Corning museum at the campground and excellent directions.

Lots of great amenities (pool, 10-hole mini-golf, events calendar, small store with groceries and fresh local veggie stand, playgrounds). Good rate ($25/night for our car+roof top tent). Very helpful and polite owner. Only draw back is there is literally NO privacy. Each camper/RV is about 30 feet away from each other, with no dividers. The light from the bathhouse shone into our tent and we had to adjust some flaps, as it was on all night.
