Finding a decent, honest mechanic shop can be very difficult nowadays. Compare to other mechanics I have visited, Simon is always been so helpful to provide professional advice in what I should do with my cars. With no doubt, now all my family and friends are going to their shop without comparing to others. Fair price with excellent service. most importantly, they solved the problem for us. The best in town.

So far those guys have taken care of my cars and the prices were reasonable. They know I do research first, so this also keeps them honest as well. FOR Honda and Toyotas, they use the genuine fluids for the transmission.

I feel they are honest. Remember to bring cash as they don't accept credit cards. I let them do basic things such as oil changes and brakes. Was never ill advised by them. They haven't recommended unnecessary service. The oil change is pretty basic. No topping off of fluids or lube but they will for a fee. I got synthetic oil change for $65. Another time They did my brakes for $50 less than the last place I was using.

Changed my suspensions last year and they didn t tighten up the screws. I went to a different mechanic and this is the picture he showed me. Never coming here again.

Fairly priced, while not the cheapest around, they are reasonable and are knowledgeable enough that you definitely get what you pay for. Sometimes they do get crowded so it's best to go early if all you need is a routine oil change or tire rotation. I've been going to them for over 7 years with no less than 6 different work or personal vehicles with a variety of quintessential and quirky sets of problems, and have had nothing but a thumbs up for these guys.

Now I know why their review are so bad and nearby shop all have good ratings, do not come here. Rude above all else, let them keep driving customers away.I called and made sure they were open. Gave more than enough for pumping air (I tipped way more than the $2 it costs for air) but it did not work so I went across street to get money for valve/sensor replacement.Came back and instead of helping rudely scoffed at me said "ok fine im closing, idk what you want". Idk why I put up with the attitude the few times I have been here but no more.I went next door and they were super helpful, go there instead.

I brought my 13 Subaru forester in for my trans oil cooler lines.. I bought the parts from dealer and they installed quickly and cost $100(installation involves removing the battery and other things in the way)... .. Also needed my cv axle replaced and they did it same day(within 2hours)for $200 parts and labor. Pretty quick and professional service. They also let me in the garage to look under the car with them and since they were being transparent I was able to trust them. He showed me the cv axle leaking and showed me the cooler lines, which I knew needed to be replaced. It was my first time and I would definetly go back there!

Worst car repair shop. I came in to fix my damage grill, i purchase a new front grill, mechanics damage my car front logo, and the owner want more money, we agree upon one pirce, then later on jack up the price. Police has to be called, and I will file report to consumer affairs.. this business need to shut down. Be ware! They will scam you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They work fast but super expensive. I replaced 2 control arms for $360 but I found out they only cost $30 each. Took them less than an hour to replace them. I also needed my 2 shock mount replace they told me $200 each. Got it done somewhere else for $250. I've been going to them for many years. They use to tell me the price of the parts when I first went there. They anyways told me I needed my brake pads replaced when there's still like a good amount on it.

I wish I didn t go to this mechanic shop to check the car before I buy. Because of their confirmation I bought the car. They told the car has no problem based on that we bought the car but next day we found lot issues and made me worst to spend lot money. The mechanic just wants to make money without checking and knowing anything. Made me feel really bad and broken after I spend lot money based on their stupid service.

Took my Honda Pilot to check AC/heating issue. They claim to have fixed it and asked to have my back tires replace. I figure they fixed the issue and agree to the tires chsnged. When I pickup my car I found they only changed the air filters and claim issue resolved and that I did not tell them the actual problem and the tires are budget ones and they charged a premium. This will be the last time I do business with them again. Very disappointed after using them for years.

Go somewhere else! I ve been a good customer for this shop. But times changed. They don t give a price of repair if you call them. They just hang out the phone on you. You should drive there and probably they give a price straight from the head when they will see you, your car, your clothes and something else! Thank you Simon and goodbye! I can t waist my time to drive there to ask you how much you will charge me!

Had rear pads changed and an inspection done. Pretty quick service and price was very reasonable. Nissan dealer wanted half day and 3x the price...and they wondered why I'm not bringing it to them to service.

been this shop couple time, new faces every time stop there, few time inspection. the real service guy is gone, when I used to get oil change there, that guy did everything for me, I didn't even ask for, such as tire pressure, windshield water and cooler water, clean the filter. that guy was great, but on my second time oil change, that guy was not acceptable, when I asked to do these stuff, he refused. what a shame. NOT come back again.

This has to be the worst shop in all of bensonhurst. Without fail, they will always try to gouge you of money by claiming that your brake pads, rotors, or tires are bad. This is a typical thing for them and have very bad business practices. Why is it necessary to lift my car up when going in for a annual car inspection? No other shop does this. Stay away from this shop. Go in for a oil change? Your brakes, tires, and rotors are bad and need to be changed. Horrible 'auto shop'. Avoid. I wish I could give this 0 stars as this is a 0/10.

I brought my car here for overheating, and after 3 hours they said it was done. I got my car home, and it overheated again and I'm sure my engine is done. When I contacted the shop, they told me they won't touch the car because the engine is broken.

They replaced a strut for my friend And they forgot to put blots back in when replaced and he flipped the car and died.

They are very efficient and professional in their fields. Everyone is very friendly. The prices are fair and the quality is the same as any other auto shop. 10/10 recommend.

Worse auto shop ever. They damaged my car while doing an oil change and won't pay for the fix. Don't go to this shop, they will rip you off.

You have to be there watching the parts of the car for which they charge you, because if not they just take the parts out, they clean them and put them back, and they charge you as new, and then they erase the check engine of your car with the computer, and if you come back later they charge you for something else that doesn't even have your car !!!!

Just changing 6 wheel lugs( I have parts) , and they charge $50 for labor( not including the parts) That s a really dishonest business owner

They will steal your money, went there for a simple inspection which is $37, ended up spending $280!
