I always go to Dunn Tire. No questions. You will not find better prices for what you get. I m always treated like royalty and they always do excellent work. I got the BF Goodrich TAKO2 s put on my truck and they look beautiful. I recommend them for any truck owner that just wants the best. I ve got air ride suspension and these tires feel like I m driving on clouds. The price was up there but I know I ve got the best tires and the best road hazard warranty on the market. Very pleased with my purchase and thank you to all of you guys.

I only take my car to Dunn Tire in Camillus if I need anything done, and I have done so for several years. They are honest and reliable. I never have to worry about being up-charged just because I am a female like I do at other local shops. They treat me with dignity and respect and charge fair rates. They speak to me like a peer and are not demeaning when they explain what s going on with my car. I have never been over charged or taken advantage of, and as a female, this is hugely impactful.

Questionable service to be fair, I went in for an oil change due to my filter not being available for customer purchase at typical retailers and a tire rotation. I was told that they would be unable to rotate tires due to their wear and tear, which I agreed, it was time to change them out as they were getting to the end of life. Paid $1,015 for a full synthetic change, alignment, new tires, and a tpms kit (x4) which is only the price of the stems since I know the tpms sensor are about $70 a piece.I received for this amount (which I will upload photos below) is; overly buttered tires which was never cleaned off after installation, oil spilled onto my engine and onto my engine shield below, out of spec tire pressure, all different tire stems, and some tire stem caps that didn't fit (which would cause the stem to corrode overtime if not covered completely).I'm not sure if this what to expect from every garage but I would just buy the parts (if you can) and do the work yourself.

The people at Dunn tire were fantastic!. my car needed more work than originally planned. They called and told me about it. They let me make the decision on what to do. They gave me a fair price. Everyone was super kind and nice I would definitely go back to them. My car is running in tip top shape now! thanks guys for a great experience

They were so polite and helpful to me when I came in with a flat tire. Photographed my tire and discussed the best options given my particular circumstances; then put my donut on and had me out the door in 15 minutes. I very grateful for the help and support I received. Excellent!

Friendly staff, specifically Dante and Violet. Pricing for my new tires and any other costs were made clear and upfront. Any questions were answered quickly. The new tires were installed quicker than anticipated and are great! I have been to 3 different local Dunn Tire locations over the years and always had great service. The Camillus location seemed very well run.

Purchased 4 new tires. Agent said they would do a free alignment check and asked me if they should do alignment if it needed it. Never told me how much it might cost nor did they let me know that it needed it until after it was done. Little shocked that it was $100. Not exactly full disclosure.

I had purchased tires from Dunn in October and I get free tire rotation every 5000 miles. I called and they said bring it on on. I ibrought it in and they took me right on time with my appointment. I was finished and out of there within 30 minutes and I have to go back when I put 25 to 50 miles on the car with them to tighten up. Make sure everything is good and tight on the tires.

Thanks for doing what Mavis wouldn t do for me, even after doing the work correctly myself. Mavis wouldn t pas my inspection. As a matter of fact that strung me along for 4 weeks.I live 25 miles from their shop.Thank you Dunn for passing me and letting me know I did the job correctly.

Nick was phenomenal at customer service! He made me feel welcome, and his knowledge of vehicle maintenance made me feel confident. I received a call my car was ready, and I headed over for pick up. He greeted me with a smile, gave me a detailed explanation of the services I received. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Professional and friendly service from each individual. Recyupdate and approximate price. Fixed exhaust in about an hour and a half . It was a last minute call in on my part and appreciated they got me in. Four stars because it seemed a little high. I should have asked the cost to replace the whole muffler. My fault. Even so, I will bring my car there again. A really excellent group of people there and talented mechanics.. Thank you.

My experience at this store in the past has been great but my recent experience, not so much. Went in for four new tires and a front end alignment and waited 3 hours and 15 minutes to have it completed. Wouldn t have been an issue if I wasn t told two hours tops to have the work done.

The people at Dunn are always so friendly. Whenever I take my vehicle in for service of any kind, they never try to tell me something needs to be fixed unless there truly is a problem. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I previously gave Dunn a 5 star review. Lately their service has been not great. I made two appointments last week to have snow tires put on the car that were already on wheels. The appointments were for 3 and 4PM. I dropped the first car off at 1:30. I called at 3:45 and they said my first car was almost done and that they would call me when done. At 4:15 I drove to Dunn , my car was sitting outside done, No phone call. They told me my second appointment may not be completed by 6PM , their closing time. Why did I make appointments?? They tried to tell me that I didn't bring the second car in on time when our agreement was to have them call me when the first car was done and I would drop off the second car and pick up the first. They agreed to stay late and finished my car at 6:20. They neglected to mark the tires they removed as requested to allow tire rotation, so we have to guess which tire goes where. Today my daughter dropped her car off with mounted snow tires for a 3 PM appointment which included an inspection. They told her , when she called at 4:00 that her car was being worked on and should be done shortly. At 5:00 they told her to come down near closing at 6Pm and the car should be done. This is not satisfactory service. Please bring Scott back to run the shop. It was always excellent under his leadership.

Dunn Tire is the only place I can get fast and friendly service!!! They find you the best deals and discounts, if your appointment is at 8:00 your car is in at 8:00!!! They are honest and I always leave with a smile because you can't beat the low prices and they treat your car like it's there own!!!!

Had an appointment at 3pm for a tire changeover and inspection. Dropped the car off so it was there all day. Called at 4 and was told it was being worked on and should be done soon. Called at 5 and was told it was actually being worked on then and to arrive at 5:45-5:50 before closing. Arrived at 5:50 and was told it wasn t ready yet, though they then hurried it up to get done in about 5 minutes. Parents had a similar yet worse experience a week prior. It seems like unfortunately appointments aren t being honored. It used to be that a 3pm appointment would be done by 4.

Went there to get an inspection done on a 2021 Ford 150 with 30000 miles on it. Gentleman goes out to check the vehicle (and naturally to give the tires a close inspection) before taking it in for the State inspection. Advises that the front tires had outside wear to the second layer but the tread was fine. I asked for a tire rotation but he stated they were too busy with that. Offered to sell me two new tires and I declined. He stated they would take it back for the inspection. After waiting for just over an hour, they called me up and said I was all set. The guy checking me out quietly states my truck failed because of the front tires and then started telling me about Ford recalls on the truck. When I question the failed inspection the guy tells me that those tires are an automatic failure! I was never advised of that at any point and asked why I sat there for an hour while they completed the inspection! I took my truck to a mechanic who checked it out and just smiled. He stated no problem doing my inspection and will do the tire rotation. This was a completely unprofessional encounter with Dunn tire and their need to upsell tires was very frustrating on a two year old vehicle.I would have certainly gone there next year to have them replaced but obviously won't be going back.....

My car died and I know it needed a new battery. I took it to Dunn Tire because it was the closest to me at the time with no appointment. I told them I'm on a time crunch on top of that. I was in and out in 40 mins. And because I knew this was coming, I had another car same make and model just had this exact same thing happened a few months ago and I paid some other place almost $90 more (also shopped around to prepare for this car battery change) so come to my surprise that it's $80-90 cheaper than the lowest price of places I asked. Very great deal! Much appreciated!

Called to have a set of tires for my wife's vehicle as well as a set of tires (winter) for myself. The representative basically said since he had three customers in store waiting that in a round about way that he didn't have time to speak as phone calls with customers are not important as front facing customers. Made a formal complaint and the manager scheduled the wrong date for my appointment as I found out today as I arrived with my wife to this branch. No surprise the blame was redirected towards me as I was told, "you are about a week late for your appointment" when I informed the representative I was here for my scheduled appointment. No apology in fact the representative didn't skip a beat to avoid acceptability for the business he represents while throwing his manager Lisa under the bus immediately. I was told... I'm gunna have to reschedule you...not even attempting to fit me in when THERE WAS LITERALLY NO ONE THERE. Beyond disgusted by the lack of competence at Dunn Tire. It is truly astonishing that once the top customer service establishments I have ever experienced has now turned into the most baffling and frustrating experiences EVER. Save your time and hard earned dollars and go to an establishment that can at least provide half decent service. Below you will find evidence of the employees literally doing nothing as I was told I had to reschedule due to THEIR MISTAKE!!!

Update: I contacted the Corporate Office explaining my concerns. Great conversation and I received a check today reimbursing me for the diagnostic services. Really appreciated the integrity and customer service the company expressed. Very satisfied.Beware!!! Took advantage of young college student!!! Brought in vehicle for NY State Inspection and he was charged $140 for diagnostic service without informing him of how much it would cost. What's worse.... We KNEW that O2 sensor was bad and they charged $140 to tell him O2 sensor was bad!! Total scam. As a parent and owner of the vehicle, I politely called and spoke with the Owner Patrick and got nowhere! When I flat out asked if he told my son how much the diagnostic would cost, he refused to answer. Shame on them for making easy money off a college kid (his first vehicle!). Find another shop with integrity.

We had blown a tire on our camper. Brought in the rim and they had the new tire mounted and balanced in less than an hour. Very pleased with the excellent service!
