Bought an 05 RAV4 with 116,000 miles. Within the first week of owning the car, the check engine light came on for evap codes, the alternator went bad and had to have both the alternator and battery replaced, needed headlights replaced. I should have known, because as I was about to take the car on a test drive they ran out and said they forgot to put some parts in. They were very rude and even asked me to leave when I pointed out some minor issues. I have put 3000 dollars worth of work into the car so far. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealer. I would also like to add, that weeks after writing the original review, my differential fell off the car due to the amount of corrosion underneath. They wanted compensation for the 3000 miles I put on the car I put on it in between me buying it and returning it. Yeah, no. Scam artists. I ll give em credit though, they did refund our money when we threatened to sue.

Horrible service and money hungry. Unreliable, nasty, and I can t stress enough how greedy this place is. They will scam you, steal from your vehicle, and lie to your face. DONT GO HERE. Take your business ANYWHERE but here. I wish I could give 0 stars. Even 0 is too generous. Save your time, money, and a peace of mind and go somewhere else. May these people have the day they deserve.

Highly recommend MK Car Sales! Definitely come in and ask for Adam. Best mechanic I've had work on my car, fair pricing, quick service, very thorough. Customer service is great, always a good time there waiting on work being done. He tells you straight up what needs fixing, what can wait if it can. Nothing is a dumb question to ask (I ask a bunch) so don't hesitate to ask him what something is and anything you can think of. Over all great mechanic and I've bragged to people about him and his services since the first day I met him and try to get him more customers & even a raise haha Thanks Adam for everything! Much appreciated!

A friend referred me to this shop for collision repair & they are amazing. They take pride in their customer satisfaction & let me tell you, I was satisfied! Amazing customer service & amazing work done! Can t even tell that anything happened to my car. Definitely will be coming back!

Cons at best my resonator was disconnecting from muffler they stated I needed a new one but instead of giving me a new one they welded the old on . And charged me as if they put a new resonator on my car 2 months down line same issue be careful guys .
