The Team at MINHS is top tier. They assess the issues at hand with care, knowledge, and an eye for your wallet. They are efficient and communicative and deliver time and time again. Trusting your auto mechanic is critical. I have come to trust them, and would recommend them highly.

Very professional staff and operation. They re very thorough. My point person was Kevin who was friendly and patient with my questions & concerns; broke down the estimated repairs I needed (they were major) on my Toyota in plain and easy to understand terms. After consulting with him I felt comfortable moving forward and so far the car is running flawlessly. They will be my go to shop from now on.

I've always had good experiences with Minhs when they service my German SUV. Everyone is knowledgable, they are very transparent and not pushy at all. I have been using them for years and fully trust them to do great work. They are professionals, I love getting a detailed report with pictures of everything they uncover during service. It really helps me make informed decisions. I've used them for larger issues and general services over the last 4 years and have always been satisfied. I ve brought my car there 3 times in the past 2.5 years and always have an excellent experience. Their comprehensive diagnostic assessment is thorough. They provide a list of their findings and recommendations, and then take the time to review everything in detail until I feel comfortable authorizing any repairs. I trust them with any vehicle and highly recommend their services.

Excellent service, would recommend to anyone who has been having issues finding a good mechanic. Look no further, this shop is the real deal and they will not jerk you around. I took my 2002 Honda CR-V in for a steering issue that I was having, that other shops "fixed" but did not fix. I also had concerns with a few other things just because of the age of my car, and I honestly did not trust the work that some previous shops had done. Their diagnostic was extremely detailed and sure enough, they uncovered several issues that previous shops had either failed to address or had not addressed properly. I went ahead and had them perform the repairs, and I am so happy I did. The vehicle drives better than it ever has during my time owning it. They were also very friendly which made the whole experience that much better. They never seemed to be in a rush, their professionalism and attention to detail was a breath of fresh air. I got new headlights for the highly expensive cost of $260. The estimate was $125 so I was shocked when I came back and my new total was more than double that. They also did not call me to ask if I was okay with the new price, they just did it and made me pay. On top of all that, they did not screw in one of the bulbs properly so I only had one headlight working for $260. Do not go here!!! None of the service I received was pleasant.

I brought in my car to repair a broken side mirror. At the time, this was the only visible problem and everything else was working.While fixing my mirror, they apparently discovered that the driver s window had stopped working and was stuck in the down position. The window had worked the day that I dropped the car off, so this seemed like a weird coincidence, but I needed it fixed and so agreed to the $3,000 quote on top of what I had already paid for the mirror.Three weeks passed, and they contacted me to tell me that they had fixed my window, but the sunroof was now stuck open, and would cost another $1K to fix. I paid for the repair, given that I can t have a sunroof stuck open in my car, but I m pretty baffled as to why they even opened the sunroof, given that it was never flagged on their diagnostic tests, or how two things that were working normally prior to me bringing the car in both suddenly stopped working. When I asked them why the sunroof was opened to begin with, they couldn t even offer a clear explanation.When I picked up my car after a month, I realized that they had left zero gas in my tank and the warning light was flashing. After charging over $4,000 in repairs and taking over a month to repair my car, they could have at least left some gas in it so I wasn t left scrambling frantically trying to get gas before my car stopped.Hugely disappointing experience overall.

Absolutely top level service. My MK6 GTI needed the big service and MINHS really took care of everything. They were clear, professional, and good to work with. Their estimates lined up exactly with final cost, and they even removed a service based on prior maintenance once they got into the engine (not something most shops will be honest about). I'll be using them for everything moving forward.

Overall the mechanics were great, ownership not the best. I believe when you make an appointment someplace you should be seen around the time of your appointment however, I do understand delays May happen. If the delays happen it shouldn't be days on top of days on top of days. Anybody can take a reservation not anybody can process the reservation. That is why I had an issue with management/ownership. However we don't go to car shops for managers, we go for mechanics and the mechanics there are all very talented. They can work on all foreign cars, so yeah rather than taking your foreign to the dealer, this will be a good option for you.

I found MINHS Automotive via the internet, and chose to use them due to their outstanding ratings. They did not disappoint, and truly lived up to their outstanding reputation. I was faced with a unique problem with my Audi R8, a problem to which another service provided could not resolve. MINHS went right to the heart of the issue, and resolved all the issues in a timely fashion with constant communication along the way. If you own an expensive exotic car as I, and have apprehension about letting MINHS service it, have no fear in putting your trust in them. My car was provided back to me fully repaired, an in the same prestine condition in which I brought it in. Matt is a true professional. Thank you Matt. I wish I could rate you 6 STARS!

I met these guys about 3 years ago when they did my rear suspension air bag replacement. NOTHING SHORT OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I love them and so does my car. MINHS is by far my favorite place to go to get my range rover serviced. Matt was amazing, he kept me updated from the beginning to the end! I moved to New Jersey, and I will still continue to come to them regardless. They are the BEST!!!

Amazing experience!Made an appointment and was taken care almost immediately when stepping into the shop. Chris was my mechanic who did an wonderful job for my Land Rover. The whole process was smooth and no pressure, fixed what supposed to be fixed.Will definitely come back again.

Great experience working with Jason and Sam. Both have great energy and confidence dealing with my car problems right away. Drive belt came loose due to rodent problem. No issue putting in quick reservation and getting the car up and running within a day or two. Good place to go for careful engine bay cleaning.

Had my BMW M performance 2 series get a Dinan suspension and exhaust upgrade here. They did an outstanding job and kept me informed with status updates throughout the day while I was at work. They were trustworthy, resourceful and transparent with me throughout the entire process.After talking to the mechanic who worked on my car, I could just sense his enthusiasm and love for cars. It just seems that these guys really take pride in the work that they do. For someone who also takes pride in his vehicle, I will be coming back again.

I brought my Audi TTS to MINHS for an oil change and inspection. Chris took great care of me, asking me everything and complimenting my baby :). He said they had just the guy (enthusiast) to inspect my car.I received a very thorough text with full inspection and recommendations, including photos of every detail of my car. They performed the service, topped off the tires, and took care of all the Christmas lights.I'm bringing her back for future service, and highly recommend Chris and the MINHS team.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Great experience and they were super kind answering any questions I had. I rescheduled multiple times and they were very accommodating. They also had my car ready the next day, after I dropped it off with a lot that needed to be done. I've been taking my car here a few years now. The folks here are always super nice.I will say things don't always get resolved on the first visit, and there's always something off when I pick my car up. Random fasteners sitting on the carpet, personal property left in the car. Interior trim not put back together.They're generally pretty understanding and accommodating, but if you don't stay on top of it, you might notice some unfinished stuff later which can be a little disappointingService: Auto maintenance

This was my first visit. I needed to find a new mechanic for my BMW X1 since I had a bad experience at a previous mechanic and the dealerships are far too expensive. Each of the guys I spoke with were great and all I really needed was an oil change, but they did check out the rest of the car and gave me a good understanding of what else I might want to consider having done in the next couple of months to a year. I appreciate not being pressured to do anything not yet needed / since I find many mechanics and auto shops treat do try to upsell to women. Jason explained everything to me in a non condescending manner and I will definitely go back.

Well.. MINHS does it again! Rock solid job on an intercooler and charge pipe upgrade on my BMW M235i. I wouldn't trust anybody else for this job. Keep up the quality work fellas, and I'll keep coming back.

When I was looking for a shop that could do maintenance on my mini Cooper I found this gem. This shop always provides excellent service. The staff is always so helpful and nice. Everything was explained to me before repairs or service was completed. I was given a full print out report with pictures and descriptions of what was repaired or serviced. A follow up call was also provided a few days later to make sure everything was working as it should be. I am so happy with the service and would recommend this shop.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Brought in my E46 for a post purchase inspection. They identified all the potential issues that need attention, but more importantly suggested what I needed done right away versus what can wait!
