Amazing, knowledgeable, fairly priced and fast.Bought an (old/used) car that needed some work, we had called Luu s for an estimate but hadn t confirmed anything and they didn t have availability for another week.Said car proceeded to die the next day so we took a gamble and got it towed to Luu s where they graciously took us in despite how busy they were, and turned it around the next day.Can t thank them enough for coming through in our time of need, the car is good as new

I absolutely love Luu s. I recently moved out of the city and am so sad to be looking for a new mechanic. Everyone at Luus is talented and thorough. They are extremely honest and always made sure I understood their decisions. The team at Luu does an incredible job. Their prices are fair, they work fast, and they re quick to answer the phone. They always go above and beyond with service but there are never unexpected charges. They ve won a loyal customer in me!

We went there to get a car inspection and we finished in under 30 minutes while waiting. The guys there are attentive helpful, I love the atmosphere of respect and professionalism.

Highly recommend. The fastest, most efficient, clear communication and service I've ever received with any business (in any category) in the past few years. I'm honestly blown away at how pleasant this experience was when I had been braced for the worst with a ruptured tire and broken bumper. Fast work, super friendly, unbelievably reasonable pricing. Honest!!! He replaced the windshield washer reservoir on our son s 19 year old car in no time at all and didn t rip us off, and fixed a few other things for him at no charge. Quick oil changes, inspections without appointments or surprises. And be sure to check out all of his tangerine and orange trees!

These guys are unbelievably professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They re always available to help when in last minute need, very clearly explaining the issue(s) and the best path forward if a warranty is involved. I ve taken my last two cars over to them multiple times and their work and customer service can t be overstated. Great Service! I have been going here for oil changes, inspections, and general concerns about my car. They always gave me honest advice and always provided me with cost saving alternatives for repairs and never talked down to me. I never once felt like they were trying to up sell me or anything. Very quick, kind, and professional. They took me right away and did my inspection in 10 minutes. One thing to note is that it is cash only (for the inspection at least) and it was $37. There s a laundromat around the corner with an ATM.

I was really pleased with my experience at Luu Auto Services. The staff were really courteous and fast. I think it's unusual to find a place that will inspect your car on a weekend, but Luu does it. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I would be happy to come back here anytime.

Nam is the best mechanic you can find, one in a million. In today's world "honest mechanic" is a oxymoron but Nam is the exception. He will always do his best and tell you wht is wrong without gimmicks. His son has started working there for awhile now and is just as great.

I've known Nam for probably 20+ years. Actually I followed him when came from Park Slope. He's my go to guy in auto repairs from vans I used manage to my personal vehicles. As with all the reviews I've read, he truly is honest and knowledged in the repairs he does. He also treats him workers well, salt of the earth. He's worked with me when I've been anal and brought in my own "dealers parts",which he has never fussed and will install and makes repairs with care and diligence needed. I just had a repair made and reading on line thought it might cost $1200+.I misdiagnosed and was only charged $250. Any other mechanic would've read into the situation and probably charged me over what I expected to pay. I think I've saved many many dollars by not going to dishonest mechanics that makes poor quality repairs.

Found by a quick googling of the area, by accident. Had a quick oil change and car inspection, and asked a lot of other questions which were answered with professionalism and depth. I live close so this is now my to-go place for car stuff. It s hard to find good and trustworthy mechanics - and so far I think I might have stumbled upon some by accident!

I had a great experience here when I needed to get an emissions inspection. Not only were they open at 5pm on a Saturday (hard to find) but the whole experience was a breeze and hassle free.

Could not find a more honest mechanic. He diagnosed my car, fixed the issue and didn't charge me because it was a small fix... I never leave reviews, but who does that anymore!?!
