My daughters car needed some work before inspection. I called about 10 places and zeroed on kings. Amazing is the fact, we need some work in different car now. I don't have to make 10 calls. Will see them tomorrow. Reliable,honest, resonable priced, understanding customer need is what i would say. Highly recommended

I had 2 tires going flat and I needed windshield wipers. I have an old car with many miles on it and I am reluctant to put money into it because I will soon be having to replace it. So, I learned my tires were very badly worn and I would not be safe in slush and traction would be a problem. But the manager found me some used tires, got my wipers on and got me going again for under 200 dollars. I was able to learn about the services they offer and this will be my go to place from now on. They are very nice to deal with and very knowledgeable. It offers a pleasant place to wait and I drove away feeling like the manager had looked out for my safety.

I love these guys they are wonderful. Very helpful, I've been a mechanic my whole life but due to back injury I can't work on my own cars. I have been bringing my cars here max was very helpful he knows his stuff. He knows exactly what needs repairs or replaced. I trust these guys and would highly recommend them

Scam. Do not go. All good reviews are fake. Max is a bad man. All the good reviews are written by staff/employees. (All written at 5pm on the 21st of November) Trust the negative reviews and please do not go here for anything. They say they do not have log information about visits of customers that leave negative reviews. Max will tell you higher prices, very condescending, treats customers horribly. Get your car fixed at a place with honest mechanics who do not try scare tactics to rip you off.

SCAM, Good reviews are fake from employees. If you all see in the past month the reviews have been all 1 stars, they would probably be 0 if that option was available. The reason for this low rating is because of a new staff member here called Max. That man is unbearable, he is rude, arrogant, lies, and treats customers really badly in a condescending manner and orders them to do things to make them feel dumb on purpose. I have been going to this place for over 2 years now, but I will never go back. Other people I know have been told that their car needs more work than it actually does, he makes up stuff, hikes prices himself for no reason, lies and treats customers horribly. Take your car elsewhere to prevent getting scammed and being treated terribly by MAX. I hope the owners do something about this.

I recently had a disheartening experience at Kings Total Car Service LLC with one of their mechanics named Max. My encounter with Max left me feeling exploited, overcharged, and disrespected.Max's approach to his job was anything but professional. Not only did he overcharge me for services, but he also employed scare tactics, attempting to convince me that my vehicle was on the brink of catastrophic failure. The exaggerated sense of urgency felt like a ploy to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. It was a blatant attempt to take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge and instill fear to justify inflated costs.What struck me most was Max's condescending attitude. Instead of providing clear explanations and options, he spoke to me as if I were a child in trouble at the principal's office. This demeaning behavior was completely uncalled for and only added to the distress of an already frustrating situation.I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Kings Total Car Service LLC, especially when it comes to interacting with Max. It's disheartening to encounter such unscrupulous practices in an industry where trust and transparency should be paramount. I hope this review serves as a warning to potential customers and prompts the management to address these issues promptly.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. They welded together my ball joint and control arm instead of replacing it like they said. Didn t fix our heat like they said nor our windshield wipers. After they touch our car it has nothing but PROBLEMSDO NOT COME HERE EVER AGAIN!!!

Kings total auto care is the only place that I will take my car. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable staff!!! Max is awesome and has diagnosed problems on my vehicle that no one else could figure out.

Great work by the mechanic Hussein, changed my alternator, battery and break lines for a good deal would recommend him if you go here for any major issues, my truck runs great now.

I want get an oil change on my Camry and the mechanics were fine but the guy behind the counter called max is a big scammer and talks to customers very rudely. 4 of my other friends who have gone there for a while have had bad experiences with max and said they ll never go back to this place. Avoid being mistreated and scammed by this new rude guy max who will drive this place out of business.

There used to be a really good mechanic there, but I guess he's moved on. I'm currently having to work around a $1,500 "repair" that has me guessing if the car will start when I turn the key. When for brake bleed, they told me they re gonna clean up the car they didn t and they overcharged me for the price. He s a scam. They just tied a screw and they showed me $185 for nothing.

I went for an inspection. And ended up getting brakes replaced. Not a happy day.There was no pedal disturbance and no squealing. I enlisted the advice of a well trusted knowledgeable car specialist and was told it may not have needed to be done but it's at the descretion of the shoppe. Hmmmm. Women get screwed most of the time. They were polite but ya never know if that's just dollar signs they are thinking of.I hope I'm wrong.At least I didn't get rooked like the dealer did back in March when I went In for an oil change and it ended up being a $700.00+ day. Mike Smith Buick will never touch my car again. And don't bother getting the protection package. The detail job wasn't done or the nitwit that supposedly performed that duty isn't worthy of his or her job. What a total waste.

When I GIVE a 5 star rating you have to make sure you do it right and earn it. The guy who owns it is incredibly knowledgeable.I've been working on cars for about fifty years, of course I'm not saying he's better than me but he's much younger than me haha. The point is THAT his business is "TIGHT!!!"Like I always say, Yer Just Not going to get your car fixed, your getting it probably-Mostly the same day."THIS REVIEW BY MONTE

I have had them look after 2 of my cars, an 05' Chrysler Pacifica and my 95' BMW 530i. Very transparent and honest mechanics, great customer service and professional staff. This place was recommended to me I had an issue after replacing my battery in my Jeep, they worked with me to help reset and check the codes for the check engine light. Then to pass my NYS Inspection. Clean bathroom, clean AC waiting room staff and owners were all so accommodating and friendly.As a female I felt I was being told and shown all issues how to fix and get it done.I will be sending my daughter and all her college friends here they are the real deal!!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning

I have had my cars serviced at Kings for at least a decade. Kings is now caring for my fourth car. Will and the mechanics are very professional. They are honest and take great pride in their work. I have learned a lot about the inner workings of my car, and greatly respect the mechanics knowledge. I am very pleased with Kings and highly recommend them.Service: Brakes

I had my car towed there with a complicated problem. My car wouldn't start. I had already replaced my battery, starter, plugs, ignition coils and battery terminals. I tried every possible fix I could think of and find online.My car was towed on a Saturday. I spoke to them on the phone and they explained they would have a chance on Monday or Tuesday. They called me on Monday and asked me some additional questions, explaining that a mechanic would look at it on Tuesday.I'm certain they spent more than an hour diagnosing the problem. It was a weird fluke, not something common/obvious.They charged me $77 in labour and WERE HONEST about the whole repair.They could have duped me/ripped me off.I am VERY PLEASED with them and will use them again in the future. An honest repair shop is a hard thing to find.(My mom recommended them. There have been several times where they could have had her get work done that wasn't necessary, but they have been forthright and honest with her. ex - didn't need brakes done, etc. She's a 71 yr old woman and mechanics have tried to goat her before)

I came in for my NYS inspection and I was impressed by the timely assistance and availability. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would strongly recommend. I take my car to Kings on Broadway all the time and the guys there are great. I've never had an issue with my car after leaving there and recommend anyone to that location. There not out to try and get you for more money and will truly take care of you.

Don't take your car to kings auto on Delaware! I had an oil change done there in August. Following my oil change my car was leaking copious amounts of oil. I took it back to kings where they claimed they fixed the leak. My car continued to leak oil but less of it. I took it back to kings and they told me it was possibly the oil sending unit. They put dye in my oil tank and asked me to come back in a few days so they could assess where the leak was coming from. I did this and they told me there was no more leaking and any more oil leakage was "just residual". My car leaked "just residual" for 10 days. So, I took it back again. They told me I needed a new oil sending unit and it would cost $75. I took my car to a trusted mechanic who diagnosed the oil leak instantly. The seal on the drain plug was not sealing properly and it appeared that the seal was not replaced with the oil change (apparently they are supposed to do that) My oil sending unit works fine. So after wasting 4 visits to kings (because being a single mom I have so much extra time to waste) they couldn't figure out what my mechanic figured in 5 minutes. The only positive thing I can say is... They refunded my money for the oil change and the cost to diagnose and fix the damage they caused. They were also very polite and friendly while they were lying to/trying to take advantage of me.

They are very good at what they do. They diagnosed my problem with my car very quickly n did my front pads n rotors did at a great job. Cheaper than any other places that I called n found.
