Good spot. Gruff but not rude. Can be chaotic in the morning and not much space for all the cars. But feel like you can trust the guys. Also the inside has some authentic grit that s cool to stare at

I was a little confused at first since we really didn t speak much even when I was trying to explain the issue. But he seemed confident he and just brushed me off. Which rubbed me the wrong way at first. He only took my cell number and told me he d call me. And low and behold he did two days later. Car totally fixed and perfect. I must say after all is said and done and after figuring out how they run their business, I couldn t be happier. Lee knows what he s doing and if there s an problem they missed he has no problem taking responsibility and figuring it out. I would definitely recommend this shop.

This place should have triple the stars! Mr. Lee and his crew are professional, courteous, affordable and incredibly fast! You're seen right away and there's no "come back in 4 hours or tomorrow" wait like most Mechanic shops for quick things like an inspection or oil change. They give their honest opinion on repairs and savesyou money and worrying over your car. A+ and definitely recommend!

Phenomenal service, Weng swapped my engine in my Subaru WRX. It's been over a year since the swap and its still running like it came out of the dealership at 2012. Not only is he an excellent mechanic, his customer service is second to none. He keeps up with my car and addresses all the questions I have. Came in with a stolen catalytic converter and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful getting a new one installed. Very honest and fair prices compared to quotes from others.Seeing other customers there was like a family event too. They were talking about coming here for over 10 years and clearly felt a kinship with the staff. Was very sweet to see.So grateful to have these honest and fair mechanics in the neighborhood!

Mr Lee's is always willing to help out if there's a problem with your vehicle. His prices are affordable. The staff that's there are very very professional and will to help solve the problem. He's done work on my 2006 GMC Yukon, 2017 Toyota Camry, 2017 Chevy Tahoe and 2020 Toyota Camry. Absolutely no problems after work is done. Thank you Mr Lee and company. Best Mechanic in Brooklyn hes worth the drive and hes very accurate his prices are fair and everyone one is friendly. When no one knew what the problem was he found it 123 i appreciate his honesty. As a women i never felt like i was being robbed with him took my truck places before and they would charge so much for nothing Mr Lee thank you thank you for beautiful customer service you are truly one of a kind. I love taking my car Mr. Lee. He is very honest and does an excellent job on your car. He stands by his work. When my warranty ended for my car, the first place I took it to was Mr. Lee to work on it. He doesn't do trial and error. He places your car on a diagnostic machine to see what is really wrong with it. I wouldn't trade Mr. Lee for the world. The best mechanic I know.

I've known owner Mr. Lee about 35 years and going strong. I was just there 8/15 for Major repairs and was OUT 1 1/2 hrs later. PROMPT! Knows what he and his men are doing. Never had a Repeat repair, NO ONE touches my 1998 Subaru but Mr. Lee. Dependable Service.

This place has been in business for many years and has stellar reviews. I visited this business a few months ago at the behest of my coworkers who swear by mr lee and his ability to fix cars. I took my car there which is now 7 years old with 70k miles and had the roters and breaks replaced. The next day the car began squeaking and the noise got louder as the days progressed. I returned with my car about 10 days after the initial work was done and one of the staff members test drove the car and he too heard the noise. He examined the car and couldnt find the cause. The noise got so bad that I had to take it to the dealer. I ended up spending $1700 at the dealership as they said the aftermarket parts were causing the awful noise on the car and they basically undid all of the work that was done at mr Lee's shop. And that was in addition to what I already spent at mr lee. I know several people who take their cars there without incident but I had a very bad experience.

Got there first thing in the morning, I stand inside shop waiting for a how may I help you, and these mechanics just walk by me, I said good morning to a short Asian guy and he totally ignored me! after five mins I got impatient and went to another Asian mechanic who was also ready to walk pass me and told him I have a evap small leak code can they check it out for me when they have the chance, he looked confused and said maybe gas cap, I said I already changed gas cap light is still on, I asked if he does a smoke test to check the evap system he said they do not do evap check he doesn t know how! What in the Christmas hell? His sign atop of their shop clearly says computer diagnostics!!! I Left feeling like they pick and choose who they want to work with, Horrible definitely a bias place! so I went to a smaller shop down the block they took care of me asap!
