Love it here ! Brought my car in on a donut with a nail in my actual tire in my trunk. They fixed my tire in less than 10 minutes and put my spare back for me they also told me to bring it back in 7 days if I had any issues. I highly recommend them. Not only quick but professional and quality work.

Took my SUV at the last minute before my trip. Owner was honest and gave me the best price he could. He didn t try to just sell me any tires, he gave me options for me to pick, And his advice. Thank you for your service.

I took my car in to have a tire repaired, and the experience was notably unprofessional and somewhat rude. The owner/manager informed me that the cost to plug the tire would be $20, regardless of whether the repair was successful. Additionally, he mentioned that removing the tire for the repair would increase the cost to $45, without even inspecting the tire first. He clarified that he couldn't guarantee the outcome and wasn't willing to spend time on a potentially futile effort. Furthermore, the job he performed was questionable in quality; he literally stole the money. My almost new tire is now in worse shape than before. He concluded by making a highly inappropriate and racist remark, suggesting that people in Buffalo are averse to dealing with individuals like me. Such a comment is offensive and could also be considered a criminal act. His behavior was entirely rude and lacked professionalism.

Good customer service recently bought 4tires after 1 month returned with valve stem leak.. fixed it for free. Manager always sweet, if he seems rude he just wants to take care of you quick... 8yrs coming here.. if busy and need air u have to just wait.. customers first..

I just want to take the time to say, the guy that s in charge every time I come by which this is the FOURTH time, I ve been here to KING TIRE, has been so understanding, professional and compassionate about a simple tire! He took time to explain low tread & high treads to me! I m a woman so his vibe was definitely NOT taking ADVANTAGE! I promise I will send people I know to King Tire. Never a regret with the service.

Had my second experience with King Tire on William St, and it was just as perfect and stress free as the first time! Great customer service even before I had the car in park! Greeted with the most kind and knowledgeable man from the front office, who had my car in and out within 15 minutes! Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be visiting this place in the future as needed!

I come here often for my tires and the customer is excellent! If you have any issues within 30 days you return and it will be fixed. Great prices! Never had issue with king tire!

I Pulled up on a Sunday with a flat tire and it was pretty busy but the guys at king tire got me in and out. Every time I ve purchased tires from Mark The customer service was amazing. Very satisfied customer!

King tire on William and Bailey took care of me when no one else would at the time I needed help. I called about 5 different tire shops for a replacement of two front tires bcus they had shifted belts in them. It was near closing time and everyone said to come back tomorrow. I called king tire and he informed me to come see him before 545. I got there at 530 and he took care of me no problem when no one else would. Highly recommend everyone who having tire issues to come see Mo. Took care of me and gave me the best price I ve heard. Definitely will be back for sure! 5 stars , hands down.

Manager has the best personality.. always work mode if it's busy he just wants to take care of you q�ick! Air hose always out there FREE too.. he isn't rude customers always first you can't hate on him for that.

This place is amazing g twice now I've had to go here cuz I popped a tire and I live and hour away always end up going here amazing staff super fast service and amazing prices for real!!!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone also both times this happend to me was on a Sunday which was a life saver that they are open everyday of the week amazing place

Way to overpriced. Slow workers with poor training. Lewys tires in Cuba is the fastest and cheapest I've ever seen and I say cheap meaning 4 used good tires will cost 100$ that includes mount and balance. Unbeatable prices.Owner is delusional

I brought my car to plug the tire the person was very unprofessional and kind of rude. The guy tells me he is going to plug it but it works or not it is still $20. Then he tells me if I want him to take the tire off it is going to $45 to plug it. He did not even take a look. He cannot say for sure and he is not going to waste his time for nothing. He then do a shady job and tells me whole buffalo don't like to deal with my kind of people. That is a very racist comment he made. It is crime to make such comment. Very rude and unprofessional.

The place is cheat! Avoid wasting your money. He will give you tire he received from scamming other like you. He does not honor his warranty if he has any. Shop elsewhere!

The owner is literally Mental. Do Not go here. Apparently there's nothing but fake reviews here on google for this business because I was there to personally witness this guy's complete Unprofessionalism and total lack of customer service skills. The guy refused to sell me tires for simply asking a question and had the nerve to start yelling at me. He's lucky I was calm that day and brushed off his antics ignoring his mental breakdown for having 3 customers arrive at the same time and he couldn't handle all of us and broke out into full Panic mode. I wouldn't trust this guy to change my cat litter let alone tires. AND No.... This review is the FURTHEST from fake, the OWNER obviously remembers how he treated me and the specific situation and is avoiding a proper response to this REVIEW. This guy is a CREAP and has MAJOR Anger issues. AGAIN, Stay far away from this so-called Business.

I Have a 350 Ford BUS. No one in the city would chang/fix my tires. Came here snowing/ raining during a winter weather alert and bus don't fit in the bay..... Yooo these guys in 10 mins changed the tires outside. Hands down this the best tire shop in Buffalo. TRUST ME GO TO EITHER LOCATION THEY GOT YOU!!!
