I love this place! Just recently moved here from LA, and my car is having issues. Being a woman that knows nothing about cars, it can pretty scary going to an auto shop blindly. However I ve had nothing but amazing experiences with this team. They are thorough and go over the inspection with me. Educating me on the problem so I actually know what s going on and not just forking over cash. With the type of car I have and my nonexistent knowledge of cars, they could easily gauge my eyes out with pricing. However that has not been my experience! They charged me a fair price for my issue and again went over everything very thoroughly with me. They have amazing follow up and have even called me after service to make sure everything is still okay. I would 100% recommend this shop! Been going their 4 cars straight for 8 years and NEVER had a problem with their maintenance work! Very friendly and straightforward to what need to be fixed and also inspect your car to let you know further complications. Not like other mechanics when you go in and come out you have 3 more problems...nooo these guys are really the best !! YOU PAY FOR QUALITY and if I have to pay to never have that issue ever again so be it!!

This is not the place if you love your car 600 for rack pinion they gave me my steering wheel back upsidedown they didn't purge the air out and had an overall attitude about the situation.I had to purge the air out myself brought it back and they charge me 140 to do a tie rodThese people are liars I just checked the tie rod 2 days before when I changed the knuckleUPDATE HAD TO PAY ANOTHER SHOP CUZ CAR STARTED LEAKING IN THEIR SHOP POSTED PIC ADDITIONAL 370 FOR WORK THIS SHOP DIDNT DO RIGHT JUST HORRIBLE PEOPLE AT THIS PLACE I WILL SEE IF THEY COMPENSATE AND UPDATE 4 WEEKS LATER UNACCEPTABLE

I ve been coming to this establishment for YEARS . In the last few years after change in management, the place has fell off drastically . They re overly expensive and 90% of the time you can find a better price. Nobody here is on the same page .

Owner Craig is awesome. I always have a pleasant experience whenever I m there to service my vehicle. I ve been taking my car to him for the past 20 years, and he and his mechanics are excellent. Still reliable as they were 20 years ago. Kudos to you all there at George & Sons Auto Repair in Brooklyn. Love them! Tell them A.G. White sent you.

George and Son are extremely reliable.I drive and hour away from the city just to go there because they never disappoint.The prices are GREAT! The mechanics are PROS!Craig is the man! I used to love this mechanic shop but unfortunately the owner Craig sold it to one of his long time employees. I went there for an inspection. I called to make sure it was ok to come in. Receptionist said inspections are done until 5. I got there at 4. Some mean crazy guy asked me what was I there for? I said inspection, he said you're too late come back tomorrow. I was livid. Everyone there said this guy is bad for business and since he came they have lost customers. I will never go back to George and sons again!

Hola People, I went here Bec I needed my car inspected, right away they new about my brakes. Explained to me when I brake does it jitter, I said Yes. They Really care about your safety. Very Friendly, Respectable and Fast Service. Highly recommend.

George s shop is the best this side of the Mississippi! I never thought I d be able to find as honest and competent of a mechanic as I had back home. He goes above and beyond, let s you know what s urgent, and is always fair. He has the most competitive prices, a quick turn around. I couldn t recommend anyone better than George & Sons:

By far the most reliable shop i can think of. I've been bringing my car here for a little over 10 years and and never felt disappointed. The guys there are very accommodating and helpful. I'm always in and out. The prices are fair. I never ever get the feeling i'm being taken advantage of because i'm a woman. Craig makes sure i am always taken care of. He knows my car and the details about it. Even though a 100 cars a day may come in and out! Best shop ever!

Honest and reliable service at more than reasonable prices. I've been bringing all my cars to G&S for many years and not one disappointment. Very happy when cars come out of shop, no redos necessary. Give G&S a try I'm sure you'll fall in love just as I did.

I've been servicing my car here for years. The original owner George is an amazing individual. His son Craig now runs the shop and is very welcoming and attends to detail. I never have to worry about being cheated at an autoshop because of my gender. I recommend highly without any reservations.

My new favorite go to mechanic shop. Was referred here by my brother in law. They are very friendly even offering you coffee. Prices for work is on point. And the work they perform is top notch. Want to thank Craig for getting me in and out quickly on a Saturday.

I was recommended to George and Sons. I have a Hummer H2 and multiple mechanics had trouble diagnosing and fixing the multiple issues it had. Brought it to Craig and he was able to find the problems and had the capability to fix it in a timely and cost efficient manner. Will continue to go there for all my trucks needs! Great shop! Great mechanics! Great owner!

The worst customer service! I will never go back to this place. A short, skinny middle eastern guy was extremely rude. No manners what so ever. I asked him what was needed for my car and he didn t even respond. I came in for inspection. Maybe he has a hearing problem or perhaps because I m a woman didn t feel like he had to respond. I don t know but I just felt his negative attitude and presence since I entered the business. The owner should fire this pathetic low class little boy.

My car has never been so better until I started coming here. Dion is great! VERY rare to find a great mechanic, who really takes pride in what he does, knowledge and not "money hanging".Been coming here for two years now. Visit and please ask for Dion(all guys are good but my Dion is my mechanic)

It was a nice place for a first time experience. I went there for a annual inspection sticker I was quoted $37.00 over the phone. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Great Place! Even though the little guy tried to charge me $45.00 I had to check him. We all trying to live. Stop getting over on your customers and work your vendors for lower prices....

I think I will be going to them for all of my car service needs. Craig was friendly from my initial call to inquire about the services I needed, up to the completion of the job. I like that my experience was so personalized, because when I got there he knew exactly what I needed, just by the telephone conversation. And the wait time was very short.

I'd first like to thank those who took the time to write a review on google for this repair shop because without them i'd have never taken the "risk" of driving to a new shop 30 mins away from me, when in Brooklyn I have a repair shop on almost every main avenue.Secondly, I'd like to thank my mechanic who was very kind and informative while explaining the issues with my car.Last, but not least thank you goes to the owner for his welcoming hospitality, which nowadays is very much dead in other mechanic shops.Very much satisfied. I'll be be going back!

The alternator in my Mercedes gave out in the middle of the Belt Parkway. I was towed to George & Sons, and they were able to completely repair my car in a matter of hours. I had my concerns about them working on my foreign car but all worries were eased by Deon and Craig. So incredibly professional, and they gave me an honest price - no scams, no gimmicks. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Came in for an inspection, they looked at my rear breaks for 1 minute and said "they're bad. We can't pass you with them. It'll be $260 for fix 'em." I didn't believe them. My breaks are fine.Turns out I was right. Went to another shop, I passed inspection within 15 minutes.

My grandfather took his cars to George the father. This place history has always been the best of the best but the Son. Craig has way with cars that takes this shop to a whole Nother level. My family and friends refuse to take they car any where else but here

Went there 2 years ago and everyone was very helpful and nice. I went back last week and the Jamaican guy (wish I knew his name) was unnecessarily rude. We left before he could see the cars problem.

I came there to get a simple inspection. The Indian or Arab guy wouldn't do it because my back windows were tinted. I showed him the law on Google about tinted back windows being legal. He still wouldn't do it with the facts in his face. So I had to go to another shop. Got it done quick and easy with no problem. He had a very rude attitude too

George & Sons has great mechanics. The price is right. They give you a full explanation of your car problems before they do any work. They don't try to beat you with unfair cost because you don't know much about cars.

I ve gone to many mechanics all over Brooklyn and finally found the ONE place that is reliable and gets the job done! Came in for a rattling noise coming from transmission.. Craig took my car in immediately an was able to identify the problem.. he ordered the parts and got my car back the next morning and it s running better than ever!

When you first get there looks like a little hole in the wall but besides its looks these mechanic and it's owner are really skilful mechanics. . I take my car there my old lady takes her car there and my kids take their car there.... the place is working on it second generation and if they keep up the good and honest work they do... I see a lot more generations to come... P.S whenever I have brought my car in for service ,,, for that particular problem AND DONE!!! ,,, I don't come back with that same problem... keep up the good work George and Sons
