Mark has been my mechanic for over 20 years. I've known the owner since we we're teenagers. Best mechanic around no b's. Drop off your vehicle sorry no waiting room. He'll check your vehicle out see what's wrong. He'll call you to let you know what's wrong and the price, how long it would take to fix it If you say yes fix it. Just call him see when he can check it out. I always drop my car off at night. And it usually is done the next day. Make sure you have a ride to and from from his garage. He is the only one that works there. He knows cars pleasant to talk to and answers all you question. On what he did. Check it out.

I am not writing this review as a customer, I am writing this as a concerned citizen. I admittedly parked in the shops parking lot on a Saturday, to attend a benefit for the Buffalo animal shelter. Parking in the area was non-existent. The shop was closed, I figured no harm was done for the couple of hours that I parked. The shop was closed, otherwise I would have asked for permission. My wife and I returned to the car and found that Mark had blocked both sides of our vehicle, with other vehicles, this prevented us from leaving. He was on site at this time and proceeded to verbally assault us and demand money to move his vehicles. We remained calm, restrained and apologetic. My wife was about to pay him the $25 he demanded, he said he would not take our money and moved his truck. We left without incident; I noticed after a few miles before entering the expressway that my Tire Pressure alert was on. I pulled over and found that my rear driver tire was almost flat. I filled it up the tire and monitored it for two days, it did not deflate again. This confirms that Mark let the air out of my tire. I even took it to a tire shop to confirm that there were no leaks. We were wrong to park on his vacant lot, but he was beyond reasonable and put myself and my family's life in danger. This was all over parking in his lot. I caution anyone using Mark for repairs, I would be concerned about the same logic he used to deal with this situation, in other aspects of his life/business. Although there were no signs saying no parking, I know that I shouldn't have parked there. Mark should put up a No Parking sign, this may deter this from happening in the future and putting someone's life at risk again.

Mark is the best!! he is honest & reasonable! my kia soul was overheating & he took care of it & for a fair price!! he is my #1 mechanic now!!

Mark at Niagara Auto does wonderful, thorough, and honest repairs to ur vehicle. He and the shop never disappoints. Highly recommended.
