People from service he act like he know everything a part of car. He doesn t look apart I show him and he said I know it but he Oder it for me wrong. Also he doesn t said say sorry to me too. After that I show him pictures again and he doesn t look and said to me we don t have it Oder from online by my self. One think I just wanna say I sorry for autozone owner if owner let that man keep work there no one gonna go over there. Trash service.

Had a spark plug blow out of the head on my car made it there I bought a plug socket and asked if I could use a ratchet and extension to fix my problem they let me use a couple tool they had I fixed my car and would recommend this advance auto to any one great staff super friendly and very helpful

I bought a can of AC freon in early June, went outside to the parking lot and popped my hood to attempt to fill my car's AC system. While looking in the engine bay to find where to fill it (I'm limited on the inner workings of AC in a car), another customer walked over to look inside the engine bay to see that a line affiliated with the AC is broke in half, therfore the can of AC freon never even got used. Obviously I wanted my money back for an un-used product. I went back inside, and explained to the employee the situation, and that the can was never used. He completely shut me down, accused me of lying, refusing a refund stating "it's store policy!!", all with an attitude. Went to another Adance Auto Parts, and they refunded my money with my receipt, and was professional and respectful. Never going back to Adance on Niagara, EVER!!!! I didn't catch his name, but the guy was Hispanic and the only employee working that day.

I mean, they had what I needed so that's good but the lack of professionalism had me very annoyed. The 2 employees were chatting loudly during my entire experience and not about work. I'm pretty sure they were complaining about a previous customer. I'm there to spend $230 on a battery. The guy cashing me out, Errik, is yelling with her, the other employee rather than engaging with me. I thought I had a code for a $10 off coupon and he was not helpful at all. I'm spending a bunch and not even needing them to help me replace the battery in my car and he just isn't even able to help find the right code or even say thank you or have a good day. It was poor service. And he told me that the battery was BRAND new, gesturing to the 4/21 stamp, saying it was just from last month. Well, a year and a month since it is 2022.

Says there open to 9.... Nope, then it said 7, nope... 4 o'clock then 5 o'clock and I understand that short staff can be a issue but really sucks wasting time to go there and be closed at 4

UPS says my package was signed for by a complete stranger at ADVANCE AUTO PARTS , No idea where my stuff is , Advance auto parts does nothing about people stealing UPS packages at their stores. in the year 2023 UPS has no reliable means to distribute packages to customers . This has never ever happened to me with any other company at any other time in my life, extremely disappointed and worried for the future of parcel service.

The store Manager Kattia it s so unprofessional and her English it s horrible and I m a Spanish myself, she s more interesting on knowing who calling them putting the employees you asked to speak on the phone and on top of that take the excuse what Jose are you calling for. And for what to make you wait 6 minutes and still have to call 5 more times more trying to reach the employees for a family matter because you can t called them on they personal number since they don t want too, store policy. 4 employees working and it s took 6 called. I understand that it s wasn t a car part issues or something like that. But, that doesn t excuse the unprofessional behavior.

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible costumer service. They charged me twice on a $400+ order, had a bad attitude when I addressed the problem, slow response time and had me come to the store 3 times just to pick up my parts that they insisted were ready but were not there when I arrived. They hung up on me when I was trying to see if my parts had arrived and especially horrible service by a man named Taz who was nonchalant about overcharging me over $400 and was acting as if I bothered him for his mistake. Not even a single apology. Never coming back. Who knew they could mess up one order so many times?

Hours say that they close at 8 yet every time I try to stop there after work they are closed now keep in mind I get out at 6 so why are they always closed not happy considering I ordered a part 2 weeks ago and can t get it my car has been sitting on jack stands this is poor business yet again here I am at 6:24 the store has a sign on the door that says we are closed as 2 employees walk out and lock up this is ridiculous advance you really need to get it together I m sorry to say but this is not the only location I have seen this at lately at this point I really wish I could give a zero star

Not necessarily a bad review but was looking for magnetic hooks and the ToolWorks TW2755 brand was found at this store and this store only. Went to store and showed the associate the search results and they could not find the product.Thought about ordering online and seeing if the product would be available but said to heck with it.Advanced otherwise has always been a great shopping experience otherwise.

Store info says open at 9, on the door it says the place opens at 9, get there at 10am and the doors are locked. Waste of a 10 minute drive.

Always when in need of anything automotive, I head to Discount Autoparts the service is fast, bilingual, and there is also women working so if any female happens to drop by in search of anything for her car they can feel just like home and at ease while been served...

Went in for a fuse, and the girl helping came out to look, and we didnt see what I needed. She waited for a coworker who cashed out ( and chatted it up with) a whole set of customers before stopping to view the pic of the fuse on my phone. I waited 15 minutes just to be told they dont have it. Waste of time! It would have taken 2 seconds to look at the image before taking another customer and making me wait, I was working out on delivery and in a time crunch. Wont return to that location

Advance is awesome. I always stop here first for parts and advice. Usually I only go somewhere else if they don't have my part and I need it immediately. Other than that, their prices are good and there employees are really helpfull.

This location's service lacks terribly. I only go here when the parts I need aren't available at my usual stores over 2 miles away. Yes I will travel farther just to avoid this store! They never have internet orders ready either.

Good products with great online discounts which can be picked up in store. Nice bunch if emoloyees who are very okeasant and knowledgeable of their jobs. Very helpful. Ideal auto parts store.

The only reason they get two stars is because they re the only ones that had what I was looking for supposedly here we are 20 minutes after they are supposed to open they re still not open the manager showed up 15 minutes late to unlock for the employees and they re waiving me five more minutes five more minutes through the window and won t let me in this is not a way to run a business

I ll never go here again it was the worst experience of my life I had an employee come up and say he was going to help me I stood in the store as other employees passed me for over an hour with no help walked across the whole store to walk out no one even said anything they didn t even care bunch of lazy people who don t know anything Sad part is I ve been shopping here for years but never again

The Advanced Auto on Sheridan drive is the bomb. Manager is super helpful so is the one in Riverside on Niagara.

Advanve Auto does not honor warraties, the employees do not have good customer service skills, on 9/26/18 I bought a set of plugs, the plugs were misfiring, so I paid cash for a new set of plugs, replaced them, then I went back with the plugs for a refund, and they told me that I voided the warranty by buying the new set of plugs that are under a 3 year warranty, will never use any Advanced Auto again the service sucks and I will go to the better business bureau on this company

Place lies about what time is open I passed by around 5 when it's supposed to be open until 8 p.m. and it was closed and if it's not that Their machines are down but it's always something with this place
