I couldn t be happier with the service I received from Certified Auto Collision. From the moment I contacted them, they were punctual and friendly. They picked up my car, provided me with a great loaner vehicle, and then delivered my car back to me in impeccable condition, and right on time. What truly impressed me was how they listened patiently while I explained my issues that needed to be fixed and paid great attention to detail. The work they did made my car look beautiful and spotless, and the fact that they even cleaned it after the repairs was a pleasant surprise. Wish I can give more stars, working with moshe has been a pleasure and the very way one should be treated. Car was in a very bad accident and seemed wrecked! These guys got to work right away, gave me a nice rental for a few weeks until my Tesla was ready. They delivered the car in an absolute brand new condition!! They gave the car a detail too! I mean what else can you expect! Highly recommended and wouldn t deal with anyone else but them Thank you certified

Wow!!!! These people not only the 2 brothers. But the workers are a different level the VIP service!! The work they do definitely recommended no question about it I was in an accident they gave me a rental right away. Did not ruin my day!!!!

I was recently involved in a collision with my car with great damage to my vehicle.And was recommended to take my car to Certified auto collision which I did.When I got there I was told not to worry they will handle the insurance claim.And was given a key to a loaner and I was on my way within 30 minutes.I got the car back looking brand new where they repaired more than I asked for.Pleasure to deal with.I would definitely recommend them.

If you need the best service look no other place than here. They will take care of you any day. I came here late in a rush to get my car done with little as hour warning. They dropped everything and started working on my car. To make sure I don t leave without breaks. Definitely recommend. And working 2 hours after the shop should have closed. Can t appreciate them enough.

I highly recommend Certified to anyone that needs collision repair done on their vehicle . They immediately came to where my accident happened with a rental car and this saved me the hassle of having to deal with my insurance and having to go pick up a car on my own. They towed the vehicle immediately to their shop. It was such an easy transition. I was kept in the loop on the progress of my repair and the staff is extremely professional! Needless to say they did an awesome job with the repair and they even took care of a few other things for me that was not part of my accident. They have a very satisfied customer ! Great experience!! Motty from day 1 took care of me from begining to end going above and beyond making sure everything is taken care of . He had a rental for me right away. He is straight forward & extremly honest he assisted me with any questions or concerns I had. I felt at ease knowing my car was in good hands. I got my car back looking brand new with a car wash & interior cleaning on top of it. Highly recommend!!!

Very painful experience, the car stayed at their shop for more than 5 months. they lied in the beginning saying they are Tesla certified and they are not, they left the car outside the shop, car got 5 tickets for wrong parking and expired inspection sticker while it is in their possession. And the worse experience ever calling them, either they don t answer, or say we will call back and never did or hang up on you!! They couldn t finish the repair and I had to tow the car out of their body shop. I don t recommend this shop at all.

Ask for Moshe, he ll take good care of you and your car. Even though my car was kept for longer than I d like, it was because a crucial part was hard to source - He did a really good job.

Got my car sent here for a side swipe. They did horrible paintwork; paint inside the panel of the car & they didn t even mask it properly. The boss (Moshe) is a liar and a bully who screams at his customers and leaves his customer s cars out on the street to get parking tickets. I tried leaving a negative review earlier and he threatened to withdraw payment for the parking tickets he s responsible for unless I took down the review. Just a joke. Do not come here unless you like having a hard time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Choosing Certified Auto Collision was the best decision I have made with my auto repairs! I never leave reviews but this needed one as I was extra satisfied.I shopped around for the best price beforehand. The team at certified is, above all, extremely dedicated to their clients. They are there to assist in all ways needed and are committed to servicing their clients in the best way possible. They are honest, helpful, and great at what they do. After giving in to fix, I got my car back in exemplary condition; not only was the issue fixed, but the vehicle had been cleaned and detailed to perfection. I came out of my house one morning to find my car completely sideswiped. I called certified collision and they instantly provided me with a comfortable car while they would do the repairs. They returned my car in no time, looking brand new.Everything from the beginning to end went very smoothly. Great Quick service.The secretary took down all my information. Within 3 weeks & $16,000 repairs, my car was fixed & back to me like brand new.They gave me a mini van rental delivered to my home within 2 hour of the accident.

I used them when somen crashed in my car and the doors had to be replaced, they gave an amazing service and they brought me a rental right away, I had my car back in less then two weeks and they made a beautiful job.Moshe took good care!!I highly recommend them.Service: Auto detailing

I had a accident in Monsey, they came all the way with a rental for me and stayed with me until everything was taken care of and towed my car to Brooklyn. They were easy to get hold of when I had any questions and handled the entire claim from beginning to end with professionalism. After my car was fixed - literally like new! I honestly couldn t tell which side the repair was made on... they delivered my car to me, late at night at a time that worked for me. I would only use them and highly recommend them for any collision or mechanical work.

This shop and Motti himself are a godsend.Absolutely pleasure to deal with in every single way!I ve worked with them twice, once (most recently) a repair after a crash and once to replace a tire.I ve never had better customer service, prices, or results!!!!Takes alllll the anxiety away from having car troubles!!!!Could not say enough good things about this service!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing

Motty was so honest and professional! He assessed the damage to my car right away and gave a honest reasonable quote. I highly recommend using his business for any collision work that is needed! It is rare to find this kind of customer service in the auto industry it s worth coming here for any work needed in the metro area.
