Dropped in for a replacement set of turn signal bulbs for my jeep. They didn t have the correct bulb in stock, but the display was organized in a way that I was able to determine that within seconds. I didn t interact with any of the staff beyond answering the question of, Can I help you find anything? with a simple confirmation that they did not have what I was seeking.

Do NOT come here unless you want to be treated like a thief for trying to return something with a receipt.I purchased a 5 piece bolt extractor set (DieHard), came in with my receipt. The general manager claimed there was pieces missing from the set, this is because there's extra housing for other sizes that didn't come with my 5 piece set.The package clearly says 5 piece set and both the GM and floor manager claimed it was a 10 piece set.Instead of checking the shelf, the back of the package, or even her computer, she proceeded to accuse me of stealing the and call the police on me.Corporate was certainly called and we're resolving this issue but I will never return to a business that treats their customers this way!

Jordan from advanced auto should receive a raise! What a wonderful and helpful person. Now I know I m not well versed in the world of automotive repairs/needs, but I also wasn t born yesterday, and Jordan didn t treat me like I was, (which can happen more often than not). He went above and beyond with helping me, and it was greatly appreciated in my chaotic time of need. I hope his outstanding customer service doesn t go unnoticed!

Stor hours for today are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, I'm sitting here at 11:00 AM staring at they're flashing "OPEN" sign and the doors are locked shut and they're not answering any phones.

hours posted online are different than posted on building and even then there is another paper stating 3rd different times. fix this. oh and the open sign is on, have your closers do a better job

Business owners are intentionally posting misleading hours. Updated 1 week ago per Google, but the "temporary hours" sign is well aged. If they can't post the right hours do you trust them with anything else?

Had to replace my front headlight and purchased a bulb from them. The package was already opened and taped shut, but I didn t think anything of it at the time.Replaced my head light with gloves on, and it still didn t work so I figured it was an electrical issue.Brought it to the auto shop and they told me it was the bulb I had was shot.Called the store to ask for at least a refund on the bulb after paying the auto shop their minimum for something I could ve done on my own. They weren t helpful and short with me.So thanks for selling me a faulty product!(also masks are supposed to actually be worn over your face)

In the midst of this cold weather my battery went. I called this location to see if I could buy a battery and have it installed and I was told that normally they would help me, but due to the cold temperatures they won't. I think it is terrible to turn away a customer in a time of need. The complete lack of compassion I received will ensure I will NEVER give this store my patronage and I recommend others due the same. There are people out there who will help complete strangers for free and this place won't even help you out when your a paying customer.

If you want to patch your exhaust, they have all those little exhaust couplers you're looking for. Paint, battery cables, shop towels, even jacks and jack stands. Lots of tools. For a small place, they've got all the bases covered. Customer service is great, just don't believe everything they have to say. Most of the tools are overpriced - shop around.

This is my favorite North Buffalo auto parts store. The people are friendly. The prices are fair, and they never give you any attitude about bringing used motor oil in. Their car battery line is made by a company called Johnson Controls which also makes interstate batteries. Interstate battery was ranked number one by consumer reports

I AAP on elmwood & Niagara St too. They are so friendly, so very helpful & definitely very knowledgeable. I will never cheat on them by going anywhere else

Waited for 20 minutes in an empty store for a check engine diagnosis. When i finally asked again for somebody to see me, a woman went outside and was very rude to me. refusing to print out the codes and complaining she wasn't on the clock.

After ordering a part online, getting there and finding out it was the wrong part # that was actually out of stock. The manager, Amanda when above and beyond to find a interchangeable one

What I purchased was not strong as what I'm used to. So the items could not stand the items bought @ other stores so I feel that these parts are unofficial. The staff are awesome

Hours have changed. They close at 8pm Mon-Sat and open at 8am saturdays. Sundat 9-6

Only 0kace I know that can make custom paint for your vehicle repair project . They will match your vehicles color as long as you have the code of paint for your make and model.

I was the only customer in the store. It was like pulling teeth to get one of the 5 people working there to answer a question. When i did ask the question, i got shrugged shoulders and a grunt. Worst customer service ever.
