Chris and Billy are Beyond Amazing whenever it comes to selling cars. I bought a 2010 Volkswagen CC from them for a Fair price. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone out there looking to buy a used car thats worth the money.

The great car dealer. The owner is a friendly guy who wants all the best for their customers, not just to sell. He honestly told us which issues the car had and fixed them. We had to wait a few days, but it was worth it. They literally did not give us a car till they were not sure that the car would work fine. There were no additional or hidden fees, and they took care of all documents and registration. Amazing experience. I would recommend the dealership. Additionally, I would go back if I needed it.

One of the most professional people I saw ... For a car dealer he didn't push anything aggressively on me. Chris is very knowledgeable I definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a good price on any vehicle. And I will keep in touch with him for any future dealings. Again very impressed and pleased with their entire team

Great guys, honest, easy to do business with.Really good experience with this business. I came to look at a vehicle, Billy steered me towards something cheaper he thought would be a better fit. Ended up buying that, they were super helpful through a somewhat complicated financing process.I took the van I bought here to a quick oil change place that ended up causing some damage and wouldn t deal with it. I brought it back to Major Auto, they fixed the other shop s mistake and replaced the oil filter housing for a price that was beyond generous.These guys are really solid. It feels more like a mechanic shop that happens to sell cars than a car dealer pushing you to spend money. Can t recommend them highly enough.

Went about two years ago to see a car that was advertised in good condition. Coincidentally the day I came to see it (and I told them I was coming) they found something wrong with it and sent it to a shop 30 mins away. I left after seeing the car at the shop, and bought a car somewhere else. Over a month later they call me back to ask if I was still interested. I would have waited over a month for them to fix a car that "runs perfect."On top of that the guy tried to put me to work publishing ads for them in order to make payments (I had bad credit at the time).Definitely a fishy place...

I commend Chris and Billy for their straight forward, no nonsense approach. They were genuine and up front and put me at ease as I was considering my options. They are an upstanding operation and I strongly recommend them.

I have purchased few cars-vans from Chris at Major Auto Show over the years. I never thought of rating before. What triggered me to write a review now is that a couple of years ago I purchased a ford transit 2014, at a fair price. The ford transit came down with a mechanical problem. Getting close to 200K miles anyway. He repaired it for me at a fraction of what my neighborhood mechanic asked. Thank you Chris. I will always follow you, your trusted and to the point recommendations.

Best experience I've had at a dealership yet. No bs process and Chris actually gave helpful advice. He was also very patient while I was working things out with the bank. If only more dealerships operated the same way he does.

As a first time car buyer, I was very cautious and skeptical on getting a used car. I told Chris what I wanted and he hooked me up with a beautiful '08 Jeep Liberty. Any issues I had were taken care of and Chris was even kind enough to teach me a few things about cars along the way. If you need a car, this is the place to go to!

After I purchased a 2006 Honda CRV from Chris here at Major Auto Show, I have been pleased with how I was treated and how well the car performs. Chris and Billy made me and my mother feel welcome and was transparent during the whole process. I highly recommend purchasing here as I will most likely purchase my second car here!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end - Chris and his team are very helpful and thoughtful in finding a vehicle that really fits your needs and your price range. But it s the the after sale service that has really blown us away - the guys are always there to answer any questions we have had and to help us out with whatever we ve needed. Highly recommend!! I had bad experience with this dealer, I bought Toyota Camry 2011, Chris seems nice person but he lied to me about Title for 7 months, when he knew there was a problem with it, He kept making up stories, He did not even send me new registration every month, never returned my phone or text. I personally went to get registrations spending my pocket money and gas, Finally i returned the car and got refund back,. People needs to be carefully do business with him.

I bought a 2010 Subaru Impreza and got a great deal on it. Absolutely love the car. Chris is the man. There were no pushy salespeople there trying to force you into buying something. They don t try to slip in all these extra b.s. dealer fees. A straight up stand up business.

Bought a car last Saturday, Subaru Impreza very pleased so far, dealer was honest and told me about a possible transmission problem to expect with Fiat i liked, i really appreciated it, no dealership fee is a major plus, Chris was very helpful and pleasure to have business with, Hi Chris this is Mikhail :)

Just picked up a 2001 Audi A4 Wagon and I'm so Glad I decided to return to MAJOR AUTO SHOW for my second purchase from Chris and Billy as my 2000 Honda Accord served me well. I will definitely return for a third.So if you're looking for a reliable vehicle you'll Definitely get it from Chris and Billy at MAJOR AUTO SHOW.

Chris is the best???? He bent over backwards for me. any issue i had he took care of and even issues i didn't even ask him to do. My impression of Chris is that he is a sincerely honest man and that's hard to find in this industry. Thanks again Chris. You will be recommended by myself and my girlfriend Lili. I was a real pain in the ass and very demanding and he was incredibly accommodating knowledgeable helpful and understanding.

They sell you a dream and then RIP you off. Worst experience EVERRRRRRRRRRRR. This is my 4th owned car. This was by far the WORST car purchase ever. Then they ran game until the warranty ran out then told me what needed to be fixed was not in warranty but was a BIGGGG JOB TO BE FIXED. Then tried to upsell me to buy another car. Was trying to charge me top dollar to even fix the lemon he sold me. Went back and for for monthsssssss until l decided to just not deal with the stress of these 2 guys telling me nothing good. Took my business else where. WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER. STILL STUCK WITH THE LEMON I WAS SOLD.

I found this dealer by searching on Google maps, and after reading reviews here and on cargurus, I decided to go talk to them. They had a car listed on their website that I was interested in. The price was great compared to KBB, so I asked if it was the cash price - and it was. (Some dealers only advertise a "finance price".) When I went to see the vehicle, I met and talked with Chris, the owner. He had me listen to the engine and pointed out how it sounded like it needed a tuneup, he showed me a couple of things he planned to do under the hood, and he showed me the cosmetic flaws around the body. His approach was honest & he was up front about the issues, and he didn't use any kind of high pressure sales tactics or try to get me to look at any other cars. He kept the vehicle for a few days to fix the issues, and then called me - he said he had caught some additional issues with the transmission, and wanted to send it out for repair before letting me take possession. I had to wait a little longer, but I was ok with that and happy that he took care of it at no extra cost to me. I also want to say his crew seemed like a decent group - Billy and Johnny were both very helpful. I'll return when I need to have work done on the vehicle, and I'll recommend them to friends looking for a used car.

I bought 4 cars from here for last 3 years. I'm not easy person to deal with since I do my homework before make a deal with Chris, the owner. Not sure if he made some money from me but what I like about this place is that Chris is the man who stands behind his words. I think that makes me keep going there. Make him and his team as your friend, you will be glad.

My name is Lawrence Huggins, I am a first time car buyer. I dealt with both Billy and Chris who treated me like family. They give me their personal cell phone number and they answer anytime I call, even after business hrs. They explained everything to me and got me approved for low financing. I got my dream car 2009 Infinite M35X. Thanks guy and you have a loyal customer forever. PS My daughter loves yur dog. Lol

Makes sure costumer is satisfied, answers all questions and you can go back after you purchase your car if you have a problem they are happy to help. Great dealership would purchase from them again. I also got help finding affordable insurance for my car.

although I didn't buy a car, the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was a bevy of cars and plenty to choose from. my only situation was that my approval bank was not a sponsor.

We had an EXCELLENT experience buying our car here.. the staff was accommodating and patient.. The price was fair and were able to drive home with the car we wanted.. They were even patient with our rambunctious 3 year old.. very nice people we highly recommend buying from here...

So my first experience with these guys were great, no problems I ve come to them sever since it s going on 8 years, lord knows how hard it is to trust mechanics. No matter where I live I go to them, great service no need to worry about issues after.
