Very accurate on diagnostics and fair on prices. (I m a used car driver all my cars are bought used) I ve been using this place for the past 6 years all I ve been getting is great services. I would definitely recommend this place.

My serpentine belt popped a block away from this shop.I was charged 1k in total to change my serpentine belt and to get an oil change. When I dropped my car on Monday, I didn't get a call about putting a deposit down to start the work until Wed. When I finale got the car back on Thursday, my "oil sensor" would not go off. I came back 2 weeks later thinking maybe it's the car. But once my oil change is done, the sensor usually goes away.When I returned, to get clarification and a breakdown. The owner (let's call her "C") said they'll try n turn off the oil sensor inductor. Once I left, the "oil sensor" went off again, flagging brightly red. A week later, w the sensor still going off as my mom is driving, the car STARTED going up in SMOKING. My mom stopped the car and opens the hood to check the oil to only find out... guess what... there was NO OIL. ZERO.My CAR literally almost broke down because the Auto Spot didn't change my oil as stated. After adding 5 quarts of oil to the car, the oil sensor went away. II drove back to the auto spot the next day to explain the horror and the almost accident they could've caused. I made a complaint, which probably fell off deaf ears.The lady "C" said I can come back for a Free oil change when I'm due for one (waiting on my working oil sensor to indicate that n no i didn't have a leak). Further, I have all intentions to stand and watch them complete the work. As I've completely lost the ability to trust their word.

If I could give 0 starts I would. STAY AWAY FRIM THIS SHOP!! They are money hungry. Not knowledgeable and you will go in with one problem and leave with 5 other problems AFTER they over charge you. The manager is not knowledgeable, he works with a thug. And the owners work is mediocre. I left with my car having way more issues than it went in. Listen to the other negative reviews!!!

Horrible experience. They broke my wheel axle and I had to pay to fix out of pocket. Never again. 0/10 do not recommend.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

They worked on my 2017 QX60 (Transfer Case. Best Shop in Brooklyn period. Very nice people, professional and courteous. Claudia, the manager was very helpful. Mike was also very helpful and provided information and answered some technical questions that I had.Thank you to the whole team! Would def recommend

It s all about money at this shop. Took my car to get serviced and got the run around. The mechanic was not knowledgeable about anything. The lady who was running the shop had no type of knowledge about cars. End up paying for service that I m not really sure was done. Last time going to this shop.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible service. Vlad is a horrible mechanic. Will promise to fix but will ruin your car instead.

Claudia was very kind and caring, as we're the techs. She called back very quickly to tell us we could bring in our transmission and when we told her and the techs what happened they seemed to really listen to us. Once we get our transmission back I will add to this post!!!
