After my vehicle was in a minor car accident we took it to Gerber in West Seneca (It was recommended by the insurance company). After a few days we got a notice our vehicle was done and ready for pickup. My wife told Jill that we would be in the next morning to pick our car up. We then received a call from the detectives from west Seneca police saying our vehicle was left outside and the wheels and rims were stolen, also the vehicle was scratched/banged up pretty good.So we asked the collision shop to replace the wheels. They referred to a document stating they aren t liable for any damages on their property. After back and forth we had to file ANOTHER insurance claim because of the negligence of this collision shop leaving vehicles out of there fenced area and locking the cars.I DO NOT recommend them, unless you want to file two insurance claims to have you vehicle repaired.

Absolutely Professional. Service provided on the vehicle was spot on attention to detail. The insurance companies made me miserable, Gerber does not have a magic wand, they do work hard with polite professional service. Hopefully, I won't get hit by someone else again or an oops on me in the future. But if I do I know where to take my car where it can get cared for. Thank you.

I dont think I'd take my vehicles anywhere else for collision repair , they took great care of me with my '10 avenger and my '21 ram , couldn't even tell there was any existing damages , great job from the front desk all the way to the shop crew , thank you

We definitely were left with a bad impression of Gerber collision. They handed our car off without taking the time to go over the work that was done. As a result we noticed when we got home that there were 2 areas in the paint that had rough texture bubbles in the paint. As well as our stone guards were removed for the paint job & never replaced. We had to take the car back there the next business day & leave it for a few hours to have them wet sand the areas & put back on the stone guards. When we went to pick our car up all they said was here are your keys. No explanation of what they had to do & certainly no apology or offer of anything to make things right. The one lady Jill had the nerve to offer us a gas card after we complained the second time of ALL the issues & how we had to drive here with our children & wait for a few hours for something that was noticeable enough to have 1 of the workers say wait we have to fix this. So I refused the gas card because her offer felt like a "here shut up" rather than any feeling of sincerity. By the way the areas were still noticeable after but not to the degree they were before. The ladies in the office Jill & Michelle both said they can keep the car & have it repainted but we refused after how the first 2 times went. I'm extremely disappointed with how the staff just minimized the issues with the paint job, saying "oh it happens all the time & it's not going to be perfect". Then to not even apologize about the inconvenience or the issues was very unprofessional. My car has been here since July 8th. They had trouble finding a part and I was patient. It came in on August 18th and I have gotten nothing but the run around since. I have been told it would be done on 3 different days. Yesterday I was promised that it would be done by the end of the day today. It is now 330 pm. An hour and a half before they close and they are telling me they will try to have it done. I called corporate and all they offered to do was call and e-mail the manager. I will never use them again and I'm extremely disappointed that they will be making even a $1 off of my insurance and I.

I had an amazing experience here. Just picked up my car today - not only did they do an EXCELLENT job with the repair (entire fender and rearview mirror had to be replaced), but the customer service was outstanding. They estimated that the work would take about 4 days to complete, but they finished in 2! The work was quality and I can't even tell that anything happened to the car. They even cleaned my car for me!!! They truly went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. I hope nothing ever happens to my car again, but if it does, I would come back to the Carubba Collision on Orchard Park Rd. My father brought his car to this location before for repairs, and he had a great experience too. I'm really glad he recommended this location to me!

The customer service at this business was amazing! They kept us apprised of what was going on with our vehicle at least once a day. They even have a drop-off box to make it easy for those who cannot drop-off their vehicle during normal business hours and the paperwork can be done via the computer. I will definitely use this business in the future if the occasion arises.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After dropping my vehicle off at Carubba Collision on Monday, I got it back yesterday - Wednesday, only two days later! However, this was not rushed work, just efficient. I got rear ended during the November 2014 storm, and my bumper was completely cracked, in addition to a large scratch and slight dent on my driver's side door where I slid in to the vehicle that hit me. It took a little while to get an appointment to get the work done after the initial insurance inspection of the vehicle, but I found out that this was because they don't schedule an appointment until all of the parts are in - for me, an entirely new bumper. As my car was totally driveable, just ugly and sad, I really appreciated this. I more or less live in my car because of my 45 minute-each-way commute, and don't get excited when I have to transfer all of my crap to a rental and drive an unfamiliar car, so I liked that they didn't make me waste time in a rental waiting for the parts to come in. On the topic of rentals, there's an Enterprise connected to the shop, and Carubba communicates very well with them. When I walked in to drop off my car for repairs, they had already worked with Enterprise to set up a rental for me. I didn't have to do a thing, and that was awesome. My repairs were also an insurance claim on the other motorist's insurance, and once I connected the insurance company with Carubba, that's where my involvement ended. They billed the insurance directly and completely took over communications with them, which means my car was basically fixed like magic. I dropped it off, picked it up, and drove away.In addition to this awesome customer service experience, the work the techs did is beautiful. You would never even know I was in an accident - the car looks better than it did before I was hit. The paint is an exact match, and when I picked up my car, the tech actually did a walk around the vehicle with me to ensure that the work was to my satisfaction. He went through the care instructions for the new paint to make sure it kept looking just as beautiful (no hand waxing for a month, that sort of thing), and the techs even vacuumed out my car. Seriously. This place is awesome. The tech was the most polite mechanic I've ever met in my life, and my family has been in the car business for 25 years.I can't recommend this Carubba location highly enough. If you want high quality, quick turnaround repair work done on your car, this is the place to go.

I am telling everyone I know about this Carubba location!!! The staff was very helpful. We were texted every day on the status of our vehicle - who does that?? It was done earlier than stated and looked great! They even detailed it inside and out. Hopefully we won't have to come here again but if we need ant work done we will bring our cars here!

This place is very unprofessional, had our truck for over 49 days looking for a part that I had to find... our truck was hit by another car and was in for collision work through insurance company and some we paid out of pocket. The truck after being in the shop for that long had to go back for more work because they neglected to repair what was on original estimate! Scratches on new paint upon delivery, back up sensors not functioning, painted a area (part) that should be a matte finish ( bottom) bug guard, orange peel and dirt in paint. Claims adjuster had to go back to Gerber and have them attempt to wet sand dirt from front bumper cover, which has deep scratches still! Truck delivered back to us subpar and dirty. Please read reviews prior to dealing with this business.Service: Painting

Worst customer service and experience EVER! The girl at the front desk has a serious issue with rolling her eyes and neck when you're speaking to her, and constantly has a scowl on her face. I don't think she has ever once been pleasant when I've gone in for any type of service for my vehicle.Also, they "fixed" my back passenger side door last year after I was side-swiped; what a pathetic job they did! Less than a year later when approaching my vehicle I noticed brown discoloration on said door (vehicle is grey), and when I inspected the area I noticed all of the paint where they "fixed" my vehicle was cracked and rust was what was causing the discoloration. I brought it back in and asked if they had just painted over the original cracks in the paint (from the accident), to which the man rudely replied "we would NEVER just paint over it!" Yet no explanation was given to inform me of how this could have happened! Luckily they agreed to cover my rental as my insurance had originally paid for it, however, with a child and family to drive around I had to pay for an upgrade to an SUV as my insurance wouldn't cover that. When I took my SUV in I found out Carubba would only cover the tiniest compact car Enterprise had and nothing more! Well, let me tell ya a car seat (let alone 2) does NOT fit in the back of a Ford Fiesta! When I asked for an upgrade I was denied and told I'd have to pay for my rental if that was what I WANTED... well, I didn't want it I NEEDED it! I have family in town and I'm sorry but a Fiesta is NOT capable of transporting TWO children in carseats, an older child, and 3 adults; yet they did not care. I asked my husband to call and resolve the issue and the entire phone call the manager spoke over my husband and would NOT let him get a word in at all, can the employees be any more rude?!Supposedly, my SUV will be ready today and thankfully Enterprise WILLINGLY (and for free) at least gave me a full size car. I hope for the sake of Carubba that my SUV is done CORRECTLY this time! I will NEVER have work done on my vehicle at a Carubba again, horrible horrible horrible customer service and attitudes; and I will be sure to tell ALL of my friends and family about this terrible experience!

My vehicle paint work started to show some discoloration over time, so I returned. I could not believe how I was treated. It was implied that I had someone else repaint the area they repaired. It was clear they were not interested in upholding their warranty and I was about to leave angrily. Rick pulled me aside and apologized for how I was treated and made arrangements for my vehicle to get repainted. I was very pleased with the outcome and could not thank Rick enough for helping me out. However, I don't expect to return to this shop in the future.

Nobody likes getting in an accident but Phil and his staff made the whole process as painless as possible. Not only that but they fixed my car so you cannot even tell anything happened.A huge thank you to Phil, Meg, and the rest of the crew at Carruba on Orchard Park Rd in West Seneca. I hope I don't need to,go see them anytime soon but if anybody asks, I feel,comfortable referring them there.

I can t say enough about this locations staff. Truly the best customer service I have ever encountered. Allstate was horrible but Phil from Carubba dealt with them and never made me have to put up with it. Also saved me any money he could. This place is the best, every member of their staff was incredible. THANK YOU!!!!

Took our vehicle for an insurance photo inspection. Were told they couldn't do it in the rain. Was barely misting out, and they also have a detail bay with lighting. Could have dried the car off and taken photos in the booth lighting.

Go elsewhere. Subpar workmanship. No pride in their work. This was when it was Carubba. Over $16k in work done. I could of done it better myself . Very disappointed. Had to bring it back 3 times already to have it done correctly.
