Never ever go here. If I could I would give this place a negative rating. They tell you a price on the phone and when you get there, 2 diff people will give you 2 diff prices. They don t wanna put the windshield you want on your OWN car, instead they want to put the most expensive windshield on your car and say they can t do the cheaper one they quoted you for. They are real rude and disrespectful and told me to get out of their place and stop wasting their time when I was simply just asking questions.

Let me tell how awesome these people are at Touch of Glass, I lost my wallet a couple days ago and one of their workers found it at a parking lot (where I accidentally dropped it). They found me on Facebook and sent me a message saying that they had my wallet. Nothing was missing in my wallet when I picked it up at their shop. I was surprised to know that there are still honest good people out there. I highly recommend this business because of their honesty and integrity. They will do good by you!!!When I offered Sal a few bucks for finding my wallet, he refused to take my money! I was shocked. They are some real stand up men. I trust their business is as good as their character. I referred them to my family and friends and will do business with them if ever I need it.

My mechanic uses Touch Of Glass as a subcontractor, and everyone needs to be warned: STAY. AWAY. I got my car back worse than when I left it - broken pieces that they then used sealant to try and fake shut, entire sections of gloss stripped off the paint, broken wiper arm because they didn t install it correctly, and a leak that persists due to their absolutely abysmal work. This business is a joke. Run far and fast.

After both my car and my brother s got broken into on the same night, I checked with safelight for a quote (that jingle sticks in your brain) and wanted $450 and a 2 day turn around. I checked with Touch of Glass and they came in at half of that and literally fixed both windows in about 30 minutes. I hope I don t have to see them again but if I do, I know I can trust them to do a great job.

I give them 5 star's Someone damaged my back window call touch of glass, they order my window within and hour I was there at 3:30 out by 4:30 great service on the same day thumps up guys

Their manager(person with gray hair pictured) stressed to me that he doesn t care if they told me to come now. If someone shows up they don t care about the arrangement anymore. You can go home. Unethical behavior. I called them on Friday, was told I can come any day next week. On Tuesday I called to make sure they ll take me on Wednesday. Dedicated 3 hours, drove there and ... was told leave, don t block our space .

I love Touch Of Glass I called on Friday gave him the year make and model did not have it in stock called me Monday morning when he received my glass drove there in 20 minutes was in my glass was installed car was vacuumed and I was done amazing work amazing service amazing workers love them and the price was half of what they wanted in queens love them God Bless them always!!! Thank You!

The price is decent, better then other places, they are polite and made good service. The place is clean. They replaced my driver side front door broken window and vacuumed the broken glass. Highly recommended

Extremely disappointed in how my experience with touch of glass played out as one of the workers decided to steal my Beats x Kim Airpods! Be aware if you decide to go don t be naive like be thinking you can leave your things in your car while it s worked on for 3 hours !

Quality glass repair in queens / Brooklyn area. Been using their service almost 20 years . Never unhappy. Recently needed a passenger window for an older car and only touch of glass was able to supply it. 160 dollars cost and work done in a couple hours. Was able to drop off the car the prior day.. I don't use anyone else ...

brought one of my bus here too have some work done ,because they did a great job with my car a while back and as always they made it happen in great amount of time ,the office team is great ,and the owner Rob is a great guy

"Rob" which I believe is the owner was very polite and welcoming. I paid $150 for my glass to get fix. He took me right away, and did a great job. He does tenting for all vehicles makes and models. Also he is currently looking for someone he can hire to do the tent work. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family! Thank you for your services.Hope this information was helpful for everyone!

I have been coming here every time I lease a new car to get my windows tinted. My first car the driver side window tint started peeling up from the bottom about a year and a half in. I decided to give them another shot with my second car and told the tint guy what happened last time he said it won't happen again so Unfortunately I let them do it again, now about a year and a half has gone by and the same thing happened on my driver side, it looked so bad I ripped the tint off today! And on top of it now the passenger side window is comin up in the corner too. So they did an even worse job than the first time. Never going back again.

Professionally done, no parking around which cost me a huge ticket, more than the repair, I had to go 3 times to find the window guy because he left early and came back late from memorial day weekend, and when we picked up the girl did not label our windows so we had to pick it out. They asked us to bring it back if it was the wrong window. But they clean the window on both sides and the repair was good.

I really had to express what a great experience I had dealing with Touch of Glass, I contacted Mike to replace my windshield and he was very professional in handling my situation needless to say I received service from Sal within 24hrs, the price was way less than other rates and Sal came to my location and provided top service, if I had bad service I would ve complained and when I get awesome service I think it s also important to highlight that as customer.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They (specifically Eddie) did an excellent job repairing two of my windows. I cannot recommend them enough. The professionalism, care and workmanship applied was unbelievable. The price was great too. I now have a go-to place for all of my glass (and mirror) needs... thanks!

I am giving 1 start because non professional work. When they installed my Windshield it was placed not in the center but away from that when I opened engine hoot windshield cracked window. When I came to the store 3 times I was told that they will redo it, but when they tried to do it they didn t admit that it s their fault blaming engine hoot for being uneven. How new car can have uneven engine hoot, who would believe that. Eventually they refused to fix it.I would not recommend this service.

They service buses as well. Got there with E-450 with the diagonal window in the front broken. Rob custom cut and fit a brand new window in for me in 2 hours and it's better than it was before. Thanks again guys! Highly recommended

I have a Mazda and the motor to my window stop working. They ordered the new motor for me. Then I got in to a car accident and I had to wait for my car to get fixed which took over a month. They still had my motor and fixed it.The fact that they waited so long and still fixed my window with out any additional cost was amazing. Grade A service

One star honestly is too much for this business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE! They do not stand by their warranty policy. I was told to come during the week early to fix one window tint that was still under warranty, did what I was instructed to do,then was told it's to busy for them to deal with that right now. REALLY!! Over priced as well. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION. Very sad in these times that they would treat customers like this.

I had a great experience at Touch of Glass! They only use the best quality glass to repair my car windshield. I got in, they gave me a quote and was able to replace my windshield right away. The job was done very quickly and smoothly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs auto glass repair or replacement!
