Overall, this is a good parts store. A couple of times the item I have gone for has been out of stock (like brake fluid), so I wonder if they occasionally have supply chain issues, but the workers have all been helpful and pleasant when I have interacted with them.

They sell me the wrong battery and broke my car I try to talk to them but they straight away denying giving me wrong battery the mechanic told me they give me the wrong battery manager was nice to talk but the girl and another guy straight away doesn't wanna deal with my problem.

I ordered my parts online for pick upand went to the store at Saturday @ 4:45 pm and called the curbside pick up number for 15 minutes straight nobody picked up the phone and the 2 employees came out and locked the door and said we re closed. I told them I was calling curbside side for 15 minutes and the guy said we re done. I m disabled and was counting on curbside service. I canceled the order and went to Napa who was happily to help me. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER AUTOZONE AGAIN SMH SHIFTLESS WORKERS!

I have been going to the elmwood store since 2020, I am commercial. The worst crew set ever I have seen. (Except nick and Doug, they try but the team he s working with) even complained to Kevin the district guy but 0% improvement. (Part pulling time and the delivery, and the way talking to customers are ridiculous) 15-20 minutes for them is an hour -1.5 hours to them - delivery time. It s every single day these days. They simply don t care about our back and our business and spitting out utter lies to manage the situation.We are missing out business and left with behind work order. Our customers are not happy at all. (Suggestion-The hub on goundry lane is well organized and professional crew set, it will be great if you can find such crew set to this store)

I went to this location to get a battery replaced for my key fob. The fob was very difficult to open, and it had been recommended to me that I try AutoZone on Elmwood Ave. to get help. The recommendation was spot on! Jessie Powell, the young man who served me. was not only courteous and friendly, but also brilliant at opening my fob (others had failed before him at other establishments!). He persisted with great determination until he succeeded. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this location to others. Thank you, Jessie!

Poor customer service. Had me wait after I asked for help and ignored me and pointed me to the wrong iten!This is the same giy who failed to give me a receipt.

I came on my lunch break to get replacement bulbs for my headlights. Was not greeted or offered assistance with that until I spoke to three different people. Came back after my shift and was told there was only one person who could help determine whether or not they could switch them out for me. Have been in the store for nearly thirty minutes waiting on that person to become available to help me. That very person didn't even acknowledge me when I approached him, clearly to ask for assistance. WAsnt acknowledged a second time until another employee asked him to assist. UNIMPRESSED.

Went to AutoZone to have a battery analyzed and possibly replaced for my Jeep GC. Doug M. was very helpful, knowledgeable and amiable. He provided valuable advice to aide in a replacement battery.

I was in the store recently getting tail lights and headlights and observed the manager Donald helping multiple customers at once being the only Spanish speaker. He helped people while there was a line that the other manager just kept walking around, scanning items and ignored. While also helping another employee with a customer he was yelled at cussed out and kept his cool and proceeded with great attitude to attend others. Crazy what he had to deal with, hope it's not like that often.

Had a light that needed fixing a few years back. Very smooth transaction getting the correct bulb and even having one of the workers fix it for me. The guy was very cool and informative on how to go about changing it. The whole process from getting there to pulling off was less than 10 minutes. Never too busy so you might be in and out the same way I was!!! Two thumbs up as far as location and service so come on in and get situated...

I came in on Sunday July 31 and needed to get a new battery installed after stopping by the Main Street location and being told they couldn't swap my battery because of my vehicle. i don t understand why ,so I stopped by the elmwood Location. A manager i believe his name was Donald matos. He changed my battery and fixed my headlight witch was loose. Am extremely greatfull for his work ethic and how well and fast he was able to help me out. I will always come to this location when I need anything for my car. He was very polite respectful and fast and because of him I was able to make it to new jersey on time to get my daughter. Thank you guys at autozone and thanks to mister Donald and the amazing customer service.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, even though I was just asking them to run a free diagnostic test. My check engine light came on in my car, and they explained what they were doing and answered all my questions without comin across as condescending. All in all it was like a four minute interaction, but it put my mind at ease about my car and I wanted to give them a shout out for good service

Pretty quick service for being an AutoZone, with a knowledgeable manager.Came here to turn in a battery for store credit when another AutoZone that doesn't even know their own policies turned me down. Although the employee didn't seem like he knew what he was doing (guess he was new since he kept asking another employee or the manager what he should do and how he should do it), the manager (I think he was the manager) there was very helpful in getting done what I went to get done.

Extremely helpful. My first stop was to competitors across the street and after the couldn't help me I came to AutoZone. Not only was I provided with the information I needed, they had the part in stock and gave me multiple options for accomplishing the task at hand.Outstanding customer service.

Mass chaos disgruntled employees.I purchased 4 spark plugs for motorcycle on line at this store and it said it accepted my order an hour or so later still not ready but get this they only have 3 so I have to go another 5 miles to another store on Sheridan Dr and again mass chaos.

TG is AWESOME! He is always SO SUPER helpful when I need a part or help. He went the extra mile to install the battery into my key fob. I highly recommend him! Next time you are this location, ask for him and say hi! Thanks TG!! :)

Very helpful staff! Saved me when BOTH my tail lights went out and I only found out when another driver pulled up next to me and said he almost hit me. Found me the right bulbs in seconds and helped install them at 930pm in the cold rain after I thought we could do it ourselves.

The manager Jack was very helpful. They did not enforce the face mask policy. The employees were wearing face masks and half the customers were not. Was unnerving.
