My partner and I chose to go here to get our cracked rim fixed. Left it over night to pick it up the next day with scratches on two rims. We only went there to get work on one rim so we don't know why two rims have been scratched. They are completely scratched on every limb of the rim. Resulting in hundreds of dollars in damage. We got the damage quoted through a different rim specialist. It's been very unfortunate and caused us a setback and now we have to get the damages fixed. The owner offered to fix it for free but we would have to leave our vehicle overnight again and I think it would be pretty foolish to put my trust back in him and his shop due to what happened in the first place. If you care about your car rims and they are very expensive rims please do not go to this shop. He also stated that he didn't know that he scratched up the rims and that he did the work personally.

They had my flat tire changed to a used tire in 10 minutes! I was very happy with their service and would go there again! Reasonably priced used tires! You were a lifesaver that day! Thanks so much!

I went in for a used tire left with a full set. The tires I got are great they look good and have plenty of life left. Also very reasonable price. The service was excellent. Good people work here and I will be a return customer.

This shop is awesome. I had a low tire PJ helped me out immediately. Also let me know some other items I should look out for on my car. sells new and used tires. I ve come here many times. Solid good people.

Please do not come here. Go to anywhere else in buff and u will get reasonable service with reasonable price . You will be scammed by them one or another. Also most of their reviews are bought so dont trust it.

Bad place stay away full of scammers. The guy in charge is such a scammer. When we wanted to replace a tire he rushed us and ended up selling us new tires for $790+. He is such a scammer and he will rush you and use all his scamming way to upsell anything in the store. Stay away from them. Evil scammers.

Great customer service and great prices. Buffalo Tires was able to get me back on the road in only about 20 minutes. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tire work or vehicle service!

Stay away from them. They rushed me so much and took advantage of our situation with vehicle. I felt totally scammed by them. When they put new tires in my car they even told us to go away and not watch them put on the new tires on the vehicle. terrible service scammer.

Omg these people are terrible. If you are in a crisis with a car stay far far away from this store. They will take advantage of your situation and scam you. The guy in charge will do everything in his power to sell you unnessesary junk taking all your money. Stay AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Best place in the town! Young kid PJ mounted my tire in 5 mins! Went to good year before and spent an hour and a half trying to remove my low profile tires for them to say they can't remove the tire. This kid pj is like 17 and did it like nothing! 5 out of 5 for customer service and reliability !

Absolutely awesome experience all around. Ended up hitting a pothole in Niagara after a 7 hour drive from home. Called a bunch of places that were either closed or not avail and Buffalo tire was not only open they had us come right over on a Sat morning, and had what we needed. They took us right in when we arrived and fixed everything quickly and inexpensive. Justin was friendly and professional and even gave us some recommendations on things to do in the area. It was a problem for us on vacation and having a time restraint on how long we had to fix the issue that they solved for us without hesitation. So if you need a trustworthy place Buffalo tires is it!

On Jan.13 20204, I call them if they can change my front two tires, waiting for more than an hour my tires changed with decent used tires breaking one of my sensors and messing up my alignment charged me about 50% more than I was told over the phone.

The best tire shop in buffalo! I got a flat tire and was a on a budget and my man PJ really came in clutch and got me a good tire for a good price. They really worked with me and that s why I always come here. Also, Max did an awesome job putting the tire on and was funny as hell. Definitely recommend them!

Amazing service! They showed me their entire inventory of tires and let me choose the set of 4 I wanted. Fairly priced and honest work. Had 4 tires mounted and balanced in about 30 minutes. They let me wait in the car while they mounted the tires. I will be taking all of my cars here for tires.

Everyone at the shop was great got 2 new tires I was in and out. They were very knowledgeable and kind. The next morning one of the tires was flat and they told me to come back. We found out I drove over a nail at some point and they said I was covered under warranty and gave me a new tire. Much better experiences than I've had in any other shop and a warranty that did something.

This mechanic shop takes really good care of you and your vehicle, they re fairly priced my dad s been getting his truck fix here for a while, and now I get my car fixed here too. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family because the quality of work is great at a reasonable price. I highly recommend and have no complaints. Every time anyone ask me where I go to get my car worked on i let them know about this auto shop. I brought my tires from them. Had a wheel alignment. They did my front wheel bearings and brakes and rotors. Wonderful work guys thank you !!!

First of all, their customer service is amazing! I got three used tires and they were doing great, but the tire pressure kept coming on. I called ahead, and Mohammed told me to bring it right in, and I was in and out of there in under 20 minutes. How we mistakes do happen, something went wrong and my tire gave out and my car was shaking. Again, I called Mohammed and he told me to bring it right in. They fixed everything for me AGAIN and free of charge. I would 10/10 recommend this place. :)

Super fast and reliable service. I d give them 7 stars if I could. My car tire pressure sensor was off but the young gentleman at the Quality Used Tires was able to fix in 10 mins. He saved our family trip. Two thumbs up!
