Dominic saved our vacation! Our exhaust system fell out after a 15 hour drive, and he put our car back together so we could drive it home safely at the end of our trip to NY. We just got back to Halifax, thank you so much! You're a hero!

I have been going to Tony s for 3 years and have been living in Williamsburg for the same amount of time. Tony s has been the only mechanic I have ever used here for 3 reasons. Those three reasons are the pricing, the quality, and the service. The pricing is very fair and affordable. Tony s has always given me pricing that comes in much lower than my dealership. Secondly, the quality is outstanding. Having gotten body work to my car done, the parts that Tony s has used and the work that he has done has held up very well as I use my car on a daily basis. Lastly, the service is great. Tony s always gets the job finished when they say they will and is always available to take on jobs and provide repairs on short notice. I would highly recommend you take your car to Tony s if you are in the area and need a great repair shop!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto windshield repair, Tires

Honestly thought Tonys Auto was going to be my goto spot as long as I lived on the area. Got along great from our first repair.Seemed genuine and wanted to help but after multiple transactions he seemed more into how much tip to get. Not coming back here ever again.

Dominic is a very kind and honest man who wants to do right by his customers and he and his crew do great work! I had previously only gone by for inspections and oil changes but needed some repairs this time. Someone hit my car while it was parked on the street, I dropped it off last week and today it looked good as new! Thank you, Dominic!

Dominic has changed my life! In the past I would avoid repairing my car, thinking it would be too time consuming or expensive. He has been kind, fair and efficient, I feel welcome when I arrive there and always leave with a smile. I am so grateful for him and his hard work, I highly suggest his shop. :)

Everything an auto shop should be; professional efficient and friendly.Was told my tires would be mounted and rotated in an hour and half, got a call within fifty five minutes time.Thank you to Tony and co.

On June 6, 2023, my friend and I were driving a 2005 Honda Pilot when we encountered a burst brake hose. We managed to bring the car to Tony's Auto Repair for assistance. Upon receiving a quote of $200 from the owner, I asked my friend if he wanted to proceed with the repairs there. I also inquired about the possibility of receiving a discount and requested expedited service, if feasible.The owner seemed visibly upset and responded abruptly, stating, "No... The parts cost $45, and the labor is $155." It appeared that he was unwilling to offer any discount. Despite the lack of a discount, I agreed to have the repairs done. However, the owner suddenly exclaimed, "Too late!" (although the entire exchange took less than a minute).Feeling embarrassed, I questioned why he was so angry. He then yelled, "Okay, I can't fix it here anymore. Just go down the block. There's another shop that is less busy and more affordable. You can get it fixed there. Don't worry; I will call them." Concerned about the safety of driving the car in its current condition, I asked if he could still perform the repairs, but he once again shouted, "NO!"As his staff pulled our car from the site onto the outside road, one of them assured me, "I can fix it now," while explaining the location of the other shop as instructed by the boss. Reluctantly, we drove our car to Joe's Auto Repair. Their initial quote was $300, which left us feeling quite frustrated. After some negotiation, we ended up paying $250 in cash. The repairs took approximately 90 minutes to complete.

Do not go here!!! The 5 star reviews are no doubt fake reviews. These guys will rip you off with a smile on their face.

My radiator broke and was leaking coolant. Brought my car to Tony's and he was able to help me get it replaced and back on the road the same day.

What an impression... I have a 2016 Suburban and was anxious about taking it to anyone other than the dealer - Instead of angst, I left my car with peace of mind. Rather than telling me what I NEEDED to do, they showed me what I DIDN'T NEED to do. For example: I thought I needed new brakes and tires... But they showed me I had plenty of time before these repairs were necessary. I had a light on in the dash, and they said it was a simple reset issue - I know that my dealer would have instantly changed my tires and brakes And charged me for resetting the light - I was prepared to spend over $1500 - but my bill was $140 - All I can say is THANK YOU and that I will be BACK!!!!!!

A very rude and unkind man runs this place. Not sure why he s so angry. Just look at how he replies to customers in the reviews. You will get a sense of the type of person you are dealing with

ask for Dominick! Ive never used a mechanic in NY before, so I was scared of going to one and getting ripped off. Im so happy that I found this place though! Not only did they provide great customer service, but Dominick was super friendly and honest. They got me in right away and did the work fast. I would 10/10 recommend.

Last week I took my 2001 Jeep Cherokee to Tony s. For the last 3 years, I have been trying to find a mechanic that will work with me the way Dominic has. The mechanic replacing 2 of the cylinders and all of the spark plugs, has made my car drive the best it has since I bought it. It was only about a week worth of work for a revamp on my whole engine. The service was unbelievably quick and the workers were nothing but the best!!! I will be back at Tony s to see Dominic anytime I have car trouble and will be recommending my friends and family give their business to this auto shop from now on!!!!!

My car is a little beat up so it can be stressful not knowing what needs to be fixed and replaced and what has some life left in it. Dominic has always been honest and straightforward about the repairs I needed. In the past he's told me a few things to look out for over time but let me know they weren't immediate concerns. When the time came, you know he had my business. Service has always been quick even when I've dropped by without warning. The people who work here are very helpful and patient especially when it comes to wanting to know more detail about your car, what needs to be fixed and how they are going to go about doing it. I keep taking my car back there for checks and repairs because I know they will do quality work in a short amount of time. They are well aware of the customers needs and are diligent about getting your car back to you as quickly as possible. Always appreciate their hard work.

I came into Tony's without any knowledge of cars or how much it would cost to fix my vehicle after an accident, and the employees at this company understood that and helped me every step of the way. They explained to me everything that they needed to do in depth, gave me the best price out of the 3 auto body shops I visited, and were the friendliest by far. I highly suggest if anybody has any car needs they go to Tonys for the best service and the nicest staff in all of Brooklyn.

I have to be honest, I took my car for a fix and I was so pleased about the results, i would not recommend any other auto shop but this one right here man. Excellent people working inside, so polite with me and my wife, they explained everything so thoroughly and easy to understand. To top everything off there prices are amazing. They definitely gained a regular customer out of me!!

My radiator fan wasn't turning on when the car was hot. I already checked the fuze and water level. They told me if the temp sensor was out the fan automatically kicks on. It narrowed it down the being the fan. Radiator fans are on back order so I'm on hold. They were up front transparent and up front. They saved me the diagnostic cost and my time. I'll definitely continue to take my business to them once the fan delivers.

I had a great experience at Tony's auto repair. They fixed my van (specialized van) he was honest with pricing. The employees there were also very helpful. They stand by their work. Any problems to bring it back, no charge. As of yet no problems. Thanks Fred.

My husband called Tony s and told them I d be on my way after my car died on the highway. When I arrived, they were waiting for me. They were polite and professional and showed and explained everything they were doing. Luckily it was a super easy fix, but I know if I ever need any work done on my car while I m in Brooklyn, this is the only place I m going. Thank you so much!!!Service: Electrical

I have to say, this auto body shop was so helpful and super affordable! They eased all of my worries and fixed my car in a timely manner! All of the gentlemen who helped me were super helpful, polite and great at explaining everything! Definitely would return here for any of my car needs! If you need your car fixed I highly recommend you head over to tony's auto repair, you won't be disappointed.

I am not sure if this ever happens to anyone else but every time I come here around 4:30 5 o clock they always close early and even if you call them and let them know that you re coming in it s still the same but their timing says that they re open till 6 o clock but they never are so I ll make sure if you ever wanna go there. I m not sure how good they are but if you ever want to go there, make sure you go early.

Dom is an absolute Living Legend, one of the few honest guys this neighborhood has around anymore lol. Pricing is extremely fair and Dom does a great job explaining to you what will be done prior to service so you fully understand. I ve been bringing all issues here for 14 years now and wouldn t think of going somewhere else. Keep up the great work!

Brought my vehicle for a quick fix and the results were absolutely amazing, Tony s auto repair is by far the best in Williamsburg without a doubt. There prices are super affordable and customer service is very helpful and exceptionally respectful, make you feel at home. If you need a fix I recommend you take your car to Tony s auto repair best in the business !!!

Dominick here is the best! Always does a quick oil change and the drop off pickup aspect for other car work is so convenient. Finally a repair shop I actually trust and enjoy going to!

Tony s provides quality service at an affordable price and completes the task in a timely fashion. Dominick and his staff were very friendly and helpful. If you need service on your vehicle I would definitely recommend Tony s.
