Let me just start off by saying this collision center is like no other. From the minute I entered the facility, I was immediately being helped. The work of this body shop is exceptional. Mr. Al is an amazing person very friendly and kind. My car went in looking horrible, but came out looking brand new, I was back in my car in less then 2 weeks. Really amazing, I appreciate the service Fiero Colission provided.I highly recommend this collision center to anyone looking for repair service, you won t regret coming.

Very great staff. They make you feel like family. They are very very friendly, accommodating, professional, and complete great work. They keep you updated on the status of the repairs and inform you if any issues arise. I have been going here for years and I will continue to use them!

With my new 2017 Forester and 10 months later I got rear ended pretty bad. Fiero did the work for me and it came out Flawless. I kept the car for 8 years and no issues at all with all the work the did...not even the dealer couldn't tell when I just recently traded it in on Dec 2023.I just want to thank Stephen at Fiero for guiding us and supporting us every step through the process.

My car (2017 Subaru Crosstrek) was rear ended and they were a Geico recommended shop so I took the vehicle there to be repaired. Between them and Geico, the experience was painless. They had to replace my rear bumper, tailgate, frame guards, front bumper, and a host of other smaller components. They turned it around in about a week (looks like it would ve been faster if Subaru sent them the proper tailgate to start with). I knew they cared when I noticed they detailed my engine bay and cleaned the inside/outside of the car. My only issue after the repair is that I had to go back to deal with my muffler vibrating against the hitch and they took it in that day and fixed it right away. By far the friendliest auto repair/body shop people I ve dealt with and they clearly knew what they were doing and my car looks just as good as it did before the accident (maybe even a little better). Hopefully I don t need a body shop anytime soon but if I do ill take it back to Fiero.

I have had 2 Highlanders that were serviced here. The first was a 2008 total loss and the second was a 2017 highlander. Someone hit me while parked pretty bad. The middle driver's side door had to be replaced and a few panels along with a mirror, and rear bumper and bumper shock guard.Al and his team did a phenomenal job in the repair, painting and most importantly the QUICK service. The turnaround time was great and I am very delighted with their service.!I would highly recommend Fiero to anyone!

I have taken my truck to Fiero Collision on 2 occasions now, and both the work and customer service was absolutely fantastic. This is a family operation, and it is quite clear that Stefan and company take great pride in their business. The facility is massive and extremely clean. They run a tight ship here. Most importantly, the work they did on my truck was excellent and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Fiero Collision. This is definitely my go-to spot whenever I need work done on my truck. Fantastic Job!! My wife and I have a Black Rav4Toyota that got crumbled on one full side of the truck in an accident. It looked unfixable, and was even told the truck was totaled .Fiero collision assured us they could do the job. We were amazed at how it looked when we got it back, looked like right off the showroom floor. Same paint and trim. Floored by a business that paid that much attention to detail. Fiero Collision did an excellent job on replacing my bumber and the paint job was immaculate. Al s customer service was excellent and turn around time was quick! It was very evident from start to finish that they take a lot of pride in the service they provide. If you are in the NYC area and looking for a quality body shop this the place to go!

Best decision by far and came to the rescue for when we needed auto body work. My Volvo was damaged the day before my wedding and I looked for a local shop that was certified for Volvo repair with Volvo Parts. Stephen welcomed us in and came in the clutch for us. The work he did was excellent and looked like as if nothing happened. It looked better than ever. I cannot thank Stephen, his brother and his team enough for working with us and I would recommend them to not just friends and family, but to all of you who are reading this review. Brought my Dad s car here to get fixed after a mishap with the driver-side door. We ended up needing a completely new door. Although it did take a tiny bit longer than we would ve liked (understandable because of the pandemic), the people over at Fiero Collision were very communicative about it and were very helpful. Everyone was friendly, too. My fianc� got the car back and it was in fantastic shape. We highly recommend this spot for your body shop needs. Pleasant experience.

I placed my car in the care of the mechanics at Fiero Collision to repair a broken rear door. The head mechanic, who spoke to me over the phone shortly after the accident occurred, was extrememly patient and understanding. When I told him that I would be driving the vehicle to the shop myself, he expressed genuine concern about my safety as well as the vehicle safety. My husband and I were greeted warmly by the staff at Fiero and were informed about the plan to repair the vehicle and how much time it would take. Throughout the week long process, the owners at Fiero reached out to us twice to keep us updated about the progress. When I returned to pick up my car, not only did it look brand new, it was detailed inside and out. I would highly recommend this auto mechanic! Honest, fair and excellent customer service is what they provide. Fiero Collision has a customer for life in me!

They did such a fantastic job. I took my ford fusion to them when someone hit me on the passenger door, and when I said that when I picked up my car, it was like taking it off the lot again. Someone vandalized my vehicle by keying the trunk and the side door, and I refused to take my baby Anywhere else. These guys here are phenomenal. If you want the best, don't go anywhere else. Even if they are booked, wait it out.

I very highly recommend Fiero Collision. They are smart, courteous, and go out of the way to surpass their customer's expectations. Their work is perfect and you can tell by the types of cars in their shop that they are at the top level of collision work. The guys at Fiero were really helpful and sweet-- they did a great job reaching out to communicate the timeline for the repairs, and they even covered the cost of an oil change for me while they had my vehicle. My car's front bumper was damaged from an accident. Thankfully it was fully covered by the insurance carrier. I dropped my car off to Fiero on a Tuesday, expecting the work to take more than a week. I had scheduled a rental for the weekend. No sooner had I done that when the owner at Fiero called and told me my car will be ready for pickup; this was Friday. I immediately canceled the rental. When I picked up my baby (yes my ride is my baby) I was so relieved. The level of service I received from Al and Joe at Fiero Collision was impeccable. Also a bulb on my parking brake light had burned out and there was an extra one in my glove compartment. I was about to fix it myself. But Al actually changed the bulb for me. What a gentleman!This is what customer service is! First class from beginning to end.

From the get go of going to the Fiero website- you can see they are the ultimate professionals. Once you step into their shop you will be delighted in seeing that professionalism extends to the work environment. I have been in many repair shops in my day. I have never seen a cleaner more squared away shop. The work performed on my 2018 Volvo XC 60 was flawless. New parts and a seem less paint job that conforms to Volvo factory specs. I could not be more happy with the end product. This is the only shop to go to- period!The Fiero brother are the best hands down, and on top of that are great guys. Fiero Collision repaired my Lincoln MKZ after someone backed into it. The service was quick and friendly. The repair process was explained to me so I knew what would be done to my car. I was extremely happy with the final product. My car looked like new.

In 2008 my new Accord was hit 3 separate times while parked...each time the guilty party paid, I took it to fiero and work was performed flawlessly. It was hit a 4 th time and insurance paid...again excellent work. Fast forward to 2020 and I now have a 2017 Audi A6 I had a 1 inch long deep scratch in my door and did online estimate....I was quoted 2168.00 for a deep but minor scratch....I will not knock their work, because their work is very very good....but that price threw me for a loop. I went to another guy in bklyn who charged me 375.00 for scratch on door, bumper and hood....color matched and just as flawless...biiiig difference in price...be mindful of your options. Always get a 3rd n 4th quote....now if insurance gonna pay...hey, I stand by fiero's work tho, you won't even know it's your vehicle.

I was assigned this place by my insurance company to fix my car. A day after they had possession of it, they called to tell me the car was ready. But it turned out that it was a mistake. This was very inconvenient for me as I work an hour and half away! It was not from my insurance company, it was from Fiero Collision because when I came in, person in front even apologize for what was done wrong. Apparently it was just to sign a release for them to touch the car(which was sent electronically). Why did I have to come in then?? A few days later, he calls to tell me that the car will be done by the end of the day. Turns out it wasn't and it was going to stay for the weekend. They have to get their act together when it comes to communicating with customer. Other than that, my car was properly fix. Thumbs up for that!

They were by far thee best collision place I've been to in NY. Stefan hooked us up and got us all manufacturer parts and always kept us up to date about everything. I even had him work on my 2nd car and both cars were done very quick!!! If I ever need a collision spot I'm only putting my money here. If you want your money worth and excellent service FIERO COLLISION Is the place to go!!!!Service: Body & Trim
