My personal vehicle broke down right before the new year so I had to have it towed over to the dealership. I found enterprise in the Camillus location and was able to quickly rent a vehicle to transport back and forth from Leah. Leah was very professional and was able to assist me without hesitation. I highly recommend this location when you're in a last minute bind and make sure you deal with Leah and there is no way you could go wrong.

The good notes are that I have rented multiple times throughout the past several years and hardly have issues. The worst being that the cars will have the scent of cigarettes, but also a strong scent from whatever they use to cover it up.One rental from this year I received a car that started jerking and riding extremely rough within a few minutes of leaving the location. I was able to return and get a new car immediately.Recently I was given a call within 90 minutes of my pickup time to let me know that no cars were available. I had made my reservation days in advance and had received a confirmation email. Extremely frustrating.

secondhand experience. they tried to charge a coworker for damage that was documented and shown to her when she picked up the rental. no one would return calls, then manager went out for 3 weeks.

I'm utterly disappointed. Enterprise ruined Christmas for my son. I had no issues renting before now suddenly overnight rules change. All because I have a CT license. If I didn't have an additional reason to disappoint my son, I definitely have one now.

I had a confirmed reservation for a 12 passenger van on Sat 10/7/2023 at Camillus Enterprise for my daughters wedding. I drove 90+ minutes to Camillus and they DID NOT HAVE THE VAN !!! The manager, for whom it happened to be her first day on the job, had no record of the reservation even though I had a confirmed reservation number.I called the number she gave me and I was told the reservation was cancelled but no reason was listed as to why. No one called/texted/emailed me about this cancelation. She also told me the reservation was not canceled by me (obviously) but could not tell me who cancelled it. There were no other vans of that size available anywhere according to your representative.In the past I had great things to say about Enterprise but it is appalling to do this to a customer. I had to scramble to find a way to get these guests to the wedding. Thank you, Enterprise, for making an already stressful day 100x more stressful for no reason. I'm actively looking into litigation.

What a great experience great customer service as soon as I walked in the manger approach me and introduce herself and helped me out with everything and took good care of me! It s my second time renting from here would definitely come back, and have my family and friends come here. The mini van was clean and had sanitation wipes ready for me to use if necessary. Made me want to buy that van for my family

I went to the Camillus location and dealt with Jess the manager and it was horrible. I can t believe they let someone like her be a manger. She is rude and just an awful person The reservation I made online was for a full sized car at 105.99 per day and after tax would be 126.99. The manager totally charged me different. She said she upgraded me for free to a jeep and come to find out it was not a free upgrade and she charged me for a midsized suv. She charged me over 30 extra per day which adds up. I called the progressive 1800 number and they confirmed she charged me for a mid sized suv instead of the full sized car that I reserved. The manager also has major attitude problems. I have spent over 8500 dollars through enterprise the last 3 months and have never been so disappointed in my life. Will never go back to that location again.

I have a long term rental with this branch as my company car is on back order. The branch manager- Jessica has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She's helped find me the exact car I wanted on two different occasions, as well as always calling me to follow-up on any of my needs. I cannot thank her thank enough for all that she's done to make a difficult experience that much better. Thanks again Jess!

UPDATE: Jess, the branch manager, is a phenomenal young woman who understands what it takes to deliver a good customer experience. I'm adding two stars because I appreciate her apology, her honesty, and her willingness to make it right. My experience with this branch has been a disappointment from the get-go. Since no one answers the phone, I've heard their on-hold message touting their cleaning, safety, and reliability about 300 times, and I can assure you that no one at this branch is following corporate's "deep clean pledge." The vehicle that they provided smelled like Wu Tang Clan spent the weekend smoking weed inside it with the windows up. I tried to contact someone at the branch for an entire day, but no one picked up the phone. I had to call the auto repair shop and ask them to reach out to Enterprise (FYI, they said that Enterprise frequently drops off vehicles that smell like weed). When Adam finally called me back, he thought my concerns about putting my children in the provided vehicle was funny. He did not offer any apology and didn't seem like he cared. The auto repair shop finally got in touch with someone else, who said they'd call me when a new vehicle was ready. No one called me. I did get through to someone at another branch; Leah could not have cared less that I was having trouble getting in touch with someone and she was not willing to assist me. This morning, I did receive a call from the branch manager, who left a message because the # she called from comes up as "Potential Spam" and goes right to voicemail (how convenient). Now I have been on hold with this branch for approximately ten minutes, and no answer. FINALLY the branch manager, Jess, called me. She is now on her way to personally deliver a new vehicle to our home. THIS is the kind of experience I was hoping for! Let's hope it's clean and doesn't smell like a Snoop Dogg concert.

Jess was amazing. Rented a premium SUV and drove it to Florida where it had mechanical problems. After being screwed around with by Orlando Airport Enterprise, which they refused to replace the vehicle with something similar and charged me for a new rental. Jess was able to get me refunded and expressed how wrong they were and apologized on behalf of the entire company. If it wasn t for her and the Camillus branch the vacation would have been a disaster. Top notch and they take care of their customers.

Jess at the Camillus location went above and beyond to provide excellent service. She called multiple locations for the vehicle I was looking for and even resolved an error on the insurance's part. I will definitely go through this location again in the future. 10/10!

Both times I've rented from this location have been fantastic experiences. I needed a car last minute and they were able to accommodate. Easy location to find, plenty of parking, quick transaction times, quick in and out. I will most definitely visit this location again in the future. Staff is also very professional and friendly!

Hayden was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We needed a vehicle last minute and he made it happen. We left our local office after a bad experience. We decided to try Camillus. So glad we did. It was definitely worth the drive.

Enterprise Camillus is absolutely 5 star highly recommended by me! Hayden (hope I spelled it right) went above and beyond for my family. Made sure we had the car we needed on the date we needed it. I cannot thank you enough! This is what great customer service is all about. I would recommend over and over again.
