My car got T Boned and it did significant damage to the passenger side of the car. I was really devastated and really felt my car would never be the same. I have been to De-Ko several times over the years and their service was really good. When I brought my car in they did not flinch, saying that they would take care of it. They handled the repair from beginning to end. It took 3 weeks and during this time I often thought that they would never be able to pull this one off. My son monitored the progress closely. When they presented the finished car to me, I was amazed. Everything worked like new. There are a lot of reasons to us De-Ko. They have enough of a reputation to do a really good job. They helped me with my inspection that ran out during the repair period, They are not so tied to the insurance companies so they can represent me and my interests. In NYC there are a lot of Body Shops to choose from and I am sure many do a good job. If you want a shop that is always busy and has at least one very satisfied customer (me) then diminish your risk and choose De-Ko.

Flawless work as always. And the nicest of people, they take care of you like family. Also very reasonable. I come from the city to have them work on my cars.

These people are the people you want to take care of your car, they made my car look better than it was before the accident. They also clean the car real well and defog the headlights which is very generous. I am glad I chose this place to take care of my claim!

I m currently dealing with mobility limitations. When my 2011 Forrester was damaged from a tree falling on it, I was referred to De-Ko by a friend. Could not have been a better experience. Rhonda and her team accommodated me more than I could ve expected. The entire process from beginning to end was so stress free for me. I highly recommend De-Ko and will use them again without hesitation.Service: Auto body & trim repair

They were absolutely amazing. Customer service was gracious and helpful. It was a job that could of cost tripled in a different auto shop and they actually did a great job. I was recommended this place by a friend and he was 100% right. They do a terrific job.

My vehicle Hyundai Elantra 2021 was damaged by the another unknown vehicle at the time of road parking on 3rd May 2022. I was given them for repair that day but 1.5 month is over still they're not able to repair. My car only problem is bumper and left side mirror .Its need to repair only 3/4 days but they take 2 month. Only that repair they claim from my insurance 5711$ I suggest everyone please don't go there and don't take pain...Services: Painting, Auto windshield replacement, Auto glass replacement

I don t really in trust a new place, same in here when I was found. Till today I got my car back. they charged in fair price and done in perfect job quality. They R not like other place try to charge more money from U. Nothing need to say in more, just showing in pictures that u guys can check it out how s their job done that I m so satisfied with. I m in strongly suggest this body shop for U guys.

This place is unbelievable. Horrible service!Never in my life I was humiliated like that!I had a slight repair to be done, I was OK with their charge and even with the fact that I had to leave a deposit before any repairs will even start.And when I was about to swipe my card the guy tells me: "I don't want that. I don't need this few-hundred-dollar job. Get out here. I got other customers"So went to the guy next door (I think it's called "36th Street Collision").The guy there was very nice, did a great job and charged less.My company has 5 trucks, guess who'm I'd go next time.Never in my life I'll recommend this De-Ko to anyone.

De-ko are honest people. Everyone in the neighborhood have only good things to say about them. They been around for a long time. Don't waste your time with anyone else. De-ko gives you peace of mind.

I've been to De-Ko 3 times in the last few years and have to say I be never been let down. Friendly service and reasonable prices. They do great work so you never have to worry.

These road-rage guys moments ago almost caused a serious accident on Ocean Parkway at Church Avenue. Coming off Church Ave, after the light turned red, the driver, 3 cars behind the light, speed out around stopped traffic, across the service road, veering right onto Ocean Parkway, right were oncoming traffic is coming from Prospect Expressway. Before this he was tailgating and laying on his horn at every intersection. Don't trust these guys with your car and pedestrians beware.
