This is a warning to all!! You do not wanna come here, they been paid good money from insurance companies for foto inspection and the attitude just disgusting like you own them something. The Whole time something he can t find, in general please is fealty. To do a foto inspection he says to pool on another corner by the pomp, to do a state inspection no equipment of any kind car doesn t even make it inside of the shop. On the street he s walking around with the flashlight and looking for brake pads condition. Overall just a comedy, bat the attitude for a million dollars service!! Totally ruined my day, just pick a different location . One star, that s not even relevant - they negative 1

I would give a zero star rating if possible. This review is a WARNING for anyone considering coming to this place for vehicle service.Issue #1, this is not a honest business. I had my car's window fixed here recently. When I arrived, they asked about the issue and then said they could fix it immediately and provided a cheap quote. After I dropped off the car and made a deposit, the car ended up taking three days to fix and the price went up hundreds. The lady who called me to tell me about the new price quote was not even saying the same thing as the person I met (his first name is Ming whom looked like the owner), she said a lower price for the parts and a higher price for labor, however Ming told me a higher price for the parts and lower price for the labor, this tells me that they are definitely playing with the price to rip off innocent customers.Issue #2, when I came back after service was completed, I noticed my car window tint had a few long scratches on it, it was on the window that had the service done. I brought this issue to them, and you know what, they straightly denied they were responsible for those scratches. They lied that the scratches was already there when the car came in. That was straight out a big lie because it's the driver side window, there's no way I would not notice the multiple long scratches on the window if they were there before. These were new tints I just put on the windows a week ago. Only if I had taken pictures of the car before dropping off, I would have been able to prove to their face that they made those scratches!In summary, I had my window fixed for a higher price than the initial offer and with damage to my new window tint. This is a business with dishonesty, they made the service sound like quick and cheap in order to seal the deal, then they raise the price later. They are not responsible for any damage to your car (they have a disclaimer sign for this "proudly" hanging on the ceiling to make them feel better about not being liable for any damage to customer's car). Worst part is, they lie about the condition of your car in order to avoid any responsibility for damages to your car. Stay away from this business.I endorse my review, my last name is Gao, I had my car's window fixed here on 9/25/2019 and got charged $380 for a single window's power motor replacement.

I have no idea, how I got damaged by my front bumper. I was so upset about it .i really care about my car, so I have been doing a lot of research. so I finally gave a shot Victor Auto Collision.The first impression when I walk in the shop, they really know how to take care of their customers. After I show them what happens to my front bumper. they even were able to put a rush on the parts. they needed to be ordered so I can get my car in time. when I picked up the car it was cleaned on the outside and the INSIDE, they did a very very good job. I have brought my 2007 Honda Accord to this shop number of times. I had a check engine light on and they quickly diagnosed the issue and installed a new oxygen sensor. I also had my AC recharged, oil changed and battery replaced at this shop. Farah was amazing to work with. The prices for all services were reasonable. I would highly recommend this business if you have a mechanical issue with your vehicle even though this shop specializes in body work.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I had 2 separate accident / body work done. Farrah is great to work with. She had my Lexus GX460 looking brand new again in only a few days. The work is impeccable. They are very professional. I brought my 2017 Lexus here after two of my doors on the passenger side got wrecked. First of all, as a woman, I have always felt a little guarded going into mechanic shops since I feel wary about being ripped off, but what I love about Victor's is the presence of female representation here. I worked closely with Farrah, who is fluent in English and Chinese. She followed my case from start to finish and was professional, transparent throughout the entire process, as well as incredibly attentive and responsive. I was very satisfied with how the repairs came out and the price was VERY reasonable. I have been coming back for other maintenance and repairs since and I can't recommend this place enough.Services: Body & Trim, Welding, Oil change

Reviewing here because I don't live far away and respect that the Owner is going out of their way to reply back to comments constructively.I'm sure it's not an easy business to run especially with the amount of possible fake reviews but wishing you guys success. Looks like the owner is legitimately trying to resolve any issues that people are facing.

Great experience dealing with Victor Auto. They replaced my front bumper and painted it. Did a very nice job. They even got my hazy dingy headlights to look brand new (complimentary). My car died down 10 avenues away. I was recommended by a friend and called them at 9:30 pm, already expecting the worst. The boss came out from his own house to help. Turns out my battery was dead. $120 and my car was good as new! Ive heard people get charged a lot more elsewhere for after hour services. I went back months later to fix a scrap on my fender. They even did some minor touch-ups, free of charge! I would recommend this place as they are honest and hardworking.Services: Painting, Battery

After finishing with the oil change, a worker got on the driver seat and reset my vehicle settings back to default factory settings. I asked him what he intended to do, he just got mad and walked away. Turned out he was trying to reset my oil setting. Could have communicate it before attempting to do it himself. Not only he didn't do it right, he reset it to factory settings. The worker had really bad attitude and not apologetic. The worst part was the boss also gave me the look when I left. Very unprofessional.

This is my new favorite one-stop car shop. They don t advertise, but I was recommended by word of mouth. They speak many languages including English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Taishanese, and Spanish! Prices are fair for the work they provide. They have a full heated paint booth to ensure quality work as well as a mechanic department! 100% recommend.

I went to this place 6 months ago for brakes and an oil change. They did not know how to replace drum brake but took the job either way because they re money hungry. The messed up the brakes and with the oil change the did not even remove the plastic cover off of the filter. I just did another oil change only to realize that they left the plastic cover in and stripped the threads on the oil drain plug. Absolutely terrible shop don t spend your hard earned money here. You ll end up losing your money and damaging your car. They need to go out of business.Dates:11/30/2021 - NYS inspection12/03/2021 - spent 400$ on brakes and oil change.2006 CamryServices: Brakes, Oil change

Nice pro shop to deal with especially the pretty lady that handles the insurance claims. She is very knowledgeable about the business.She is extra nice if you buy her an cup of Starbucks green tea latte. Bring all your collision cars to the shop !! It will be handle with care !!!!

Avoid using this place, the guy is a rip off he wants to charge me $1000 for little dent on my car and tiny scratch.., beside he's being rude speaking Chinese and telling his worker tell him to go away.!!

The garbage repair shop said my fuel tank cap couldn't be opened. Before I left, they asked me to take it apart and help me find out what was going on. But they opened it and they charged me 100 yuan. If I could open it, why did they paint my car? scrape off a piece 100

Worst place I can imagine to get any repairs done. First, they put some rubber scraps into my tire and accused me of ruining the tire by driving on it with no air. I ve always driven on it with minimum 30psi. Charged me $300 for a new tire that I didn t need. Then after that new tire wouldn t hold air, he tried to charge me $100 again just to repair it. After all this, my car paint and windows were covered with motor oil. STAY AWAY from this disgrace of a maintenance garage. 30psi 300 100

My husband had a car accident and the other party's insurance paid more than RMB 10,000 for the whole car. The original price of the car was only RMB 21,000. Then this car dealer actually said that the whole car was paid for in Sinai money. Does anyone believe it? Don't go to this car shop to have the car done. The draft is too deep 1 21000
