Went in expecting to have to replace two tires, but the techs were able to just replace the valve stems and reseal all four. Repairs were done in a reasonable time frame and I spent less than half of what I expected to. Great experience :)

Failed my car for NYS inspection and was told my windshield wipers were bad.Looked at the wipers and there is no part of the rubber that was peeling or detaching from the wiper blade.Was also informed I would need tires when all tires were at 4/32 or 5/32. Then informed my coolant was low when the engine was still warm. Let the engine cool rechecked it and it was full.

Impressed by Dunn Tire's Fast & Efficient Service!After visiting several tire shops with no luck, I was thrilled with the exceptional service I received at Dunn Tire. Unlike the others, they were able to track down and order my exact tires, and they even arrived the very next day! Hit a pothole and blew a tire. The technicians at the Delaware Dunn Tire location went above and beyond to change the damaged tire with the spare in my trunk. Within less than 30 minutes I was once again on my way. Because of this experience I shall be making my future tire purchases at Dunn Tire just because of the professionalism and kindness that was shown to me.

This particular location has always exceeded my expectations. I'm very fussy about specific requirements for my tires and the staff is always willing to accommodate my needs, and succeeds every time. Location has the latest technology for mounting and balancing your tires. Would highly recommend this location to all of my friends and family members.

Had a flat- tire tech said it was a small nail in side wall and couldn t be plugged.I needed a new tire, but they did not have that same tire. However, the store in Delaware did. Drive there and they installed it. It was an Dunn deal and I was out in under 30 minutes!Very happy, even with going to another store that it did not take all day and the service was awesome from Kelly on Sheridan to Eric on Delaware!

I ve been a customer for 2 years. They keep my snow tires in storage for me and do the tire swap thing for me when snow time begins and ends. They just did my inspection as well. They re extremely organized and efficient, and thorough; they re pretty digital, so they keep it at their fingertips. But what s great is that they pair their knowledge with an authenticity that s respectful and attentive. I found Dunn by reading what other Buffalonians say on Reddit, and the commenters didn t steer me wrong.

Really awesome experiences with this location. Eric and Russ were absolutely amazing, they have fair pricing and have always been upfront about what work my car needs without being pushy about it which I appreciate. They even fixed a rattle from my exhaust heat shield for free, highly recommend this Dunn location.

Assistant Manager Eric corrected an issue I had with a previous purchase. Dunn Tire promptly installed four tires starting as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Associate Mike was pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and comfortable. My wife and I were very satisfied with our experience at Dunn Tire, Delaware Avenue.

Been driving for an hour stopping at all types of Tire/Automotive Places to get 2 tires Mounted&Balanced.WoW there are some Wait Times!!! Attitudes! From little corner Automotive shops up and down Elmwood & Delaware.Here At Din Tire ! No problem sir, 40 min. I thanked the Gentleman and sat me butt down.So. Thank you in Advanced to have greeted me kindly and taking care of my Tires& Wheels.Awesome "walk in" experience.Ty.

Getting an appt quickly was easy, greeted/treated well when I entered, clean waiting room. The only negative on this visit waa that I was told that my inspection would take about 30 minI had to check what was going on at 90 min. I would have liked to be updated why it was taking 3x longer. Orherwise, will def be back

I needed new tires for my car. My husband called them up, they had the tires in stock. We dropped my car off and it was ready in a few hours. The office was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and professional.

After days of investigating and researching tires, Dunn Tire came to the rescue. Dunn had the best price and competent associates! Other tire retailers promised tires only to disappoint when I arrived. Not so with Dunn Tire!

My granddaughter took my car into the Delaware store to have a tire repair and have a screw removed. The service writer at the counter was kurt with her and other customers. We normally deal with the Sheridan drive location and have never had this problem. DISAPPOINTED WAS IT BECAUSE SHE WAS A YOUNG LADY??

Got home and noticed that the center cap on 2 of my rims were damaged the 1 cap not so much but still.The other was half hanging off with a divot in the center as shown in my picture. I will have to flatten it and glue back on.Nice work the technician on job.Fast friendly service at the counter getting me in and out.

I changed my tires here and chose good quality tires with expensive price but couple months later start seeing the tire s light on. I took it back there three times and they fixed it three times but still after two weeks the light is on again. Gentlemen in the front are nice but ppl inside the garage are not doing good. I been there three times wasting time and still having the problem!! I used to like this place but not anymore..

I came in for a set of new tires. The guy that assisted was very knowledgeable and informed me of my options. Super nice, courteous & professional. They scheduled my appoint to come in at 5 and I was out by 5:30. I m definitely coming back!

Professional, careful and fairly priced. This location found an issue with my rack and pinion which had been overlooked by another mechanic, finding it just before the warranty expired. Again, my steering wheel was hesitating, no charge for tightening a loose hose.

Meh, it was an oil change. They didn t try to upsell, which I appreciate. I was there for like 75 minutes though, which seemed like a long time. The smell of rubber offgassing was nauseating.

Appointments are easy to book online. Service is performed promptly and staff is courteous. I bought my tires here, so rotations are free, and if I don t want to sit and wait (or smell gross rubber tires) I can just walk to Kohls or Big Lots or sit on the bench outside the door.

Easy to get a convenient appt- service was quick and complete. Comfortable waiting room with WiFi. Very professional, courteous employees!
