The best place you hope you ll never need!Towed my daughter s car off the expressway, reached out the next day to go over paperwork and expectations with insurance. Since the car was already being repaired, I paid additional money to repair damage that previously existed - Great price, great work, great service!

My car got impounded and when I got my car back from Knight's Collison after paying like $3300 because my car has been there for like a month, my passenger side window was smashed and the passenger backseat was ripped. They repaired the window which is great but refused to fix the rip that occurred when they broke in. They clamed that they weren't sure if it occurred in there possession so the owner Adam refused to fix it. They don't have camera footage or evidence but the owner said it was a rock that was thrown at my window... How did he come to that conclusion if he wasn't there and doesn't have cameras in his lot? Not only that but nothing from my car was stolen which I'm glad but there wasn't a Rock in the car. I'm thinking a pipe or like a crowbar was used to smashed it and scrapped the backseat. If there was a rock thrown it wouldn't rip my seat like this I'm pretty sure. I NEVER write reviews but I had to on this situation.

Definitely a 5 star experience. They transported the car to the shop , transported it back to my home when completed and Sean kept me updated throughout the process. I will be recommending Knights Collision to anyone in need of a great shop with great customer service.

Really nice spot. Very polite and professional, from the workers to management. Cars look immaculate when they re finished with them. Dorinda is especially kind and efficient at her job.

The whole experience was painless and a great example of how to do business. From the friendly and helpful tow driver who stayed with us in the rain until we could be picked up after our accident, to the office staff who kept me up to date and coordinated with the insurance company, and if course the body shop itself. My vehicle looks like new now. Thanks everyone at Knights!

I needed air in my tired these guys pull in to tow a car and block me for 30 mins and have the balls to yell at me when they are inconveniencing me. Your driver has no tact!

Knights Collision and Auto Center was amazing. My SUV was hit by an 18 Wheeler and they were able to make it like new again. Their service was awesome and their communication with me as well as the truck's insurance company was great.

I definitely recommend this place.. Louis N his crew made my day.. my car looks great! Yolanda was also very great. She kept me updated, called me when they started, when they was almost done N when it was time to pick up my car.. overall great service

Yolanda in auto repairs was excellent and went above and beyond and so did towing department, Robert was excellent and went above and beyond as well as Maureen. The car was a 2024 subaru crosstrek and came back cleaner and shinier than before, and so far so good the car seems back to normal mechanically as well. Would highly recommend this place too any one who needs these kind of services, Lisa

This Business is a great place to fix your car. I got into a car accident about a month and a half ago, and if it wasn t for the delay in parts I would of gotten my car within weeks. They updated me daily & if they couldn t reach me, they called my husband. Very welcoming & patient. Smiles all around and great employees. They fixed EVERYTHING & if I noticed something, they told me to bring it back and they got to it on the spot. Recommend to everyone. They know what they are doing here. Car looks and feels good . They even cleared a tpms sensor I ve had on for a while. I would say they do reliably good work. But I wish they would ve consulted with me in a different way from the beginning, it caused too much unnecessary miscommunication and misunderstandings . But it s water under the bridge. Thanks Knights

It has been a couple months since I picked up my fully repaired SUV, and have not had any issues. The damage to the back side of the car was very extensive and Knight s did an incredible job. It looked brand new when I picked it up and continues to drive like new too!! In addition to a job well done, I have to say the entire team that worked with me was awesome, and Yolanda and Dorinda were very responsive and helpful throughout the time it was in the shop. I would recommend Knight s Collision to anyone who might unfortunately be in the same position I was - on the wrong side of a bad collision.

So after having the most annoying time with dealing with my insurance company after my car accident. A friend recommended knight to me after all the red tape cleared. I still had alot of questions being my first accident and all, and then Knights resident Ms. Goto by the name of Yolanda brought everything into perspective for me and made this experience bearable.In the future I will be recommending Knight to all my friends. .

so this is one of the authorized towing company NYPD uses. i was in a very dangerous area, as i waited with the officer, he explained they are to arrive within 30 mins. it took them 2 hours , I was towed to the service road less than 10 mins and charged $125 plus tax. the driver was not friendly or had any compassion.

Great service, fixed my car after an accident and did more than my insurance was willing to pay for as a curtesy, I was very pleased, saved me $350 ! Chris is an amazing guy. This place you can trust. P.S.: good coffee:)

Accident back on December, 2021. Tow company recommended me to this place right next to JRP. I was hesitated at first, but after checking the Shop and Dorinda was very professional and friendly. My decision was made. Every week, I got an status update call. I was very happy with the work came out. They even cleaned and polished my car. I was traveling on the BQE to drop my nieces at JFK airport when a tire on my car exploded. I was towed to Knight's and they couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. I was a bit in shock and upset when I arrived and they were consoling and I felt I was in good hands. They looked at my car immediately, had what I needed in stock, presented me with different cost options and fixed the car quickly and I was back on my way. They even had a very clean ladies room! The owner was professional and empathetic. They could have taken advantage on pricing but they didn't. I felt very comfortable in their care and I'm very appreciative of their service. The young lady Yolanda at the desk was amazing. She was very helpful with an uncooperative insurance adjuster. Everyone there was immensely helpful. I Highly recommend letting them take care of your vehicle needs. They made a hard time a little easier.

I absolutely love the friendly environment from the workers here. The staff at the front desk Yolanda and Dorinda made the experience wonderful. The wait time was extremely short.
