The best john and his team truly care about what they do. They treat you right and only sell you what you need! After talking on the phone, attempting to make an appointment, I ve decided not to use this shop. Their attitude towards new customers in unacceptable. I would have been happy to have my car worked on with these guys if it wasn t for this behavior. Everyone deserves respect when attempting to receive services or provide services, period. I was incredibly respectful on my behalf and extremely taken aback to where I was actually speechless by this man s behavior. How do you get new customers or any revenue? No wonder people aren t showing up to their appointments.

Excellent fast mechanic work! These are very honest people with great pricing! They worked on my grams jeep said it would be done by ten am the next day 10:00 am the next day they are calling me at the time they said they would and i had it by 11:00 am on the road running smooth and perfect just as it was before!

They were very up front with me and my problem. My transmission overheated, and needed to be looked over. Extremely fair on the price. Let me know ahead of time the base cost and took care of the problem quickly. He didn t try to up sell me, and was concerned for how I made out with the car after the appointment. I would highly recommend to friends, and will be going back in the future.

When I got the car back there were some strange issues that had not been there when the transmission problem occurred. I called him up and he stood behind the repair,took the car right back, figured out the problem and fixed it. There is no way to know how or where the other problem occurred in the complicated repair process involving multiple tows and a dealer involved in reprogramming. I was thrilled that there was zero runaround or finger pointing. I can't express what relief it was to have it solved without any fuss or unpleasantness.Services: Transmission, Tires
