This is the best service in Brooklyn ever! My Audi was damaged on the side. I came and it was fixed very professional and quick. Now I m their client. And more over will recommend to all my friends . Their name speaks for itself brought my car to them. From the beginning starting with the tow to end when picking up my car neal assisted me with the whole claims process kept me updated with repairs. It was an amazing experience dealing with people who are trust worthy and honest. My car came out looking FANTASTIC. I can t be thankful enough for their help. I had a dent on the back of my car and they took care of it without and extra fees or even asking them. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you and your amazing crew!!!!!!!! BEST BODY SHOP EVER!!!!!

Fantastic Auto is an amazing place for all your car needs. I brought my car in for body work. Neal made sure my car came out absolutely flawless. Also had the pleasure of have my brakes, tire rotation, inspection, and oil change done once the car was ready. And to put a cherry on top, Neal had my car washed before handing the car back to me.Thank you Neal..

This is THE place you want to go to if you need any repairs on your car! David and Neil took great care of me after my car was involved in an auto-collision. They take the time to listen to every customer and make sure all needs are met. My car came out of the shop looking brand new after being severely damaged, and they even included a car wash. I can't thank them enough for their exceptional work, patience, and great communication. My car sustained a lot of damage when it was hit by another car on the parking lot. It was towed by NYC vendor to their lot. Fantastic Auto Repair was recommended to me by my friend and I went to them. The repair facility was very well organized and very clean. The owner was very knowledgeable, very professional and very helpful. He helped me to retrieve my car, which wasn't easy. He handled all of the communication and paperwork with adjusters on my behalf. The shop did a very good restoration job. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done on their car. I always brought my Mercedes (1986 S Class, 2001 ML430 AMG, and 2019 S class AMG) to the dealer for any A or B service / general maintenance. I Brought my ML430 in for a full tune up and oil change in September; and now it's running like the day I bought it.Outstanding service, great mechanics, really good honest people running Fantastic. I wouldn't bring my cars anywhere else for work now. If you are looking for a great auto shop to work with; go to Fantastic. They take pride in their work and treat their customers like family.You know it's good when you get excited for your next oil change; they really helped me out today with some minor repairs. Went here to fix my passenger's side mirror and had a great experience. Neal the owner, was honest with me on what should be done and how. He ordered the part for me and installed it the same day! They also did a wonderful job on repainting the mirror. Very professional and gave me a good price for their services.

Amazing Body shop for a number of reasons. Most importantly, they literally take care of everything for you. I was involved in a hit and run accident in my 2018 White Nissan Maxima and from the moment of the accident to the moment i got my car back, the staff and owners were complete professionals. They made things very easy for me by handling everything from my insurance company to handling my car rental. They said from day one that the car would be ready within a week and they did not push back the date, which I have found in my experience to have been a problem at many other shops. They are very punctual and will sympathize with your situation. Best part is that my car literally looks brand new and drives as such as well. Definitely going back when need be and I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone

After the accident, Geico paid almost $6300 for the repair. However, David is an incompetent owner. He repaired/held my car in the shop for two months, trying to get more money from the insurance company, in addition to using all my car rental money. After all this struggle, the car still wasn't fixed the right way, so I needed to bring my car to the shop multiple times, which led to multiple day-offs from work. On top of that, he intentionally ignored my phone calls.Service: Body & Trim

The staff here are consistently reliable and, best of all, honest. They won t do work that doesn t need to be done, and if you re a long term customer, they treat your like royalty. I just got a new used car a few months ago, came by for them to look at it and they didn t charge me a thing. Definitely recommend this place and will keep coming back.

Greatest experience I have ever had with auto body shop!!!I woke up to a smashed fender one morning and drove my car right into Fantastic Auto, I was soooo upset but from that moment on the experience was nothing but 5 stars. Neal looked at my car and got the ball rolling right away, he was so accommodating to my needs, I had to be at work that morning and the had arranged a Enterprise rental car within an hour to pick me up from the the shop.Also they kept me updated throughout the whole process.Maya the front desk manager was phenomenal, her customer service was above and beyond. She was so patient with me addressed all my questions and concerns.In a nutshell, the work was quick and efficient and my car came back flawless .I hope i never need an auto body shop again but if I do I will only come back hereThank you Neal and Maya for a "FANTASTIC " job.

My car was hit while parked and this place was amazing in helping from beginning to finish. They picked up the car promptly from the location of incident and walked me theough every step of the way during repair. The staff was extremely professional and my car was returned looking completey new. I recommend Fantastic Auto Repair to anyone looking for reliable and affordable mechanics in the Brooklyn area.

We had to have all our wheels and breaks replaced as well as a wheel alignment done. Fantastic Auto Repair had the best rates, they were extremely professional and had the everything done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them and plan on going back for future car needs. Thank you!!!

During a time of stress after my car was broken into, the owner helped me immediately and alleviated much of that stress by helping me to store and repair my car. Had emergency and they accommodated me and provided excellent service: explained exactly the problem and the way to fix it with reasonable price ( I know about the cars), gave me the acceptable timeline. I grilled them on details and they patiently explained. At the time of pickup the repair was done correctly and I couldn't complain ( happened not that often). Would recommend them.

Came here one time to fix my car after an accident and I was so amazed by the repair job and more importantly the communication between the manager and me that I have come back to them 3 times after that for minor repairs and suggestions. You never get the feeling that someone is being fake with you here. Everyone is honest and most importantly realistic. The repair jobs are always perfect and look like new. Thats why i love coming here.

I had a bad experience with these guys. When the work started everything was very good . They told me how it works , they said it will take 3-4 days to fix my car. I was happy to find them.Everything changed when they got a check from the insurance company. I went there in 4 days, they didn t even start work on my car and they were very rude to me.They held my car for 12 days. That s not professional. I would never go back to this body shop!

This place has done wonders for my car. Other places tried to scheme me out on fixing my axel, my bumper and my driver side door. When I came to fantastic they treated me with respect and fair prices and great service. Very nice cool guys and the work can't be matched.
